US 31 Northbound: Take Russell Rd, Exit 121. Turn right, then immediate right before gas station onto Bard Rd. Go 1/2 mile, turn right onto Strand Rd. US 31 Southbound: Take Russell Rd, Exit 121. Turn left at exit ramp, cross over US 31, turn right onto Bard Rd before gas station. Go 1/2 mile, turn right onto Strand Rd.
Canceling your holiday is rarely a happy event, but if you must, for any reason, please call us direct at the campground at (231) 766-3900. We will happily refund your deposit less a $10 dollar processing fee when you call us at least 2 days prior to your planned arrival for RV and Tent sites and 7 Days prior for Cabins. Of course, Special Occasions and Holidays may have special cancellation rules. There may also be additional requirements for groups or hot deals.
We are very pet friendly. We accept all well behaved pets that are not of an aggressive breed. Pets must kept on a leash or lead no longer than 8 ft and picked up after. Pets may not be left unattended at camp sites. Excessive barking or squawking is also prohibited. Pets other than dogs, cats, or birds must be preapproved prior to being brought on to the grounds. Pets are allowed in all tent and RV sites. Pets are prohibited in or on cabin sites.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in for RV and Tent Sites is 1:00 pm. Check-in for cabins is 2:00 pm. Check-out for all sites is 11:00 am. Late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please check at the office.
Our quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Please respect your neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum.
Free Wi-fi is available in the park. Our KOA Wi-fi system is intended for email, browsing, reservations, secure banking and online purchases. Peer-to-peer usage, tethering, Netflix (or other streaming sites), gaming, internet connection sharing, Skype and facetime are not available.
Please feel free to play, swim, splash, and float in the lake. It is best to access the water via designated beach area, unless of course, you have been fortunate to reserve a waterfront camp site or cabin. If not, please refrain from cutting through your neighbor's sites. Remember,swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
