Floor was very dirty. Cabins should be cleaned mode thoroughly. Cabins with fire pitts too close together. Smoke coming in to cabin from next door.

Overall still a nice place to stay but has changed a lot over the last 20 yrs….doesnt feel as homey anymore. It is unfortunate that the “premium” sites have taken over and are very cost limiting to most. We stayed in the basic back in sites which remained full while the “fancy” sites stayed largely empty during our time. We will stay here again just bring back that simple feeling agai

we feel the cost is too high priced. we would stay more often if it was affordable. housekeeping does not do a thorough job. when we stripped the bed we found a soiled spot on the mattress cover. there was nothing on our sheets so it was there from before. it was disgusting.

We have been staying here for years but have noticed the change since the new owners. The prices have increased and the customer service, quality and friendliness has decreased. After our last 2 trips, I think we will start looking at other campgrounds where we will at least get great amenities for the price we are paying per night.

The pool and splash pad were nice. Joe, KOA worker was very helpful. The turn radius for our site was way too small, site 153. We have a 32ft RV and trailer for our tow. We had to disconnect the trailer from the RV to make the turn without going into a ditch. The bathrooms need updating. I expect more from a resort.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was no trash no bugs. The bathrooms were always kept amazingly clean as well as the pools.The mini fridge was better than the one in Holiday Inn Express. The water temperature for the showers and sinks was nice and hot.The showers had a chair, rubber mat so that you were not walking in the water and the main floor outside your cubicle was

We had a fantastic stay. I really liked the set up of the cabin, it's different from the past ones we've stayed in. The only problem we had was that our cabin couldn't get cooled down enough, but it was 90+ outside.

The week went by too fast. The campground as a whole is very nice and quiet. All of the amenities were great for everyone kids and adults. We will stay there again.

the campground was awesome. People friendly. Great amenities. Stayed in a cabin. When we swept the floor, we got up dog hair. We did not bring a pet. The shower curtain smelled as if it had never been changed and made the entire bathroom stink like mildew. The soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were empty and molded. If not going to be filled, need to be removed.

The grounds are amazing here! So many trees and even though the cicadas sounded like they were grinding metal all night, it was so pleasant. Wonderful pool and places for the kids to play. Wishing I had air conditioning in my tent but it was the middle of summer in Myrtle Beach, so of course it was hot.

We were put in a deluxe cabin, that had broken AC. We asked to be switched to another cabin or if someone could fix the air. No one showed to fix the air and we were not moved to another cabin. It was 100 degrees outside. Didn’t feel any cooler inside the cabin, with no AC. We paid almost $300 for one night. We had to go buy two fans, to put in the cabin. Staff was very rude.

The first issue with our stay is that we were put in a different cabin than what I reserved on the KOA app. Also the pictures of the game room were nothing like what was there. The biggest issue was the condition of the deluxe cabin. It obviously hadn't been cleaned and there were numerous cockroaches that we saw every day we were there. It was disgusting.

Everyone was nice. Pool area was nice. Bathrooms on the other hand were not clean. Showers were nasty looking. Shower handles were almost falling off. The shower caddys that hold soap were rusted and gross. We were very disappointed. We stay at KOA's because we felt like their was a little of higher standards at them. We also wanted t-shirts or other gear and their was nothing. We won't be back.

It’s nice that it’s close to everything. Spaces are easy to get in and out of. There just needs to be more wasp control, the power box and my space had a nest in it. The cabin next-door had several nests in them.

With as much as I spent on a cabin and an RV space, seems the hammock at the RV space could have been in better condition. Ha! That’s my only complaint. Hope to see you next year!

We had amazing stay the place was spotless and the staff was amazing and location is perfect to access the beach and surroundings thank you this was are first trip to Myrtle beach and definitely is the only place we will be staying in the future

Fist time staying at this KOA. The store was sparse but Custer service was excellent. We really appreciate the quick response and solution when our breaker went out at 3am. Inside my trailer felt like a sauna. Called the emergency # and less than 10 minutes solution was found . Will be staying here again.

The campground was clean. People were friendly. Loved the set up. Golf cart rental was reasonable. The food at snack bar was delicious. Not having WiFi-the internet is a deal breaker. We asked but were told there was little that could be done.

We've stayed here for the last 4 years and it's ALWAYS been a wonderful time. There are less and less of these family owned campgrounds and this, thankfully, is one of them. We'll be back, guaranteed.

This Campground is in a great location you can rent golf carts and take them out of the campground go to the beach or wherever people are nice here too.On May 13th 2023 my wife's purse fell off the golfcart someone found it and turned it in to the gate with all cash and credit cards still in it Thank you who ever you are that was a great thing to do.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!🙂

Plenty of room; cute cottages and amazing campsites, some with elaborate fireplaces. Expert at RV living. Nice pool, great location a few minutes from the beach (like 5 mins!). Looks so much better than it did when I was here 2 years ago! Maintenance is on it!! Has laundry facilities.

My sister and I booked a trip in one of the cabins and we LOVE it!!! We will be back ASAP!!! Management was wonderful! Anything we needed they provided! I highly recommend!! And it's very close to the beach!!
