Bill in maintenance was very helpful. Water spigots frozen. Shower handle dis functional. Would like to see paved RV sites. Staff very courteous

Lightly occupied in late November so it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to some good pubs and restaurants. Facilities were very clean.

Arriving late afternoon In a campground with just a few campers we were assigned a spot right next to a camper with a very noisy heater problem,later that night we had to move..you would think with all the sites available they’d be assigned with some separation?.

My second annual trip was a success, everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Staff is friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Convenient to the beautiful Mt Shasta Downtown. Staying in November, quiet and not too many campers. Staff in office friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We have stayed here often. Highly recommend if you want to be near downtown Mt Shasta.

Always a great place to stay on our travels. Easy in and out even in a large RV. View of the snow capped mountain is great to see when the sun comes up. And we always hit up the original Black Bear while we are there.

We felt like we were intruding on the property, very unfriendly greeting when we walked in, felt like we were interrupting their space. Requested a site away from the people that live there (a few on each side of the park) the entire center of the park was completely empty. They put us right across from 3 live in trailers, said that was the only space we could use. Will not be back,

I’m sure it is great in the summer but beginning of fall not so much. Didn’t appreciate the fine dirt/silt right at the entry to the trailer. They were working on raking the leaves and that was nice. Enjoyed a place to stop on our way home. Didn’t use the facilities but were happy to know they were available. We appreciate knowing we can stop and be secure. It was pricey for this time of yea

The mini cabin I rented was great. The campground is well maintained with a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta in the background. The staff was courteous and friendly at all times.

We pulled in four minutes before the office closed, and they took the time to fill our propane tanks. Site #2 was gorgeous.

Water spigots were frozen. Had to get a maintenance guy to open the cap on the sewer dump as it was frozen shut also. Not exactly what I expect when paying for "Full Hookups". I like the park, but in cold weather it's really needs work. We arrived after the office closed, so there was nobody around until morning.

They were so helpful and kind to us. Very welcoming. Highly recommend this Mt Shasta spot. Every single thing was provided and we felt cared for. 100/10

we stayed over the weekend and the deluxe cabin was cozy. there’s lots to see in Mt Shasta! the cabin was clean and comfortable. the staff was super friendly!

The internet password or network name that we were given didn’t work . Office hours aren’t long enough. Not enough gravel in the roads, very dusty.

We arrived when it was dark. There is very little lighting and the dirt/gravel roads made it difficult to find where to drive. Our site was uneven dirt and sand. Everything was dirty by the time we left. We’re going to cancel our return trip reservation and stay at Seven Feathers.

Busted gate latch at dog park, practically nonexistent WI-FI, narrow entrance/exit (if two vehicles meet, one has to back up), narrow site that barely fit the motorhome slides, potholes all over the “road”….woman at front desk was nice.

The entrance is not big rig friendly! You'd better be a good driver to navigate around trees without scraping! Sites are not level and will require leveling front to back and side to side.

Great place to stay despite it being a little older facility on a small town with few resources. I like the improvements to the tent camping area . Staff keeps the grounds well kept & customer service has been consistent on all my visits. Good work on the part of the staff keeping things running well. I hope KOA budgets in more infrastructure improvements for this location.

feel bad for the staff, they seemed under-staffed. Perhaps it was the end of the season. the spaces were covered with crushed grante as well as the fines. The granite fines were like talcum power and made a mess and any time someone drived or walked dust was everwhere. Perhaps a better quality of gravel should have been selected.
