Great welcome. Shade was welcome on the site. Bathhouse clean. Shuttle to New Orleans for 15$ was appreciated. Perfect stay for us.

Such nice people. Very knowledgeable. The shuttle into the French quarter super convenient! Clean, great showers, nice pool, could set tours up right there! Just all around super place to set up during your stay!

Quiet older park. Facility is well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. We have stayed twice.

Very nice folks, campsites were great. Most have trees. Level concrete parking pads, plenty of room and chairs/tables to spread out. The laundry room was nice (and air conditioned, thank you!) Didn't get a chance to go in the pool, but looked nice.

The staff was very friendly. The campground is well maintained with plans to continue maintenance. Patrol all night provided extra security. The store is very nice was well. My kids loved the playground, gaga ball pit, and pool.

Loved it here very clean Was a bonus they had minibus to downtown as was quite away away which is why I gave 9/10 Extremely friendly site Had everything you needed for a short or long stay Would highly recommend it Have stayed in 5 different sites on our road trip and rated this one second best site to Baton Rouge Now in Galveston island which is not so clean huge site but only 4 restrooms

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Also, they offer a shuttle service to the French Quarter and provide concierge services for activities.

Great people, clean and well maintained camp. The shuttle to the French Quarter was a bonus!! Saved us parking aggravation and the driver gave a great guided tour along the route.

Liked it especially because it had a shuttle to the French Quarter and very accommodating when we arrived a day earlier. Staff was very friendly and the sites were well taken care of.

The new dog park is very nice. I did not like that I had to walk behind people sites to get to it. I feel like I am invading peoples space, which I do not like doing. I don't want someone to do it to me, so I felt bad that this was the only way to the dog park. Also wished we had a different site since we use our satellite for tv and a tree was in the way. Liked our stay and will be back

It has been 5 years since our last stay at New Orleans KOA. We must say, it is just as nice, if not nicer, than our 2018 stay. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The sites are nicely kept, and the campground is loaded with shade trees. We would highly recommend New Orleans KOA, and look forward to our next visit.

I came in for my high school ( MASH of 78) 45th reunion at Jaeger. While in I also was able to see a fellow Marine I served with. The only thing I didn't like, was not enjoying the pool. That would be on me. ���

We enjoyed our stay! The park was super clean! And very inviting! Everyone who works there was very friendly too! They have a shuttle that takes you into New an Orleans so you don’t have to fight the traffic! A great place to stay!

Spent a week here and enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Sites are spacious and utilities worked very well (including WiFi). Used onsite pool, showers, laundry room and rec room. All were clean and well maintained. If we’re ever back in the are, we’d definitely stay here again. Many thanks to Deborah, Mike, Chad, Doreen and David for your hospitality!

Superb and responsive staff. My family really enjoyed the pool and playground. The store is well stocked with a good variety of items. If I ever go to New Orleans again I will definitely stay at the KOA

My interactions with all the KOA folk was superb!! When my questions could not be directly answered, a more knowledgeable person was located. A special thanks to the gentleman who advised my “grease in vs. zero fitting” issue.

Nice urban RV park. Close to all the great stuff in New Orleans. They have a van to shuttle guests for a nominal fee ( well worth the shuttle). Would stay here again.

The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. I highly reccomend the shuttles to take you downtown (leave your car in the campground). All of the major plantations are with a short drive from the campground. If you come in the summer, make a stop at Sonney's Ice Cream (open 3 - 9 daily) on your way back from the plantations on 3437 Florida Ave, Kenner LA (1.3 miles from the campground).

Sehr angenehme Athmosphäre und aufmerksames Personal. Von der nahen Eisenbahn tönen morgens unüberhörbare Signale herüber. Unser Platz war noch etwas baustellenhaft (Katrina?) beeinträchtigt. Der Pool ist angenehm. Besonders gut gefiel uns der Shuttle in's Zentrum , der schon fast eine Stadtrundfahrt ersetzte. NICHT NACH GPS FAHREN, nach den KOA-Anweisungen zum Platz fahren!

This was by far our best KOA, we have stayed at. They went above helping you and were all friendly to customers and each other. All staff members were helpfull and constantly working to improve and repair anything. All service areas, showers, laundry, office were clean and well taken care of. Would recommend this KOA to anybody coming to New Orleans. Great place to visit and relax. Loved our stay

Very nice place, Very nice work crew. Great location. Close to Church and grocery store. Office staff helped us to get our tickets for Natchez boat through Grey Line Tours. We have family in Metarie and always have a great visit. Our fur babies always have a great vacation at KOA. Best campground in the New Orleans area.

It was very clean and inviting place, Way too many dogs are from my taste. I still can't get over the fact of being 3 feet from each other. But it wasn't a good location for us. Depending on who was attending the counter. Depends on how good a service and how good the smile you got

Bicyclist-friendly campground featuring private tent spots, clean restrooms & showers, a pool, recreation room (with foosball and a wii console!), and friendly staff. Restaurants & downtown River Ridge are within walking distance, and they offer a paid shuttle into New Orleans.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They ran a shuttle in and out of the French Quarter for a small fee. The facilities are good and, should you need a part for an RV, they won't gouge you. They really run the park like a hotel in regards to concierge service.
