Cabin02 was full of mold and mildew. Silverware in drawer was dirty. I have stayed before, love the place and want to come back. Clean up cabins with mold, place dehumidifier inside. Our health is important. Could not see through windows well, they were very dirty also. I did enjoy the screen porch alot in this cabin. Kept the bugs off.

Clean for the most part when we stayed before, but this time the cabin was not cleaned, floors & countertop were very sticky. There was a mix up of our reservation but they did fix it & returned our outside items within 10 minutes after it was reported. Went into the women's room & found a man with a lady coming out of a shower together, they just laughed at me. The entire staff very nice.

Loved everything about this KOA the only thing is the ants were everywhere and the grass needed to be cut but other then that would recommend this KOA for sure!

If I could leave negative stars I would. We came to KOA Myrtle beach b/c all my 8 year old wanted for his birthday weekend was stay in a cabin at a campground. Unfortunately the trip got cut short without any celebration b/c we woke up covered in bed bug bites and live bed bugs crawling across our blankets. The park refunded us for one day but no accommodations for all the bedding we left behind.

We had the best experience Camping here. The staff was nothing but wonderful and really made our vacation a breeze. Gina and Dan were especially wonderful and accomodating to our needs. If i could give 10 stars i would!

This was a fine KOA but far from a 5 star stay. No hot water in shower. No TV despite advertising cable. Door to back room of cabin was not able to be opened as it scraped the floor. No screen doors on cabin. Location was nice and the campground was quiet. We would stay again but only if there was no other option.

The cabin we were in was musty and may have had mold in the ceiling. There was wood rot in the bathroom shower curtain stunk. Rain dripping in at the door and the whole cabin had a musty smell. There was a set rat trap under the sink so apparent mouse/rat issues. Instead of a couch/futon, we had a daybed to sit on. They gave us 4 towels for a 7 day stay. There was food on the stove.

Checked in on Thurs. 8/7/2025. Everything looked ok? It was on the dirty side. But we were willing to give it a try. Went out and about, came back to sleep for the night. Woke up during the night with roaches crawling on me. No more sleep that night. Ants crawling around the entrance door and into the kitchen area. Called the office around 7 Friday morning. I won't renew my KOA membership. Nickie

Very pleasant. Easy check-in/ check-out. Clean bathhouse. Short walk to beach or shuttle service available until 3:30pm. Will stay here again.

Cabin smelled moldy. Floor in hallway was wet when we got there but was told it had just been cleaned. When it rained, the roof leaked, which was where the water came from. You couldn’t sleep on the top bunk bed if you wanted to. Bathroom smelled the moldiest with the rotted floor. AC made loud noises. Way overpriced under these circumstances. Positive comment is staff was friendly.

Staff was completely attentive to any and all needs we expressed. Staff was well aware of after hours check in and we were in our cabin and checked in within 20 minutes. Smiles with staff at every interaction . Everything was clean. Pool was welcoming. Bubble bounce was shaded. Our children had a good time and so did we(the adults). Shuttles over to the beach were easy and accessible. Regards

This was our first stay at a KOA and we are smitten kittens. Employees were all super friendly, our cabin was cute and most of the facilities were kept up. The only negative was the bath houses, both of the stalls we used had hair all over the walls and in the drain so the water wouldn't drain properly... and the outdoor sink was kinda funky too. Overall, we had a great time and will return.

Floor was very dirty. Cabins should be cleaned mode thoroughly. Cabins with fire pitts too close together. Smoke coming in to cabin from next door.

we feel the cost is too high priced. we would stay more often if it was affordable. housekeeping does not do a thorough job. when we stripped the bed we found a soiled spot on the mattress cover. there was nothing on our sheets so it was there from before. it was disgusting.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was no trash no bugs. The bathrooms were always kept amazingly clean as well as the pools.The mini fridge was better than the one in Holiday Inn Express. The water temperature for the showers and sinks was nice and hot.The showers had a chair, rubber mat so that you were not walking in the water and the main floor outside your cubicle was

We had a fantastic stay. I really liked the set up of the cabin, it's different from the past ones we've stayed in. The only problem we had was that our cabin couldn't get cooled down enough, but it was 90+ outside.

the campground was awesome. People friendly. Great amenities. Stayed in a cabin. When we swept the floor, we got up dog hair. We did not bring a pet. The shower curtain smelled as if it had never been changed and made the entire bathroom stink like mildew. The soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were empty and molded. If not going to be filled, need to be removed.

We were put in a deluxe cabin, that had broken AC. We asked to be switched to another cabin or if someone could fix the air. No one showed to fix the air and we were not moved to another cabin. It was 100 degrees outside. Didn’t feel any cooler inside the cabin, with no AC. We paid almost $300 for one night. We had to go buy two fans, to put in the cabin. Staff was very rude.

The first issue with our stay is that we were put in a different cabin than what I reserved on the KOA app. Also the pictures of the game room were nothing like what was there. The biggest issue was the condition of the deluxe cabin. It obviously hadn't been cleaned and there were numerous cockroaches that we saw every day we were there. It was disgusting.

Employees were friendly, helpful and polite. The recreation room needs renovation because it is sparsely equipped and dated. The location is excellent because it is centrally located to all the attractions. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed watching the resident Great White Egret catching its breakfast each day. Overall, we had a good time. The price/value is average.

My son and I absolutely loved our stay the camping cabin.I was VERY grateful to have been accomodated with being near the shower house. Swimming pool was clean and well kept. Aside from traffic noise (it's close to US17), it wasn't bad. Surroundings were remarkably quiet and peaceful. Ladies room was ALWAYS clean. Staff were knowledgeable, accessible, helpful, and friendly!

We had a great time at the KOA as always. Great and friendly staff that always takes very good care of us with anything that we need. We also enjoy all of the festivities that are provided for the guest my granddaughter loves the KOA she says the worm the which is the train ride always a blast thanks a lot for giving your campers a great experience..

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
