We came for a 1 night stay on valentine's day 2026 and rented a cabin for 8. The cabin was clean, spacious and has everything we needed. It overlooked the water and they even decorated for the occasion and put chocolates in the cabin. We will be back!

We stayed in Cabin 03. The cabin was nice overall, but we had several issues. The can opener didn’t work (they replaced it), the stove wouldn’t heat properly, and the knobs are reversed with no labeling, which caused confusion and wasted food. The heat wouldn’t kick on unless set very high. The stove vent also looked dirty. Because of these problems, we wouldn’t stay again.

We had an excellent site backing up to water with a nice deck. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Very clean bathrooms and the shower room was very warm with great water pressure

I began by staying at the KOA when I was traveling around. Eventually I decided to stay permanently. I made the decision to live in their permanent section, a good decision on my part. The KOA offers different payment plans in the permanent section, for example - monthly, Quarterly, yearly, etc. The staff is very friendly and patient with your needs as well as your concerns.

8 nights here… The property is a rundown showing age.Needs updating in the bathrooms/laundry. Didn’t see many employees.Dog park is small .The women’s bathroom was closed the entire time. There was a dog that was non-stop barking for several hours multiple times a day.We did report it,but the barking continued.The location is great but we will look for other options next time.

It has been a while since I have been to a KOA. The facility and folks were great, however I have never had to pay for my pets and never had to pay a resort fee (almost $40.00 for both) if this is happening at KOA’s across the country I will be camping in other campgrounds. I only used a site with water and electricity not full hookup and in the off season. We are seniors with limited income.

The cabin was very comfortable. Great bed and loved the water pressure. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

This was a very nice campground! Personal were very friendly and helpful! Very scenic campground with lots of trees! This was the first time we stayed at a KOA, but we will try others and will be back to this one!

It was my birthday week so upgraded to a beautiful patio site. Was the best decision. I only wish would to have a laundry closer to the campers. You are only a short walk to a beach and resturants

We stayed for the weekend following New Years. We had a patio spot with full hookups and a bath house close by. The campground was quiet and the other campers were very friendly and respectful. The staff at the MB KOA are the best! Answered all our questions and requests promptly and with confidence. We liked the campground so much, we decided to return for a month stay in March.

Very peaceful this time of year! Bathhouse a bit worn but clean and well supplied…level spot to camp and everything worked�. Staff was friendly and helpful with specific needs. Lots of space for walking our pups…and the camp was quiet with minimal road noise from outside traffic. We’d definitely stay again if traveling through the area.

We had a bit of an issue at check in but the amazing staff made up for it 10 fold. My grandbaby loved coming and visiting us and riding her scooter through the amazing property.

The front desk personnel set the example when I checked in and anytime I dealt with them after. Great experience and definitely recommend the Myrtle Beach KOA!!

I've lived here in the permanent section of the KOA background for about 6 years. I am continuing to enjoy it in so many ways. I can walk about 3 blocks and be on the ocean. I have good neighbors. The cost to park on my permanent sight is very doable. I think I'm trying to say that I truly enjoy living here. Lol

I cannot rave enough about this campground! We stayed in one of the micro-cabins and it was so cute! The campground is well kept and you feel a world away while still being just blocks from the ocean. It's peaceful, family friendly and the staff is incredible. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Gina was very helpful at check in. The site was level and spacious. We wish the store offered more. Our KOAs have great stores to buy the little things.

lights were on every room when we arrived (didnt think any thing about it at the time ) next morning turned on kitchen light to make coffee and roaches were all over the counter and found a few dead roaches in coffee maker bathtub drain was clogged up ( used plunger that was there and it finally drained very slow} called after hours Number left message and never received any call back

We had a great stay. We loved the little cabin. It was very nice and clean. The campground was close to everything. We were only there for a night so weren’t able to enjoy any amenities but it looked like there was plenty to do especially during the busy season. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Great stay. Super quiet during off season. Plenty of room between campsites. Lots of trees. Plenty of dog walking areas. The staff was great! Friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Thanks for everything!!

We have a 44 foot toy hauler that we keep in storage just down the road from the KOA we’re able to bring it in and out very easily

All the staff were very unfriendly, the never cleaned the bathroom/showers. They catered to the cottages not to the campers. I call the front desk on a Sunday, one week before my check out date . I told them of a site one space away from my rig , he always parked his duly monster truck almost halfway into the road, I couldn’t get around him, they did nothing about it.

There was a bit of disorganization when we checked in; our assigned site was already occupied; our firewood was delivered to the wrong site; we had to get a refund for some extra charges; the lady at the desk wasn't very friendly or helpful; the bathrooms weren't very clean; their website needs to be updated. Other than those things our campsite and stay were nice.

Myrtle Beach Koa is family to us. They make us fell at home. Thank you Joe for filling our LP gas tank the weekend. We really enjoy the KOA.

Good location.Plenty linens. Well stocked kitchen. Bathroom is a mess. Toilet does not work correctly. Shower faucet does not match the tankless water heater so you can get a cold shot. Door should be reversed on refrigerator so you don’t have to step into the bathroom to open it. Controls for overhead light and fan not wired properly. Etc. nowhere near worth what we paid.

It’s off season so pools were closed and the grill. Conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Wifi wasn’t very good. The campground store was practically nonexistent. The park itself is very pretty. Loved watching the ducks in the water. Seen a pair of Eagles in the area. Our campsite was nice, plenty of room. Will go back during spring season.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
