No SECURITY at all!!! Our friends bike was stolen No one at the security shack. The pool was absolutely NASTY!!!! I reached out to the front office for a skimming net, I was willing to do this myself but they informed me that they would send someone out to take care of it. That person finally came by, never really looked at the pool and left never to return. CHANGE needed before we ever return!!!

the lady that checked us in very short not a customer friendly, I saw the owner on site and tried to speak to him about the campground but he didn’t even introduced himself he was more worried about riding in his Tesla. We rented a golf cart for 4 days it cost more than the cost of campground. There are a lot of hidden costs. When I ask if they could give us a break the answers was no. Staff nic

The KOA Myrtle Beach is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Pulling in and out was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

One of the nicest KOA Campsites we have stayed at. Something for the whole family (and our K9 companions as well). Camp Maintenance was very prompt for a minor problem that could have been a major inconvenience. Office personnel were wonderful. I cannot find a reason not to give a “10” for satisfaction. We will be back!!

We were there for a weekend volleyball tournament so we didn’t spend much time at the campground. But our site was spacious and clean and just what we needed for the weekend

Nice place. Staff very friendly. Had a electrical issue was fixed in minutes. Gentleman was friendly and respectful when he come to fix the issue.

Awesome place to stay ,very quiet . Lisa made check in and out wonderful. I was in town for CCMF town was booming , but with great direction from staff all was very smooth .

Bath houses are clean in the morning but throughout the day no one touches them up again. Also, they say quiet hours are 11pm-8am but the 3 nights we stayed it was so loud at night, golf carts speeding by, people screaming and laughing. We could not sleep at all, so annoying. Thats the only reason I wont rate it 4 stars.

I loved this place. I try to come every year for my birthday. This week we were washing our clothes in the laundry room. There is bed bugs. I thought we were safe until we got home at midnight last night and there was one on my granddaughters sweater from our last load of laundry. Now everything is outside and I have to exterminate my truck. I feel disgusted. My husband is very mad.

The site and place are great. I just very disappointed because we left my son’s bike and scooter there and the next day I called the staff and they say it is nowhere to be found. I just find that very unlikely. Obviously our fault for leaving it but I wish they would have helped us out.

We have been camping at MB KOA many times. The BathHouse was the worst ever for cleanliness. We arrived on a Saturday, BathHouse wasn't cleaned until the Thursday. After other campers, in addition to us complained. Unacceptable! Also patio site was not cleaned before we arrived. The umbrellas should be opened before arrival, 5+ Bats inside Lots of Poop on table. BathHouse needs upgrade badly!

The 1st site that they put us on was a total disaster we asked to be moved they did move us.the back of this koa is a mess they definitely don’t keep it up! We had cig. Butts all over the site the fire pit was nasty, ant pile so high around the sewage we couldn’t hookup until they found ant poison a day later! Just a complete disaster in the back of the park! Not taken care of at all! Muddy me

All the people that work there was wonderful very kind in fact they did a very good deed for my granddaughter who has several palsy they treated her with the most up respect and kindness that I've seen in a long time in this world that place is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone great job you guys at KOA

We were disappointed in our stay. The advertisements on the website do not line up with the reality of the campground. We did have a few positives, the site was ok and the staff were friendly. We traveled with 5 children ages 9-17, at the pool the DJ played music with horrible (f bombs) and sex music which is far from family friendly. It needs updates and improvements before we would recommend.

I will never return to this campground. I've been a KOA member and have stayed at KOA'S throughout the U.S. since 2015. This is the worst in my memory. Wifi is a joke. The sites need to be cleaned up better. The bathhouse was disgusting. Musty smells, no proper ventilation or a/c and dirty. On the weekend, with a full park,the noise levels were intolerable. No employees seemed to care about it.

Campground had loud music playing at night which made it impossible for us to sit outside by fire or on deck to enjoy campfire and talk. This is my third time at MBKoa and first experience with the loud music. Other stays have been great

The staff and management there do nothing to make your stay better.Our $118 dollar site was dirty;I have pictures;we picked a pull through and could not pull in because a Big Montana pulled to the edge of their site.We had to back in.The site we choice was over $20 less that morning if we would have booked then. The manager refused to honor that.We were not informed of a big noisy party. The worst

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
