Sites were level and mostly shaded. Picked up small pieces of trash from our site. First KOA where we were not escorted to our site. Trash left at vacated sites was not picked up all day. Very expensive for a grass, water, and electric site. Bathrooms were mostly clean, old and could use a good scrubbing and update. (Toilet seats did not fit the toilets, shower handles were loose.)

The best part about the stay was Mrs. G and her husband! From the moment we got there— they were so nice and friendly. Their welcoming made us feel like we were at home. I had such a great time that Mrs, G and her husband helped us book the 4th of July weekend! Please keep those two. It’s so hard to come across good genuine people in the world that we live in today. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay and have stayed multiple times as a big group using several campsites and cabins every year. Recommendations, when the pool is closed for repairs and/or other campground water issues the resort fee shouldn’t be charged. Additionally, the staff never called back regarding a number of issues as they said they would. Although the staff is always very friendly!

We stay every year with about 20 or so other campers for CCMF. The cabins need repair. One window is sealed with duct tape and I don’t think the floor has been cleaned in years. The staff was and always is awesome!!. Not sure how our cabin (DC02) says it sleeps six. Love seat doesn’t open up to a bed. Mattresses could be updated. Friends with RVs enjoyed site - water issue and pool closure

Awesome place to be and have been there several times. Even though we only live about 7 miles away we love it and the staff here. Fantastic job by the entire crew during our stay there for the Carolina Country Music Fest.

As usual, they go above and beyond! Absolute BEST place to stay in Myrtle Beach! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the crazy to still relax! Everyone is super friendly and they definitely do remember you!!!

Overall was great! Only complaints are about cleanliness of the deluxe cabins. When we got there the floors were covered in dirt. Sweeping is not enough, someone actually has to come clean. We had to go buy a swiffer mop, a whole box of pads later it still wasn’t completely clean. Also we were not stocked with proper cooking supplies either which made things difficult.

We usually have a good time at the MB KOA and want to keep coming back! The staff is great! However, we just have to say that the pool was so gross this year. We really enjoy sitting by the pool and relaxing but couldn’t really this year.

We rented a cabin this time and it was great. Everyone that works there is super nice and we are looking forward to next year. We come for CCMF and couldn’t ask for a better place.

Would have rate a 5 but the WiFi could stand to be better. I kept losing WiFi or it was really slow. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The location was convenient for our plans. We used the pool and the snack shack. The pool is in poor shape. All of the cement around the pool was degraded and some of the gunite in the pool was missing. There were a lot of people in the pool but it had not been cleaned or chemicaled properly, it was very cloudy and not filtering well. We did like that there were plenty of chairs, loungers.

We had a great time and the staff was really nice. Only thing I would have liked was another window air conditioner in the bedroom of the cabin it was hot in the room in the afternoon.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfortable size of the campsite. Even with a large tent (12x15') I did not feel crowded . We could see neighbors, but not hear their conversations. The tall trees provided wonderful shade. Bath house was clean with plenty hot water. Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Nice amenities. Close to beach. Only drawback is city noise. Will return!

Very enjoyable time. Paige, the property manager, saw my wife and I walking to the beach one afternoon and gave us a lift on a golf cart. She also helped us with a billing issue we had. She could not have been nicer. Recommend MB KOA to anyone wanting to camp at the beach.

First time here, we loved it. Came for CCMF, we stayed in one of the camping cabins and it was just great. The pool was clean and the perfect temp for how hot it was outside, the bathhouse we used was nice and clean. Peaceful at night. The staff were so nice. My son (4yo) loved the park, swings & jump pad. I was so overjoyed with my experience here and we will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

My experience at this KOA was bad. Most of the staff were not friendly or informative. Bathrooms are disgusting with broken locks and missing curtains. I had the cabin the farthest from the bathrooms(veryfar). Which was also absolutely filthy. I expect wildlife and bugs while camping but not to wake up to it in my room. I will never stay at this KOA again. I'll stay with OBX koa anytime instead.

After 2 days of travel, checked in during storm after 4 PM (closing time) and given a cabin that I did NOT reserve. Had no choice but to unload vehicle, clean cabin and unpack. Spoke with manager and was offered another cabin but after spending 1 day of our vacation unloading/unpacking/cleaning, who wants to spend another day repacking/reloading/unpacking/unloading and cleaning another cabin!

Campsites near lake were too far from bath house. Shuttle to lake should go past 4 o'clock. You shouldn't advertise cable if you don't have cable. Older guy at late check in was extremely nice!

Speeding vehicles even the staff. Two days before the trash was picked up. The staff wasn’t the best. Always on computer buying things. No one to escort you to your site. For a resort I would not recommend another resort. Sorry ��. Holiday is so much better!

Seems like pricing has gone up a good bit.... But let me tell ya the staff was awesome in all aspects of my stay, we enjoyed the banter, waves and all the smiles every time we rode by.

The staff were extremely rude (front desk and bathroom cleaner). The bathrooms were not clean. We were told the shuttle would be running and it wasn’t- that was a huge disappointment. It was nice to have free coffee available at front office/store and activities throughout the weekend.

It was very loud this weekend with several campers participating in the motorcycle weekend. That being said their bikes were awesome to see. The movie at the pool seemed to be a big hit. The kareoke sounded fun. A few of the participants could even carry a tune. The place was packed and everyone I talked with was having an enjoyable week and Memorial Day Weekend.

I don’t like the fact that I got a tent site with electricity and water for one amount but then brought a pop up and got the same site but was charged more for having a pop up

Not very good upkeep on the cabins air conditioning did not work very well roaches inside the cabin doesn't sleep a family of four very well very crowded better description of sizes of cabins on website if I would have known it was a mini Deluxe I would have requested a larger size deluxe model

Great place. Plenty of shady camping. Nice pool. One complaint was the weekend we choose was very busy and they groups near us where up partying until 3 am. There should be some sort of security riding around to curb this type of behavior during quiet hours. Not saying you can’t have fun but loud music, screaming and loud motorcycle revving is rude. Otherwise the campground was great & clean.

The big pool was dirty with clumps of hairs amd other debri floating. The small pool was cloudy with peeling paint floating in it. The game room is pretty much non existent and store is small. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

Staying at the Myrtle Beach KOA has become a yearly tradition! Always a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Convenient location to the beach and other attractions. We will definitely continue to visit.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
