Cabin was infested w/palmetto bugs, 1/2 of the light bulbs were burned out. We were expected to clean the cabin or pay $100. The refrigerator either froze our food or didn’t work. Screen on the door was busted & looked bad. They left air unit in window which had no seal around it so cold air just blew in the room. Place had mold in bath & walls covered in dust. High price for low maintenance.

Great location, super friendly, helpful staff. Washrooms look tired and could use a coat of paint. I realize it is off-season but the store is not well stocked. Campground is close to the beach, golf and downtown. We will be back.

We enjoyed our waterfront site. Staff was courteous and helpful. Restrooms were clean but somewhat older/rusty. The premium sites were so very different with different costs and it would be helpful if there were better pictures online and descriptions of the different sites matching on the map.

You need to up date the bathroom and paint them the smell in them will make you throw up and put shower curtains on the shower

The people at the registration station were so lovely and friendly. The staff who maintained the grounds did a great job keeping everything nice—they were both professional and personable and helpful with our questions. The property and sites were beautiful and remote feeling—yet such a close walk to the beach. The birds and water were amazing and serene.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The reason for the rating is due to the fact that we were charged a resort fee and then had to clean everything before we left. There were dead bugs on the counter upon arrival and the top bed cover in the bedroom had a stain on it, we had to wash it. It would be nice if someone checked the cleanliness before arrival considering we'd be charged if left dirty.

Was a great stop on the way to visit with family. We were welcomed with smiles of the friendly staff. The site was great and the campground conveniently located.

It was very nice. Quiet and relaxing as usual. This was the first time we stayed during the holidays and the price changes were sad. 100 per 24 hrs for the golf cart rental. 280 per one night stay. I get we all need to make money but that was disheartening. Still, very cozy. Also, out bedroom door was broken so bad we got stuck in our room for a while. The water from the sink was very discolored

Great Campground. Most of all, great people that own it & help run it. We arrived on 12/3/23. Our truck broke down & the girl in the office recommended an auto mechanic that came to the campground and diagnosed the problem for free. We ended up staying for 12 days until the truck was repaired. They allowed us to extend our stay on a daily basis in the same site with no additional fees. Back in Feb

Campground was nice except that the utility area of our site was very muddy and wet. It's was a red stucky clay mud and got all over our stuff.

We had a wonderful stay in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was clean and the few staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially regarding closing the cabin when we left. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do while at Mrytle Beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Cabin was not ready when I got there, and it was super dirty, also not the cabin I asked for, I am very disappointed, and I want to request a refund.

The checkin email said my check in was 4 PM and my check out was 10 AM. When I arrived and received the brochure I find i could have checked in at 2 and check out was noon. I stopped at the office to complain and was told the email is controlled by corporate so they need to report it there. I lost 2 hours of visiting with my granddaughter because of this. Not happy. A resort? Really?

It was very enjoyable except for the dogs not on leashes that left their poop right in the path to our trailer door. We never saw it because it was small enough and therefore tract it into our trailer. Please remind your customers to clean up after their dogs. We did for ours every day! I will say the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Neighbors were great!

No hot water in the laundry. Pool closed but couldn't swim in Nov as it's not heated & hasn't been for years. This park has been upgraded to a resort status a couple of years ago & while KOA was on site to review it Baylus heated the small pool. As soon as they left he turned the heat off. Shameful! He upgrades sites (eye candy) but doesn't keep up with features that are hidden but important.

We arrived Thanksgiving Day about 11 AM, set up and we’re then treated to an awesome community meal at noon. Thank you! The rest of our stay was peaceful as expected. MB KOA is doing a great job keeping the park clean and up to date.

My family and I had an amazing time. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. We also loved all the seasonal decorations. It made it feel like home.

Cabins need to be cleaned better. There were lights out, spider webs, mouse droppings. Bath tub looked like it was super old.

Our stay was enjoyable for the most part. The only issue was people riding up and down the roads on their golf carts, blasting their music. I know it wasn't quiet time, but people need to be considerate of others.

Fire pit had cigarette butts and cans it, entire campground covered with leaves that were not being cleaned up. Some campers blowing off sites themselves. Staff we encountered gave minimal service. Bathroom had an odor in it all the time we were there.

Cabin DC9 needs updating, needs improved lighting in the kitchen, propane grill needs to be serviced and parts replaced. TV appeared to be wiped down that left smear across screen. Shower needs a liner for the shower curtain.

We stayed in a pet-friendly deluxe cabin. It was very cute. We also have an RV so I checked out the RV lots. Very nice, spacious lots.

Last trip of the season, just before thanksgiving. Campground was nice and quiet, town was pretty empty. Still lots to do, had a great time.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
