The women’s shower area needs curtains hung up. One of the doors don’t lock and one of the shower head is broken so the water runs all the time. Bathroom vents cleaned need to be cleaned that would help with the smell. People are very nice. Grass campsites are very nice. Nice big laundry room.

The location was great, the site was good as well but oh my gosh, the bathrooms are an issue. I don’t believe they were cleaned the whole time we were there. Plus we were told this was a newer constructed building and it is rapidly deteriorating. It surprises me how little attention is being paid to it and allowed to be destroyed.

There wasn’t any kids activities for my 4 night/5 days stay. The pool was not open on April first which is why we chose to go here. They stated on the KOA website that the pool was going to open from April 1st. But was not the case. Unsatisfied customer with Myrtle Beach KOA location.

We enjoyed our spot and our stay. Myrtle Beach KOA is probably our favorite place to camp. The activities were fun for the kids and we literally hate leaving the campground we love it so much!

Cabin had mold everywhere and lots of roaches/roach poop on the bed. The towels and linens had a lot of strange stains too. Even though there’s a cleaning checklist, it looked like the cabin hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I would stay here again but only if I slept in a tent/my car. Price was ok $300+ for 2 nights isn’t bad. The staff were very nice and the overall experience wasn’t terrib

The check in staff and the gentleman at the gate house were amazing! However, I upgraded cabins for the second night and the cleanliness was subpar. There was a puddle of liquid in one of the dining room chairs upon checking in, I cleaned it up. Then when going to shower later that night, there was a used soap bar in the trash can and the floor was super dirty through out. Loved otherwise.

Site beautiful as always. A few issues at the owners site minor all be it but as much as you pay it should be 100%. Wire was broke on the deck area making it easy for my leashed dog to get through if I wasn’t paying attention. The hot tub had missing head rests that made it impossible to use those areas. Griddle was not cleaned so thankfully I prepared and brought stuff to clean it properly.

Campground is very tight Lots are extremely snug for getting a 40 foot Motorhome in and out of spaces Pool was closed and shuttle to the beach only runs in May; none of which was communicated to us prior to our arrival. There is also a small take out canteen on property which was not open either. They ran a few small activities for children but that was it.

We stayed at the Myrtle Beach KOA for the month of March and absolutely loved it! The ladies at the front desk are the most friendly and helpful folks around. We were treated to a BBQ towards the end of the month and a movie. Though the movie didn't work out due to tech issues, I think everyone had a great time. We like the campground so much, we are returning for another month long stay in Oct.

Bathrooms were clean in area close to office, these are the only one we used. Staff very helpful and polite. Our grandson played on inflatable jump thing , which was covered in pollen. I realize this will happen but never saw anyone spray it off in morning’s before it opened. I would highly recommend spraying it off on a regular basis. our fire pit had one leg that was broken I forgot to mention

Campground is ok. Very noisy outside, sirens all night most nights, airport near by which is heard in the campground Quiet inside the campground. Bath houses are ehh. The dog �� is out of control. Every where you went there it was. I don’t know what the answer is to this as controlling lazy people is hard to do. Responsible pet owners pay the price. Leaf blowers every day ��!

Too much noise gas blowers, airport. Tough to work remotely. Wi-Fi poor, no cable. Some workers not friendly. Liked bingo. Close to beach restaurants and stores

Other than the pollen, it was fabulous!!!! We were greeted with an upbeat friendly person at the gate which started our trip with a happy notel.

This was our 3rd visit at this campground and Run to the Sun show. A little bit far to the bathhouse but that's OK. We'll more than likely be back next year or before.

Our stay at the KOA Myrtle Beach was great. This is a family friendly property with seamless check in and out processes. All the help from the staff members was above and beyond our expectation. GREAT STAY

The person that I spoke with on the phone was short with me and almost kind of rude so I was suspicious but when I got there the greeter at the gate was awesome and she made rounds to check and make sure we were good and didn't need anything we did have a great stay

I didn’t like seeing all the sites with old and unused campers. Saw car parts and other stuff that’s make location unappealing. There were leaves in piles around the campsite which can cause insects. So I would think KOA should review their policy and location.

The campsite was amazing it was beautiful and peaceful and the cleanest campground I've ever stayed at. There was plenty to keep my kids entertained I over all loved the Myrtle Beach campground and will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone and the staff was so polite and always helpful.

The cabin was not properly cleaned, cups were dirty trash under the counter , tub stopper broken , metal bed frame stuck out cut my legs and bruised my Husbands as we came in that night , we did leave early because of it. And received a refund. The front gate lady was awesome.

It was ok but definitely not a resort, we had no cable the WiFi didn’t work and our site wasn’t big enough for our motorhome and car. We had to back-out to get out of the site and had to back- up to get out of the park. The staff was very nice and friendly but it wasn’t for us.

Overall, we were pleased. I would like to note that the site we reserved online was not the one we were assigned when we arrived. There were two totally different pictures of what was shown online and what we actually got. I have pictures if someone is interested in seeing, but I feel the online pictures need to be upgraded to show exactly what you are getting.

Great location in the middle of Myrtle Beach but the campground is big enough to be away from the noise

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
