We shared a very large buddy site (B1 and B2) with our daughter and her family. Some final touches were being done to the site while we there. The staff informed us of the improvements, asked for permission as to not disturb us, and offered to compensate for our inconvenience ~ which was not necessary. We thought the site was nice before but it was AMAZING afterwards. All staff were polite

I love Mt Gilead KOA! The amenities, sites, and staff are top notch! This place never disappoints! We have our next trip already booked.

It is still nice, but just didn’t have the same feel as previous years. Loved the events, but need to update list of events. I think they may of been very short staffed.

Very well maintained and friendly campground. We were visiting mid ohio and it's only a 20 minute drive from this campground. Super convenient and lots of fun things to do on our down time. The sites were very nice with the large concrete pads!

We rented Haley's RV and it was the best experience. Our kids loved it! The RV was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely go back again and stay at the RV.

Our site had the dog pen but it was really muddy and we had to wipe the dogs down before allowing them to sleep inside. The small amount of straw put in the kennel didn’t help. A pen at the bottom of a hill probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff was AMAZING and so very kind!! Very clean facility. Trash pick up didn’t stop one night and unfortunately an animal got into it… not fun to clean up

We had a great stay at your park! We would like to give Kaitlyn a shout out for her great customer service!! Keep up the good work. The pool area should be inspected more frequently as there were bandaids and also some unidentifiable floaters in the pool. Having gallons of drinking water at the store would also be helpful for your guests to purchase. Thank you!!

This is our favorite campground. Sites are large and plenty of space between them. The campground has changed each year with new things being added continuously.

We loved the place! Employees were very friendly and courteous and helpful. The lots are very spacious with the double drops worked out great. Very clean. We’re hoping to be back next year, hopefully with the whole family. Pool was nice and clean and they had plenty of activities planned for the kids and adults.

This was our second stay. The grounds aren't as nice this yr as it was last fall but this is still a beautiful campground. We love how long the pull thru sites are and easy to pull our 44' toyhauler into and have plenty of space for truck and golf cart. The staff is very friendly. I definitely would recommend.

Your customer service is incredible! The food at the snack bar is great! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! I am hoping that paved camper pads is in the near future. Paved roads, too. 9 hole golf course? Water slide? Just some ideas for the future.

The campground is well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, the best part is the staff! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make your stay the most pleasant experience. Thank you for all you do!!!

Always a great place to stay, lots to do and staff is friendly! Young girl with brown hair and glasses was great!! Super friendly and always a smile on her face! She was in charge of almost all of the activities while we were there!

More like a resort, This KOA is ran like a well oiled machine. Clean everywhere, up keep was spot on. The moment we pulled in we knew we were welcome. I thought the prices on everything was good value.
