Air conditioner in cabin #12 needs to be replaced. The same problem in the same cabin with the same air conditioner that we had last year.

The deluxe cabin was the same as what they list as the micro so that was a little disappointing and we had to kill 3 large water bugs, but other than that, the property was very nice and well kept.

Its was very pleasant. Cabin was small and asked to upgrade and was easy to get a bigger deluxe cabin on short notice

stayed in a cabin with my family and it was good, the only recommendation is the matteresses in the loft, were not comfortable as you could feel the springs in your back, etc. Other than that it was great. Nice, clean, safe and relaxing!

The store hours sign was very confusing. I consider June “peak season” for the beach. Apparently it isn’t? Store closed at 4pm so when I walked into the store, I was treated with a “Sorry, we’re closed. Check in at the guard shack.” I would recommend a clarifying update to the automated email with dates of when peak season is. So customers checking in will know where to go when the

Our stay was excellent. When we arrived our lodge was dirty and dusty. We notified the staff and they were able to accommodate housekeeping for us immediately. They were so kind and also allowed us to use a golf cart for amenities they provided. I will definitely want to come back again soon!

Everyone was soooo nice! We have just recently started staying at KOA's the last year, and we have some wild kids, but everyone was so kind to them! The employee's went above and beyond. They would drive around and wave at us every night. Every time we passed an employee, they were always smiling and would wave like they genuinely loved being there. The Breakfast sandwhich was also good!!

This campground has gone downhill. Booked a specific cabin because of the layout online. The site I got was completely different. When I called the front desk the lady was rude, said she would call housekeeping to see if a different cabin was available. Then never called me back. No bags for garbage, cabin was dirty and rundown. We used to love it there.

Our stay was pretty good. As compared to other KOA’s we have been to it is in need some maintenance. The bathrooms and cabins are a bit run down, the store barely had any supplies or souvenirs. The grounds and the pool were nice. The ice cream on site was delicious but they had no milk to make milkshakes. The golf cart rentals are pricey $99 for a 4 seater and $125 for a 6 seater.

I was very disappointed with the cabin. Then having to do their job stripping beds, sweeping, etc. I've never had to do that before. The patio was filthy. Spider webs in the chairs. Stubs from people smoking weed. Very disappointing will never stay here again. What little staff i interacted with were not very nice either.

I was a little disappointed with the basic cabin, I understand it is basic but I had screws sticking up on the porch that my child got cut on, window was broken cracked with glass. But vibe there was great! Fun family activities! Staff amazing! And the two girls cleaning bathrooms are beasts!! I didn’t go into a bathroom once and think ew. They were cleaning them so many times. I had a good time, it was far enough back that we didn’t hear much but close enough we were about 10 minutes from anything. The only problem was the bathroom situation was kinda trashy. The women’s restroom didn’t look or smell the cleanest.

We had a wonderful time!!!!!Cooked on the grill , celebrated 2 birthday � went to the beach in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool during the day. Had lunch at picnic tables by the pool( sad little hamburgers place by pool not opened) maybe next time. Most enjoyable, the quiet out with mature. Already planning our next adventure. Very nicely kept. I applaud you .Thank you!!

Did not like the camper, had to use it after I rescheduled but orig booked a cabin. Camper was too small, wobbly, bed was very uncomfortable, we ended up leaving early because I couldn’t stay in it fit a second night. Never again, cabin only for me. Also frustrated with $100 trailer fee. It took up no additional space than we already had in our area so makes no sense why I had to pay more mone

Cabin and bed was covered in dog hair from previous guests. Also looked nothing like the photo advertised when booking. Bathrooms need updating. Campground was beautiful, which was the only saving grace

The facilities like the A-frame and pool were pretty well-maintained, but the café was closed the entire time, and the cabins were in a state of disrepair. There was obvious damage and it was apparent that it was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. With the lengthy list of checkout responsibilities I would expect to see a higher regard for maintenance and a cleaner cabin.

We enjoyed our annual family get together here. This was our 2nd year at this location. We were previously at Redtop Mountain in Ga. We were looking for somewhere closer to a disabled family member. We enjoyed it so much last year we decided to come back The staff is always very accommodating and friendly. We would like to see more handicap accessible cabins and hate there are no ovens.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
