I’m new to this koa campground. So I just walked around and observed most of my stay. But my main concern was the bath house that was across from me. The two showers on the right flooded quick. I resorted in toweled but naked tip toeing to all the showers trying to find a working drain. I resorted in going home to shower and left a night early. Noticed those didn’t get much use from others eit

I was very happy with the entire experience. All the tent sites were pretty well spaced out. The staff seemed to be on top of cleaning. Definitely worth the stay for a good price

This campground is amazing! It's peaceful, fun, beautiful, and relaxing all in one. Bathrooms- way cleaner/nicer than I was expecting! WITH HOT WATER! Tent sites- large enough to really have a good time! The cabins- beautiful! We loved the paddle boats/swimming in the lake! The floating dock was a favorite too! I felt so comfortable and respected around everyone as well! Best staff ever! 100/10*

Right when we first checked in, I was impressed by the pink haired receptionists customer service skills and knowledge. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough. We loved our camp site and our neighbors around. Bathrooms were cleaned often and the sites were clean. Every time I interacted with a team member it was a pleasant exchange. They were happy to be there ans so was I. Thank you KOA!

Tent campsites are a bit small/packed closely together. Amenities were clean and available. Walking path around lake was well-maintained.

This koa park has the potential to be great but sadly it did not meet our expectations of other koa campgrounds. The park is not as family friendly as any other koa campgrounds we have stayed at. Almost everyone at this park was smoking marijuana and drinking stying up all night with no real rules unforced for quiet times. Some people may be okay with that but I don’t like my kids around drugs.

Bathroom light went off prematurely while taking a shower. complete darkness. Mold & mildew everywhere in bathroom/showers The sink vanity has no toekick, preventing one from stepping up close to the cabinet, causing one to have to lean much farther over to look in the mirror when shaving, this presents a huge problem for elderly people and those with a bad back. I won't be back!

Found an amazing secluded tent site! We will definitely be planning our next camping trip here! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were clean and I witnessed the cleaning crew daily. Theres a cool trail going all around the lake with multiple docks for fishing or just watching the wildlife. Our son,9, had a blast!

Campground was beautiful and very convenient location. A few staff members were not super friendly and seemed to be looking for reasons to scold people, which was disappointing. But overall, we would stay here again.

The Muskegon KOA needs some TLC. It’s dirty & dated. Some staff was great but the owner is sarcastic, rude & all about making a dollar. It rained one day & our site was flooded, mud EVERYWHERE. Made for an uncomfortable stay.

The location is close to many Lake Michigan beaches, the staff was friendly, and there is plenty for the kids to do. Our tent site was good, but the bathroom doors slammed shut and were close enough to many sites, including ours, to be a nuisance. The toilets and showers (cold) need an upgrade to say the least. Many of the toilets did not flush and got disgusting until the next cleaning.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They really cater towards a good time. We were able to take trips in and out of the camp site. Door dash delivered food for our needy daughter. It is close to Michigan Adventure and Lake Michigan. We fished, jumped on the pillow, and enjoyed an awesome walk around the lake. The staff even helped with fire wood and started! Awesome time!

The trail and lake was nice, but the highway noise at night was too loud and one of they guys managing the park entrance out front was very rude about explaining the speed limit on the private road. There was only 1 sign and personally I think they should be at this location to direct vehicles and inform of the speed limit and the fact there are kids across the street that cross. I was new!

We camped in our tent at an electric only campsite while visiting our son at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. Our site had noticeably been cleaned and raked before we arrived. Though the RV sites are quite close, our tent site gave us plenty of room and trees and undergrowth gave a sense of privacy. Also, the campground is only a 10 minutes from the camp!

My son and his had a great time the staff and the owner where very kindly friendly. The grounds were very clean and beautiful. Also I felt safe to let my son run off to the play ground by himself for him to meet other camp kids . Because there was always a staff member keeping an eye on the play ground.

Overall we loved the camp ground. There was an incident our first night where one camper stole items from another. The staff handled it perfectly, making sure we were all safe and happy. The bathrooms could use some maintenance but that’s normal for a campground in my opinion. They drive around collecting your trash and even deliver firewood to your site which is nice.

We stayed on a rustic camp site. The site was clean, it was easy to check in, the bathrooms were clean. This is a great campground and would suggest to anyone rustic camping.

The water did not work for half of my stay, the bathrooms were filthy, there was never any paper towel or toilet paper in the bathroom. The campground workers knew that other campers were blaring music until four in the morning and still did not do anything about it. There was a nosy employee who stuck his head in my car and I do not know why. My stay was noisy and gross. I will not come again.

It was ok but it would be even better if the tent sites had actual sand or just regular grass. The dirt/sand mix was awful to deal with. I think the bathrooms need to be updated and the showers should be bigger for families with small kids.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the walking trail and other amenities. Only dislikes were that the camp fire ring was pretty small and didn't have a grate for cooking. One side of the picnic table bench we stayed at was broken.

The employees were very kind and fun to talk to. The manager (Steve) was rude should never be in charge of any establishment. He forced all the kids swimming in lake to return the life jackets and did not care of the kids safety. He refuse to disclose of any drop offs that almost drowned my 8 yr old.yelled and talked down to everyone. Never coming back as long as he is in charge.

We have stayed at this campground many times, and it is one of our absolute favorites! We are very frequent KOA campers and often opt to stay at a KOA as much as we can. The fishing and views of the lake from the RV sites are absolutely beautiful, and it is my favorite to walk out to in the morning. Staff are VERY friendly and make sure your stay is the best! The campground is dog friendly as well as family friendly. I took note that the new owners are planning several fun events for this season, and we hope to be able to come back and attend some at future stays! All in all one of our favorites, we can't wait to stay again soon!

We had a fun memorial day weekend all the other campers and staff were super friendly. Bathrooms and shower area was very clean there were alot of weekend activities to participate in such as crafts and the community potluck the store there was stocked with everything you would need and it was budget friendly it was our first time camping here and we can't wait to come back next year.
