Security doesn't do thier job. Bathrooms are never clean and rude customers service from employees

Facility was very nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Close to beach at a reasonable rate per day. Grounds clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The back in spot was muddy and lots of tree roots. There was super weak internet connectivity. The garbage wasn't picked up until late in the day, so the squirrels tore into the bags. The showers and toilets were nasty.

The bad: WIFI needs A LOT of work, like nonexistent if that’s a need. Too many golf carts racing around at all hours of the day and night. Cable didn’t work. The good: overall clean, great sites, wonderful staff.

Nice campsites. Bath house was dirty. Some mold, doors that don't lock. Some did not have shower curtains. I would still come back.

This campground is amazing! The tall trees are so pretty and shade you from the hot sun. Super close to the ocean and they have golf carts you can rent or a shuttle that takes you to the beach. Will definitely be back!!

The facilities were outdated and the bathrooms/showers were not in good condition. The staff was friendly and the campground was nice.

Worst experience I have EVER had at a KOA. Staff was super rude and the bathrooms were totally disgusting with poop all over the walls. I'm glad I know all KOAs aren't like that or I would never stay again!

Location was just a few blocks walk to the beach and also offered a shuttle if needed. The sites were nice and the bathhouses were maintained to the best of their ability. I see lots of complaints about the bathhouses, the staff did their job, now do yours. Clean up after yourselves and teach your kids the same. Lose the self serving attitudes and have respect for others. Thanks to the KOA staff.

More for kids. Nice park but too much for what I wanted. Traffic getting was terrible. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known the negatives.

The RV spots are very tight in this KOA especially on the middle row. I had to back my rig in the wrong way to get into a spot. Had several staff members trying to help and they backed me into some tree branches and I’ve got a couple of gouges on my roof now. The office was supposedly to be open until 6pm but they were closed by 5:30pm. No reason given. The pool and Cantina were good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We planned a last minute trip for Fathers Day weekend. We found an availability, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One night we came back to the campground and the staff was riding the kids around playing music and spraying water guns, it was so heartwarming. Clean and level sites.

Over all it was a great stay. Do to the nature if my stay I didn't fully utilize all of the great things this KOA had to offer but was happy to stay.

Clean campground. Campers were nice and quiet. Pool and bouncy pillow were a big hit. The only negative is that the back in lots were tight!

We love the campsite that we had. The site was very clean. We had table chairs, a grill and a fire pit.

Campers were not staying within the speed limit of the campground. WIFI wasn't working and when asked the answer was "Too Many Campers". Various campers also kept driving around at high speeds blasting music from their golf carts and kept looping throughout the campground continuously.

Everything was great, from a seamless check-in to nice facilities. Bathrooms were cleaned several times a day and the pool area was kept neat.

We only stayed 1 night but we loved it. We will be back when we can spend more time. The campground is so clean and very inviting. So close to beach too!

Both times we cleaned clothes the dryer and then washer were broke and I had to get refunds and re-dry one load (taking an additional 45 minutes). The bathroom/shower room was disgusting and with 2 adults and 2 teenagers we needed shower at times in travel trailer and KOA facilities.

My husband and I found time for a quick get away. Check in was very easy. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Very nice camp ground. If you have kids and love to camp, I’d highly recommend MB KOA!

We had a wonderful stay but was told fire wood was $10 a bundle or 3 for $28. Was charged $30. Everyone was very nice and campsite was great.

Nice and big. Good spacing. The internal roads could be a few feet wider. It was manuerable, but tight with a 38'DP and a tow car. Easy and friendly checkin. Nice park. Nice location for Myrtle Beach.
