cable tv broken in the whole camp grounds, It was broken last year and again this year, pool water was dirty. The grass had not been cut until 3 days after we arrived. No security guard at the guard house the whole time we were there for 5 days. but yet we were charged 100 a night for site. for what..

Pros: Campsites were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great proximately to the beach and stores while still being quiet and treelined. Lots of paved roads for kids to bike/scoot. Cons: We brough three kids there planning on swimming in the pool but it was closed for maintenance both days. Bathrooms were dirty and dark.

Clean and well kept. Golf carts after quiet time were racing around after midnight but otherwise a good experience.

Very clean, site was awesome. We did not have to take anything out of our RV. Site came with two chairs and firepit, four seat table with umbrella and a grill. The only thing is I wish the pool was working and splash pad. Gameroom was closed also. I know it is off season but still people are there staying during this time and everything should be available for them too.

I really enjoyed my stay here! My husband and I were there for the week and it was beyond beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My one complaint is that the restrooms are very dated and there was always a lot of hair and sand in the showers. The bathhouse at KOA Wilmington seems “brand new” compared to this one. Once the bathhouses get upgraded this place will be top tie

Nice place to spend it with your family. The employees are kind only they should be more careful with the cleaning of the camp bathrooms and the huts need more cleaning and be aware of putting what is necessary for the camper like chanpoo soap for the body etc.

Loved this place very cozy get away from all the hectic crowds all shaded with big trees wouldn’t know you were at the beach then pull out of entrance and there is the ocean

Check in was fast and friendly. Navigating to our site was tight for our 40 ft. Class A motorhome. Our patio site was very nice and spacious. It's very dog friendly with lots of space to walk and ample pet stations. There's lots of activities for the kids, too. It is convenient to the beach, shopping, mini golf, etc. Overall, we recommend this campground.

Trash left outside not picked up and torn open by animals. Large potholes and bumpy roads that could easily be fixed.

To start there is no cable tv only streaming and I don’t stream. The campground looks unkept. The leaves are never cleaned up. I have stayed at this koa many times. Next time I go to Myrtle Beach I will be staying at another campground.

We’ve stayed here several times and are always very satisfied with all the accommodations. Big roomy sites are a plus.The office people are all very pleasant. We went to the pool for the first time and it was also very nice.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two grumpy hosts who seemed rather irritated that we were there. We found the same attitudes when we visited the camp store.

This is in no way a KOA Resort. It was a piece of grass for over $100/night. It was like camping at the fairgrounds!

Had the greatest time,wooded area, with river water. Lots for kids to do. Great for pets too. Lots of small wild life for.kids to enjoy.

Absolutely peaceful! They had so many activities for the kids to participate in, my kids loved it. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing place for family with kids, dogs and not only. Staff wa very helpful. We arrived after midnight and everything was ready waiting for us. We got a call an evening that we are checked in and all details were provided. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay, the staff was great, our pad and patio was really nicely done. My only comment, is the bathrooms. They needed to be updated a little in the floors needed to be cleaner. But overall, a really great day.

The time spent was fine, most staff were very friendly and helpful. They do need to fix their roads. Better access to activities planned. Had to join the Facebook page for the 55+ permanent sites to find out what was going on.

No TV remotes in cabin. Gas grill was not usable, completely rusted, no shampoo. Spilled water on floor. Wiped it with paper towel, it was completely black. Cabins are not cleaned very well at all. In fact I don’t like having to clean cabin before I leave or am charged $100. What is house keepers job? Putting sheets on bed and that’s it? They obviously don’t mop.

If you do not have kids and just looking for a place to kick back when your not out and about this is perfect place. However, if you have kids and your use to KOA's having activities for the kids this is not the place. Our electricity went out on our breaker took them all day to fix since they forgot about it. Takes forever to get them on the phone with an issue. and the speeding in that place.

The women’s shower area needs curtains hung up. One of the doors don’t lock and one of the shower head is broken so the water runs all the time. Bathroom vents cleaned need to be cleaned that would help with the smell. People are very nice. Grass campsites are very nice. Nice big laundry room.

The location was great, the site was good as well but oh my gosh, the bathrooms are an issue. I don’t believe they were cleaned the whole time we were there. Plus we were told this was a newer constructed building and it is rapidly deteriorating. It surprises me how little attention is being paid to it and allowed to be destroyed.

There wasn’t any kids activities for my 4 night/5 days stay. The pool was not open on April first which is why we chose to go here. They stated on the KOA website that the pool was going to open from April 1st. But was not the case. Unsatisfied customer with Myrtle Beach KOA location.

We enjoyed our spot and our stay. Myrtle Beach KOA is probably our favorite place to camp. The activities were fun for the kids and we literally hate leaving the campground we love it so much!

Cabin had mold everywhere and lots of roaches/roach poop on the bed. The towels and linens had a lot of strange stains too. Even though there’s a cleaning checklist, it looked like the cabin hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I would stay here again but only if I slept in a tent/my car. Price was ok $300+ for 2 nights isn’t bad. The staff were very nice and the overall experience wasn’t terrib

The check in staff and the gentleman at the gate house were amazing! However, I upgraded cabins for the second night and the cleanliness was subpar. There was a puddle of liquid in one of the dining room chairs upon checking in, I cleaned it up. Then when going to shower later that night, there was a used soap bar in the trash can and the floor was super dirty through out. Loved otherwise.

Site beautiful as always. A few issues at the owners site minor all be it but as much as you pay it should be 100%. Wire was broke on the deck area making it easy for my leashed dog to get through if I wasn’t paying attention. The hot tub had missing head rests that made it impossible to use those areas. Griddle was not cleaned so thankfully I prepared and brought stuff to clean it properly.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
