Only one shower in main bath. Claims to have inflatable water slide. NOPE, Bath rooms and showers in desperate need of repair and updates. Not up to KOA standards! Have stayed here 4 other times over the years. Gone downhill fast!

Had a great time. My boys love this camp ground. They love waking up fishing the small lake and playing at the beach. We come here every year. Planning another trip soon.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and informative. General store had many items. Our cabin was nice and clean. The only knock I have is that bathrooms could use a complete overhaul.

Rude staff. We were charged for things we shouldn't have been. When we fought it, the gentleman very rudely responded. Once I mentioned he was making fraudulent charges, he threw his hands up and said whatever and walked out of the building. He later came back and refunded the charges. Also, we were literally yelled at for being loud before quiet hours started. We will NOT be back.

Could not under stand why the bathrooms behind our cabin was not open, only when another family came in you open them. I guess we was not important enough as a costumer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn’t like was how dirty the lake was, but over all it was a nice stay just no place to swim that was clean.

We pulled in Saturday afternoon to a nice campground and clean campsite. The grounds were well kept. We watched staff maintain the common areas and refresh individual sites as other campers left. The park was quiet during the week. They have a nice area to walk dogs and facilitate cleanup by supplying waste bags and a place to throw them out. We will definitely be returning.

owner is not keeping up on repairs. someone from koa needs to visit him and do an inspection of his facilities and tell him what he should be fixing to keep his koa franchise. shower was out of order. toilets did not flush properly. outside electrical at kabin 2 and 3 did not work, despite flipping breakers on and off. decks on kabins need power washing.

If sites weren't so close together and there was more room to maneuver, I would have given it 5 stars.

Steve saved our trip!! We were supposed to stay at Allendale KOA but they denied us because we were under 21…even though we were allowed to book a cabin online without being 21. Steve was so kind to let us stay at Muskegon KOA and was so accommodating to us! We had an awesome time.

The internet was down most of the visit. This campground did not live up to the standards of the other KOA sites. The dog area was not fenced. I reserved a pull thru for a 38 ft RV with a tow but one didn't exist. We had to unhook the car before I could go to the site. The swim area was algae clogged. The bounce area was deflated. The highway traffic noise was loud. The owner was rude to my wife.

We tend to come every year. And loved coming here. But this yr felt and was different. Owner and lady at the counter were quite rude and we just didnt feel comfortable as before. Will most likely not come back although the place is beautiful!

Bathrooms were unavailable and couldn’t use the showers because they were flooded. There was also no table at our tent site.

Water didn’t smell good; very basic campground, but pretty view of a lake. Inexperienced staff checked us in.

Some improvements needed. Men's shower needs new head, it was a fire hose and about removed skin. The weather was cold, but not campground problem. May need to level out the pull thru sites, but good stay

It was quiet, the cabin was clean was what I was looking for. The Saturday racing was a little loud but I live by a highway so I am used to noise.

I was looking for a campground that was close to the venue where I was working, was relatively inexpensive and well kept. This KOA fit the bill on all three counts and felt safe too!

Always love this place it's a great place to bring the kids and relax with lake front views. The owner reminds me of my Dad so I know the personality and there are some reviews speaking I'll of him and he truly is not a bad guy maybe can be grumpy at time but has a good heart. The mosquitoes were crazy this year however they did go around spraying every night but I would still bring spray

We had a wonderful time, there were some issues with the back bathroom that was by our cabin but they came and fixed it quickly. It just didn’t always stay fixed. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful!!

Easy access from hwy,all pull thru items which made for convenient 1 night stay. People friendly. Had issue with site. They gave me a site right after the end of a tight turn,so easy pull thru not so easy. Had low laying branches on trees that hit my unit. Site ok for smaller rv,mine 33ft Lost power to half my unit, circuit breaker at post bad or main box as I tried another post and same issue.

Beautiful campground! Very welcoming. The only suggestion is to remodel and upgrade the restrooms/showers and laundry. These facilities are adequate, but getting old and worn out. It's time to either invest in your campground or sell to new ownership for restoration.

Love this Campground so much. It is so quiet and clean here. All of the employees are super friendly. There is a beautiful dog park, great playground and a beautiful lake. It's a must go to for a super relaxing vacation.

Not like it used to be. They don't test water. They don't restock their fish. And rocks be hurting your feet.

This place is so perfect. Quaint, kind, and ran by people who are genuine. They do whatever they can to accommodate you without hesitation! Clean, tons of catch and release fishing and just the best time! Thanks KOA for this space in Muskegon! You were great!
