Our stay at the New Orleans KOA was wonderful. The campground was well run, clean, safe and we enjoyed sitting out on our patio almost every night. The workers were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay at this KOA again when we return to New Orleans.

If I could give it more stars I would. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! From the shuttle service into town to the dog walking, they could not have been nicer. The park was so well maintained. This has probably been one of the friendliest parks we have stayed. They truly treated you like family.

The campground is smaller but is maintained beautifully. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area, they were a great help. They provided a shuttle for a small fee that was a great way to get into town. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the New Orleans area. The bathroom facilities were very clean and they had just updated their laundry equipment recently.

Great little campground to visit New Orleans. Staff was fantastic especially the grounds people. They patrolled all the time making sure to help out campers. Felt very secure here! They have a shuttle into town and sell tickets to things in the office. Laundry facilities were great. We had a very level concrete pad, bench and patio set. A little older and smaller campground but would return here!

Awesome staff and beautiful park. Bill was super helpful when we got to the KOA after hours. Stephen was also super helpful and so friendly! We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location. And nice place to stay. And good staff! It was great to have two service times from the KOA to the French Quarter Jazz Fest. No parking, no problems! The restrooms were clean and nicely kept up. And the one thing I always like about KOA's, they generally have lots of trees. Who wants to camp in a parking lot? (Greg) our shuttle driver was a wonderful tour guide as he drove us to downtown. He gave us great info about The French Quarter and surrounding area. The park is small and yet roomy. Clean grounds.

It was a great place to camp and use as a hub for going into the city. It was very nice to have your recommendations on a cab company to get us into the city at a fair price.

RV park is very well maintained. The sites are spacious with concrete pads. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our stay was during the French Quarter Festival and were pleasantly surprised to find out they offered a shuttle to/from.

The park was beautiful and well kept. The problem is the airplanes and trains noise. Too close by. That is the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff at the campground were great, helpful and provided a lot of information about things to do in the area. The shuttle into downtown worked out great for us and avoided some rather pricey Uber rides. Campground was well maintained (always saw staff riding around in golf carts checking on things). Bathrooms and showers were clean and very convenient. Would highly recommend.

S'a bloquait. La propriétaire le savais, mais nous l'a donné quand même. Le #84 est similaire et à été inoccupé les 5 nuits que nous avons été là. Il fallait pour m'installer que je passe sur

Nice campground not far from all access to major sites. One recommendation would be to repair the short connecting road at the end of the campground between the two lines of sites.

Only staying one night, so not too concerned with the site location, which was a busy spot. Staff was excellent, especially the staff member in the office. She was quite helpful and made these Canadians feel welcomed!

Rented the wheelchair accessible cabin and enjoyed having a little house. We enjoyed the outside patio and ate outside. The bed was good only issue is we drink decaf coffee and they couldn't supply it. When the tv is changed in the front room it also changes the bedroom tv.

I can not say enough good things about the Holiday KOA in River Ridge, LA. The staff were all so friendly and I always felt safe there.

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
