400 characters is not enough for me to share with you how blessed you are to have Carol and Misty in your staff. I just lost my husband and these women went WAY above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Again, I don’t have enough space but protect these women at all costs. They’re angels.

The KOA is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Once you are in the campground there are a lot of trees and plenty of shade. I liked that the jumping pillow and pool stayed open late and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms. I did not like that there were tents set up literally right next to the gates to the dog park and you have to walk through the tent sites to get to the gates.

It was so great I had to keep renewing. 3 nights turned into an amazing week thanks to the KOA staff. The bathrooms are always clean, the place is well maintained, there are a lot of cute activities like the worm train, golf cart parade, pool glow stick party, just love the vibe. Prices are unbeatable too.

Cute cabin, a little too far from the bathrooms and a little too dark at night but it was clean. Our cabin had a fridge and microwave in it which was a nice surprise

Got to our cabin and it was FILTHY. the pile of dirt and dog hair is what I swept up myself upon arrival. The dog hair just kept coming and coming - I could never get it all up.I spent quite a bit of time trying to clean it all up.! if it wasn’t for ruining my kids vacation I would have packed my bags and left . Bathhouses were gross as well.

We stayed in cabin 44. The air conditioner is way undersized and in the middle of the day it is unbearably hot. We had to go outside to cool off. The wood railing on the porch is rotted and the floor boards on the porch are warped causing my kids to fall. A little upkeep would go a long way! We could have stayed in our tent and saved some money, we would have sweated either way. What a let down!

The cabin was absolutely filthy. Blood stains on mattress, refrigerator did not get cold at all. My wife had to spend 2 hrs cleaning when we showed up just so we could use the bathroom.

We decided to take a last minute road trip and KOA had availability on a short notice. Our cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Our stay was wonderful!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you KOA and KOA Staff for everything.

I enjoy your property and I’ll definitely come back. This last trip was good accept for the large roaches. We sprayed and couldn’t get rid of them. I honestly ended up using 2 cans of Raid and still had them. Your management team was great and took care of me. I’ll be back next April. Thank you again

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff with some exceptions. Bathhouse was not cleaned once during our stay, would gladly provide photos. Location is great but will not be back. Very disappointed we used our vip points on this stay.

We arrived late in the afternoon, 7:30ish. We stayed in cabin DC08. The cabin HAD NOT BE CLEANED! A couple of ladies, who weren't even scheduled to work, came and cleaned the cabin, brought linens, paper towels, etc. They were very tired, having driven from IN after attending a funeral. I’ve been coming To the campground since I was 14 am 58 now , I always have a Good time. The only negative thing I can say is that this time I wasn’t really pleased with the cabin it was really old and kind of ratty looking, The floors were really dirty looking. And I kepted getting bit by bugs I went up to office and they did send someone right out to spray , the staff is always so kind .

This is the nastiest KOA that we have ever stayed at. The bathrooms have never been cleaned good. There is so much black mould and hair in the shower and sand on the floor. There was poop in the middle of the bathroom floor one night. Disgusting!

The cabin, golf cart and overall stay was fine. However the men’s restroom was terrible. It was disgusting. There was writing on the walls that my 10 year old pointed out that was highly inappropriate. We stay at multiple KOAS throughout the year and this was the first time we have experienced a disgusting bathhouse.

I’ve been to a few KOA’s lately. My cabin was a lot smaller than it was made to look online. The loft area anybody that’s over 4 feet tall will not fit or be able to move around up there without crawling. Your housekeeping is less than desirable. My overall experience of the Myrtle Beach KOA is, I’ll never come back. Not enough room to register my complaints.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Cable in the master bedroom didn’t work. Cabin floor wasn’t swept when we got there. Found 2 cockroaches in the cabin during our stay. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly

This was the dirtiest Campground I've ever been at. The picnic table was infested, even after cleaning it and using a tablecloth it was covered in multiple kinds of bugs. We couldn't eat outside because flies completely covered your food within 2 minutes. The floors were disgusting as well as the front door. Requested a power washer, they never came with it. Absolutely horrible conditions!!!

It was great! The staff was awesome! My kids and grandson loved the pool, jumping pad, and fishing. We also enjoyed renting a golf cart. That made it so much easier to get to the pool,beach, and stores. The only reason I put a 4 because the bathhouses need some painting or up dating.

When I reserved the cabin I made it clear I needed to be close to my sisters cabin. I was told we would be back to back. We were not she was 8cabins down from me. And the bathroom was even farther. The cabin inside was the only thing that met my expectations. Wi-Fi did not work the whole week. So it was pointless to bring my flat screen I brought. Every morning when I showered it was ice cold.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We started out tent camping then went to the small cabins and as the family grew went to the big cabins. The staff is awesome if you need help or supplies they will stop what they are doing and much sure you are taken care of. I rather stay here then a resort, less B.S. and noise and the kids and grandkids have a better time. Plus you get to meet new people and see them every year. Great Job team.

Nice and big. Good spacing. The internal roads could be a few feet wider. It was manuerable, but tight with a 38'DP and a tow car. Easy and friendly checkin. Nice park. Nice location for Myrtle Beach.
