Nice campground, nice facilities. We didn't have kids with us, but the place was very kid/family friendly. We were too tired to attend the halloween party/haunted hay ride, but it sounded like so much fun!

Was nice the store looked like going out of business not well stock also they should update their site letting people know no shuttle year around just seasonal everything else was nice and smooth

Seemed like a local hang out. It was very noisy and when we arrived there was garbage in the fire pit. The chairs were all rusty. Some of the Halloween decorations were over the top and overly gory for young children. The store was not very well stocked and the roads need some repair. Also the bathrooms need updated. A little disappointing for a KOA.

We arrived late. We were not able to make a reservation, but were told they post available sites outside after hours. We could find no such posting. With some difficulty we managed to find an appropriate site. We were only there one night. Mgmt/staff were lovely when we went to pay the next morning. Beautiful wooded park with very nice looking amenities.

Everything was great except for the bat, and when I called to have it removed I was told to just shoe it along. Kind of expected that they’d have some one get animal control out cause bats can carry rabies and other diseases. Thanks

The MB Koa is fabulous! Everything from the employees to the sites are perfect! If you want to camp with trees, lots of space and feel safe and enjoy good old fashion camping this is the place! Good old fashion fun, treats and games for kids! The staff treat you like family! Enjoy the beach and pool in the summer and beautiful weather and fun activities for all in the Fall!

Our site was very nice. The showers and laundry, however, were not cleaned often enough. The laundry was dirty with trash strewn all over the floor and overflowing trash containers. The showers were a close second. Trash can overflowing, trash in the shower and wads of hair in the shower drains. We were there 10 days. Even though it wasn’t your busy season, once a week cleaning is not enough.

Our family had a spooktacular time at the MB KOA Resorts’s Halloween festival. The cabins were clean and well organized. We had a great time decorating our golf carts for the parade. The kids enjoyed the Halloween carnival, costume contest, and trick or treating. The KOA staff did a fantastic job organizing all the Halloween events. We are already planning our return trip.

Very peaceful and close to the beach , always stay at koa , walking distance to everything I need . Was very disappointed in the laundry room this time , people need to ck their clothes befor washing for paper in their pockets . Had to wipe washer out first . And paper was all over floor . Others wise all was good .

We just stayed this weekend. There were many fun activities for the kids and the haunted hayride was awesome! The front office staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us! Thank you and we can't wait to come back!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very responsive when we had a tree limb drop onto our awning and punctured a hole in it. It was taken care of quickly. Hope the WiFi will be working again as it was unavailable during our stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff was super nice and helpful. The park was clean and we really enjoyed the holloween decorations. We even stayed an extra night and the young lady at the office helped us with that and made it super easy and was very accommodating. Awesome camp ground we will definitely be coming back soon

We rented the rustic deluxe cabin. Our 2nd stay there with more to come. Fantastic campground with clean bathhouse. We also rented the golf cart and that really makes the vacation. So fun to cruise around the campground and also to the beach and ocean Blvd. Koa is a gem after staying at overpriced hotels for years.

I think the sites were awesome, also like the way it was done up for Halloween. Only thing that I feel needs some attention are the bathroom. Most of the chairs were very ruff shape , they could use a very needed update

The bathrooms were not cleaned the 2 days we were there and notoriety paper in stalls.bathrooms were gross, walked in office and was greeted by cockroaches.

Ive been coming here since the 1980s love the location love the koa but was disappointed with recent stay rusty inside microwave front door could use some paint or replacement no light in refrigerator dripping faucet in tub drip pans under burners very dirty overall happy with cabin size and comfort but disappointed with other things

Overpriced and false advertising. Booked a back in with patio and gas grill. At least this is how it is advertised. When I arrived, was told no Wi-Fi or cable. "you will have to hotspot if you want internet." I asked about the grill. Was told "no grills on these spots. So they agreed to bring me a grill. Charcoal. Wood 3 bundles for $20. They charged my card $28. Wouldn't go back here. NO WAY!!!!

I would actually give a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Everything was great, but the bathhouse/showers need updating. The women's shower lights did not work and it was very dark. Overall we had a fantastic time! Laundry facilities were good and our campsite was perfect. We'll be back

Was very disappointed this stay the camp site was full of fire ant nest we counted 8 about the size of a basket ball in front of our camper. By the end of the week they had gotten in the camper we could not put our son down to play because of it. The camp ground did not have tv service was told we has to stream tv off the camp ground internet. TV or laptop would not connect to the internet!

We arrived after the store was closed, the woman at the late arrival shack was absolutely amazing, she explained everything to us right there. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. It was very clean and quiet. Fantastic location. I will be definitely going back.. Thank You �

It was very bad taste to put Halloween Figures all over the the Campsite. Especially the ones with scratching voice speaking every time the car was passing. Day or night. People do camping instead staying in the hotel to run away from all this nonsense. It was terrible idea.

Love the campground. Close (walking distance) to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. RV sites are great, each includes a large patio, fire pit, Weber Grill, picnic table and a separate table and chairs. Since it was almost Halloween the park staff went all out decorating the park. We’ll be back.

Roads need a little work, but drive slow and you are fine. Friendly staff and roomy sites. Didnt use the facilities. Close to a lot of things to do!! We’d come back here.

We stay for the CCU football games so we don't participate in the camp grounds much but we LOVE the cabins and plan to come when we don't have a game so we can enjoy the grounds.

Saw it on a lousy rainy night. People at gate were very friendly. Bath house clean and park was clean. Lots more trees than I expected wish was good. I’ll go back.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
