No complaints. All went well. Just think the value is not there for the price. A lower per night price would be more in line with what is received.

We love the New Orleans KOA! It’s in a convenient location for the things we want to do in the city. We’ve stayed there for the last 3 years. The staff is great, super helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!

So loud there! Trains, airplanes, traffic and a noisy neighborhood behind it make this a less than-horrible place to stay. The people were fantastic but the park's location was its downfall.

Nice location. Very nice bathrooms and shower facilities. We were only scheduled for two nights and were able to extend for the third night very gracious and friendly staff would definitely recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed the large RV site and the staff were extremely friendly and helpfully. The site was also in a great location to get into downtown NOLA.

Pretty close to the FQ for tge price. Very friendly staff. Been there before so was happy staying there again this trip. A simple campground - nice dog park though. Thanks to all the staff

First thing that stood out was the friendliness of all the staff here. We love being escorted to our spot. In reading other reviews I was worried about the road and tight camping slots. That was not the case at all. Our spot was on the same road as the office and these were very spacious and we saw no problem with the road.

The star was Sooooo helpful and friendly. They had great information and suggestions for all our questions! The grounds were clean and the showers and bathrooms were excellent. The location, right in the bus line was perfect.

Staff was amazing - informative and friendly. Train horns and commercial aircraft taking off make for shallow sleep. Facilities were very clean. As it was the beginning of Marsi Gras season the campground was festive.

Staff is very friendly. Very noisy location. Seemed to be many year round residents. Cable tv and Wi-Fi were very poor. This KOA needs some sprucing up.

A beautiful well-maintained upscale RV park. Within walking distance of the French Quarter. It would absolutely rate a 10, except for all the highway noise because it is so close to I-10.

We had a great time at New Orleans KOA. The staff were great, facilities were clean and well maintained. We were close enough to downtown that it was convenient but far enough that we were away from the craziness! Others have commented on the small sites, yes they are small but when you are in the heart of a popular area such as New Orleans you should expect everything to be a little smaller.

We stayed during the holidays to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This KOA is the best, it's clean, well-kept sites, and the staff is by far the friendliest, most helpful group ever!! They had the office decorated so awesome for the Christmas season, made you smile every time you looked at it :) Thank you all so much for a great stay, we will be back again soon :) Mike and Karmen Powers

Not a good stay. The campers next to us had a couple dogs that were either whining or very confrontational with other dogs. Also, the area felt very unsafe. Because of that, we actually left a day early.

There is some noise from trains and planes at night. Showers are closets in a unisex hall. Tent site was fine. Good location. Gave 3 stars because a woman greeted us rudely when we arrived and told us we parked wrong, rolled her eyes and walked off. There were no lines to know any different. That wasn't welcoming at all. Fair price for the city.

We enjoyed our stay here , greeted at arrival and a lovely wide site . Groceries just about a mile down the road on the left . 20 minutes to drive into New Orleans , pay attention to GPS . Lots of parking in town , glad we didn’t try to take RV into city. Apparently there is a shuttle into the Big Easy however travelling with a pup this wasn’t practical for us..

well kept grounds, clean facilities, very friendly staff very good potluck supper on Christmas day. Took the Jefferson/Parish bus from of the grounds to the end (75 cents for seniors) then caught the RTA streetcar right down to the French Quarter (80 cents for seniors) about an hour and a half ride. Took a cab back to the campgrounds one night, cost $36.00. Will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay!! The office staff were friendly and extremely helpful in accommodating us with additional nights as needed while the jeep we were towing was being repaired. Not sure where we would have gone if they hadn't helped us out. I would highly recommend this KOA. Thanks Again!! ......Linda S., from Minnesota.

We love being close to the city but removed just a bit from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff is helpful and courteous. There are great dining options nearby. We’ll be back!

It was clean and I felt safe. No shuttle to the French quarter since COVID, but advertised on the app and the website. We spent a ton of money on ride shares. Additionally, in a flight path with the international airport being about a mile away, and a nearby train blows the horn consistently.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hookups were easy, pad clean and level. Easy drive into town thanks to tips from the office staff. We stayed two nights would definitely stay again.

The roads inside the park had a lot of potholes and very rough. The campsite itself. The concrete was all broken up very rough. The managers were very nice very accommodating.

We absolutely love your KOA. The best part - the Staff! We like that we are always escorted to our site, and always guided in. Everyone is friendly and very willing to accomodate our requests. Thank-you. We will be back!

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
