I booked months in advance, paying full price for a cabin to learn cabins were greatly reduced in price for 2 weeks before our stay. The cabin was dirty, dust everywhere, pink mildew on the tub, filthy floors, even bedding was dirty. There were minimal Halloween events for children - nothing like in the past. Relatives of KOA employees won costume contests - not new this year. We won't be back.

If I could rate this KOA with 10 stars out of 5, I would. Nicest KOA that we have stayed at. The activities and decorations for Halloween were amazing. Great staff high enthusiasm. And yes, showers and bathrooms were very clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. The Staff went above and beyond. The grounds and bathrooms were clean. The Worm Train and golf cart parade was delightful to watch.Our only complaint was the nightly constant bright headlights and noise from golf carts after dark.

We had a great stay! The location is very easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Gina in the office was a great help and very friendly. The employee who checked us in and brought us wood and ice was also very friendly and quick to bring whatever we needed. We would recommend to our friends.

The pull thru site with patio was really nice! It was clean and roomy! The entire staff were very nice and helpful! The campground was decorated with lots of cool looking Halloween decorations! Very relaxing place to stay! We will definitely be back!

The young lady and young man in the guard house were AWESOME. They were very attentive when checking us in and went well above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. After returning the golf cart, the young lady even offered us a ride back to our site. Genuine care and concern for us as guests. Good customer service often goes unnoticed, but excellent customer service never does! Wayne T

Awesome campground. The whole campground was decorated for Halloween. Close to beach and had all the amenities. It truly was like camping in the woods. Trees were everywhere just beautiful. I only had one gripe the pool was not open. However, we spent two beautiful days on the beach at second avenue. Parking was free this time of year. I highly recommend Wicked Tuna for lunch or dinner. Great!

The worst KOA that we have stayed. Very dissapointed in the camground, the cabin was awful. Dirty cailing fans, broken stove top, broken window blinds, fan in the bathroom didi not work. These are just a few of the problems with this place.

Nice quiet and clean campground. Staff was friendly but seemed uninformed about activities. I asked several staff if pool was open none was sure

Staff were friendly and helpful. Campground was beautiful and clean and our patio site with a deck on the water was truly amazing! Very peaceful! Lots of wildlife to view and enjoy.

The deluxe stuff ww paid extra for on our site was very outdated and broke. If your going to advertise as a deluxe patio site fix it. The bathrooms were filthy and outdated as well. I won't recommend this campground.

I have stayed at several KOAs and loved them but this KOA was a disappointment. I always go for a premium site. Looking at the picture online. The site i was given #347 was ugly. Worn out pad, deck and steps rotting and worn out picnic table. A grill that needs charcoal. Very expensive and not worth the time or money.

Rough start there. 10 bats hanging inside our umbrella. After 2 hours of bleach/cleanup table chairs & stone patio from bat feces I finally sat down. Great shade but lots of dead branches on our roof too

We had a very good stay until when it came to a situation and was unable to reach staff outside of staffing hours. I had to call 911 for assistance. No one answers the emergency number on provided flyer. To find out there are additional numbers on registration shack. Very frustrating and also found out there are 3 staff members that live on site.

Our campsite was next to a wall, which was a sad view. We could have stayed at a truck stop and had the same view. Store was closed most of the time, and we had to wait a long time for someone to come to the guard shack to check us in at 3:30 in the afternoon.

It was enjoyable very convenient to downtown very nice amenities. Nice big spacious sites. Will definitely come back and use again.

Popped in to stay overnight on a motorcycle. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and site was good. Been staying at this KOA since 2007. Always a great stay !!

Nothing but noise all night long, motorcycles riding in circles reving Motors, made reservations 6 months out, and they still messed it up, was traveling with another couple in two are rv's the site the were booked into had another camper into site set up as we went to the site to set up. Worst rv park ever been into, the should lose their KOA rights, this is not a family KOA, it a biker hangout.

We've been staying at MBKoa for 20+ yrs. in late summer/early fall. Back in sites by the river & pull thru sites up on top. Became snowbirds last year & stayed here. Will be staying here again next month before heading to Florida. Staff is friendly. Helpful when needed. Just hubby, me and 2 mini dachshunds so can't comment about kid activities. We like it here; just wish Wi-Fi was better.

We totally loved your campground but we’re somewhat disappointed with the area. Our first night out to dinner we we greeted by 2 different drug addicted individuals that were out of control and heading in our direction. In fear for my wife and I safety we quickly went into the restaurant. After discussing this with our waitress she said that this downtown area gets really dangerous at night. cop

Price quoted and price charged were different. I gave them my number and they couldn’t find me in system so I did not get credit for stay. After we settled in they knocked on our door and made us move When we called to speak to office about these issues they were rude

We camped in a 34 foot 5th wheel and had a nice pull thru site on the end of the row. The patio table and chairs were comfortable and clean. My only hesitation to give 5 stars is because of the potholes in the road on my row. The roads here are very very narrow and dodging the holes wasn't easy. Staff was terrific, people were friendly. There are a lot of gas powered golf carts that make noise. We were there just after Columbus Day so most amenities were not open, but this place must be hopping lik crazy in summer!
