What a wonderful KOA. The staff members were so accommodating and gracious, for our entire stay. The entire campground was clean,neat with someone constantly working on the grounds & keeping everything looking nice. The store, bath houses & laundry area were always clean & fresh.We felt very safe. We took the shuttle to the shuttle to French Quarter & had a fabulous tour guide, he was the best!

Very nice just need to notify occupants when the yard will be mowed so we can move our own satellites and put them back so they work

Nice clean place to stay. Spacious site. Many long term work campers. Noisy due to airport and train traffic. Relatively close to sights in New Orleans.

Location is great. However, concrete pads need to be enlarged. They are too short for today's RVs.

Hi there. I'm not sure that you have the correct park? You were walk in & a VAN. You were put in a site that holds up to FORTY FIVE FOOT RVs. As you can see on our website & in photos there, we can hold big rigs on our pads. Thanks

Our checkout time was 11:30AM, but were delayed until 12:13PM for mechanical slide issue discovered at 8AM. It is not possible to safely drive unresolved before departure. At checkout, a $5 fee was assessed after 12PM. I paid it, but unnecessary given the circumstances and only 13 minutes over. This interaction left a disappointing impression, and we’re not returning to this KOA.

Clean. Nice place with a cement pad and grass. Had a shuttle from the campground into New Orleans. Gave out lots of info on tours.

Clean , etc but next to two railroad lines constantly blowing whistles and airport planes taking off. . I was in a tent and therefore had lots troubles getting to and staying asleep

I had a fantastic 2 week stay here. Everything was top notch and well taken care of my space was great, the facilities were well taken care of but most of all they have the best staff ever. Thank you for making my stay so delightful.

Great, as usual, have stayed with them at least 15 times during the Jazz fest. They are consistent and provide the basics plus now they are providing shuttle to the festival. They pick up your trash from your site and assist with your parking. Staff picked up my propane tanks for my unit, filled them and returned them. I highly recommend this KOA. They maintain security and safety.

Maiden trip in our new camper. The campground was clean & well-maintained, but the ambience is that of a trailer park. They hesitantly honored a 1-night free coupon, though booked in advance. They stuck us with the long term campers on an uneven site. It was over $100/night & were charging more due to Jazz Fest, which I thought was unethical. Nice people but will not return.

Hi. We make it clear what our park is like, as a city park. Every RV park in the city is higher during Jazz Fest. With a last min rez for a special event (2 days prior), we had limited sites left. It's helpful to research where you're going & when. Thank you for your patronage.

Were there a couple of nights (3); enjoyed the stay, very strategic for visiting NOLA. Very friendly and helpfull staff, great! Douches/restrooms all clean and well kept. Only improvement points: 1) the quality of the pavement should increase 2) wifi bandwidth (the number of Mbps) was unstable and sometimes too low for office (no streaming) applications

We enjoyed our stay at KOA New Orleans and highly recommend it if you'll be visiting the area. The staff is friendly and they take pride in keeping the grounds, office and store in perfect rder There is shuttle service to the French Quarter. Dave the shuttle driver is great! When he is not driving, he's keeping the grounds and escorting those checking in to their sites with a very warm welcome

The campground is very clean and cared for. The office staff was super friendly and shared their local knowledge. The items for sale in the store were well priced and much cheaper than the French Quarter. Grounds staff were friendly and went out of their way to greet you. The showers were clean, bright and air conditioned. We would absolutely stay again - thank you!

The campground has the main necessities for a nice experience. A few things were left unsaid when I made the reservation - I was told there would be a shuttle to and from Jazz Fest - I was NOT told that it was $25 per person per day (we parked one block away for $20/day). Ubers from downtown have to let you out at the street. Overall it’s adequate. Communication with the front desk is one star.

Hi. All of the info about our shuttle is on our website, in our reviews & all over google, that there is a fee. Yes, we do block off our entrance AT NIGHT, as many parks do. It's only closed at night to Ubers, but they let out INSIDE of our park. Our staff is top rated as our reviews show. Thank you

I love the place but I found it noisy with generators from the RVs and too much light at night. The bathrooms and facilities are very clean and well maintained and we will definitely stay there again. But I cannot give it five stars for the reasons above. We do tent camping and met amazing people during our stay and also used the laundry which is very convenient.

Hello. We unfortunately cannot control the amount of light that's in our park, as we're IN the city with city lighting. We make it clear that we're IN the city. We don't allow RVs to run generators at night. If we would have been told, we would have stopped it. Thank you for your patronage.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. The showers were clean. Sites are not spacious, but are level. It’s conveniently located to visit downtown. We would stay here again.

Staffs are friendly & helpful. The road leading into park is wide & sign is visble. Road into RV spaces are wide & RV spaces are all backin. Not a huge RV park but very cozy without being feeling ham in. Each RV space is clean & wide for big rig & each row is well organized. Garbage pickup is daily until 6 pm. There's transportation into downtown for sightseeing but it starts at 9 am & returning at 6 pm. We had a front row space & right next to laundry. Laundry room is very clean & dust free. Have front loader washer & dryer, which is good if one has big load. There's lots of restaurants of different kinds of Cajun foods. Walmart is also nearby making shopping for necessities very convenient. Cafe du Monde is about 3 miles from here. Will definitely return. My only complaint is that all deliveries & mail are located right by the front door or office without security & on the floor.

My husband and I just had the best time here! It was a short, unplanned trip. The owners and staff were very accommodating, amazing hosts! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need! Cabin was clean and welcoming, the campground is quiet and beautiful. They offer tours and shuttles to the French Quarter for guests, and have an on site dog walker! We had a great time and will definitely be back! 😁
