First time here, we loved it. Came for CCMF, we stayed in one of the camping cabins and it was just great. The pool was clean and the perfect temp for how hot it was outside, the bathhouse we used was nice and clean. Peaceful at night. The staff were so nice. My son (4yo) loved the park, swings & jump pad. I was so overjoyed with my experience here and we will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

My experience at this KOA was bad. Most of the staff were not friendly or informative. Bathrooms are disgusting with broken locks and missing curtains. I had the cabin the farthest from the bathrooms(veryfar). Which was also absolutely filthy. I expect wildlife and bugs while camping but not to wake up to it in my room. I will never stay at this KOA again. I'll stay with OBX koa anytime instead.

After 2 days of travel, checked in during storm after 4 PM (closing time) and given a cabin that I did NOT reserve. Had no choice but to unload vehicle, clean cabin and unpack. Spoke with manager and was offered another cabin but after spending 1 day of our vacation unloading/unpacking/cleaning, who wants to spend another day repacking/reloading/unpacking/unloading and cleaning another cabin!

Not very good upkeep on the cabins air conditioning did not work very well roaches inside the cabin doesn't sleep a family of four very well very crowded better description of sizes of cabins on website if I would have known it was a mini Deluxe I would have requested a larger size deluxe model

Lots of fun but some issues. Bath house not stocked or clean. Communication on events not great. No one told us at check in or when I called there was no beach shuttle and staff passed us watching us wait for it.

First cabin was moldy and musty Next cabin as I was sweeping ( in area between fridg and sink found hair balls mixed with dirt and the sheets ( which I never slept on) were torn when I had to take all the bedding off. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at any KIA’s. I’ve stayed in a lot in various places and the customer service and cabins have been top notch. Was very disappointed

Our cabin is a disaster. Filthy floors and shower. Only one fork supplied for a 4 person cabin. No remote control for bedroom TV, empty soap/shampoo dispensers, the Kuerig had old water standing in the reservoir, cookware had burn marks, no blanket for Queen bed, and many more. It appears to be unprepared for the season. Definitely not ready for customers. The amount of dirt on the floors is bad.

Was ok except, the fan in the cabin had such a short chain you could not turn the bright light off. No fan for sleeping. Our second night a family in the neighboring cabin had a late night party with loud music tli about 2 in the morning. The quiet hours were not adhered to.

Absolutely LOVED our stay in the cabin! The cabin itself was adorable, had everything we needed, a beautiful view and in close proximity to the amenities our children loved. We were there to celebrate our daughter's 5th birthday and she had the BEST time. The staff was incredible from arts and crafts to to the Worm Train! So much fun. We HIGHLY recommend and will DEF be staying again soon!

The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer staff. My only complaint is the bathrooms. They were disgusting a lot of the time. The vents were caked with dust and they just didn’t seem like they were looked after very well.

Cabin was clean. Staff was friendly. Campground was clean and inviting. Only wished it said that utensils, plates etc were not part of the cabin.

Staff is exceptional! This is my daughter's 3rd visit (I came here often as a child, so I can't count my stays). She loves it so much that she wants to live in the campground.

Wonderful! Had some issues with stove not working, they were quick to come check it out. Once realized couldn't get working, resolved problem by bringing several skillets that worked great for us and some courtesy packs of bacon, sausage and eggs for the inconvenience of waiting. Very thoughtful. Kiddos had a blast, can't wait for next trip.

One of the nicest camp grounds I've seen. Very clean and friendly. Woods near the beaches. Cabins were very nice the only problem for me was the bed was so soft it was hard to get out of and after a few nights I had back pain. I don't camp for the tv but one was provided... so old the screen was nearly blacked out making it impossible to watch. Other wise it was a beautiful stay.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
