DO NOT USE GPS! From I-10: Take Exit 223A Williams Blvd (LA 49). Go south on Williams Blvd to the end (LA 48/Jefferson Highway). Turn left & go 3/4 of a mile. We are on the left (Starrett Road). We have a big yellow fence & sign out front. DO NOT USE GPS! GPS will run you down roads that are not RV & travel trailer friendly!

"The Umbrella Walk and Gumbo Gras is a family-friendly charity event hosted by the Krewe of Tucks Charitable Foundation in New Orleans, featuring a Second Line parade, gumbo cook-off, live music, kids' activities, and fundraising for various local charities.
The event includes kid-friendly features such as a "Little Friars" art decorating section, where children can decorate their own umbrellas, and a decorated wagon parade.
Attendees can participate in raffles and auctions for prizes, with proceeds benefiting the participating charities.
The Umbrella Walk and Gumbo Gras is a major fundraiser for the Tucks Charitable Foundation, which in turn supports several other New Orleans-based non-profit organizations, such as the Split Second Foundation, the UP21 Foundation, Children's Hospital New Orleans, and Magnolia Community Services.
