We love coming to Mt. Gilead KOA for both long and short stays. Always friend staff that treats you like family. We love the late check out option so we can enjoy more of the weekend before heading home.

The staff was so wonderful! We planned a family reunion at the campground and they were so accommodating! The park was beautiful and they had wonderful events throughout the weekend.

We just stayed for one night Sept 30. If it weren't for our ultimate destination, already reserved, we would have stayed a few more days. The whole place is clean, new, well laid out, plenty of things for kids, snd a nice store.

Our friends that we were traveling with had an incident and their camper flooded. A simple text to the front office had a shop vac at our site in five minutes. They were offering cleaning supplies also. Can’t say enough about them. Thank you. Adult bingo was fun too…

This place is amazing. Friendly staff, awesome store and restaurant. Grounds are well kept. From what I could see all sights had 2 sewer hookups for those with two dump values. Bathhouse was alway clean. We stayed for 3 weeks and will lmbe back. We felt spoiled with the delivery of anything the store or restaurant offered like, rootbeer floats, milkshake, ice, pizza, fries and lot a more.

Staff was great and my daughter loved the activities. The owners even ordered cake for guests on the day of their son's wedding.

Mt. Gilead KOA is a fantastic campground! Everything is in great shape! The sites are HUGE!!! The restrooms are spotless. Staff is very friendly and helpful! And be SURE to order a hot cinnamon roll for Sunday morning!!!

I love the atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. They had a wedding this weekend and had volunteers and they were the best and made you feel welcome and super friendly. Thank you Mt. Gilead KOA.

The KOA in Mount Gilead was very nice. The people were very helpful and friendly, and the stores at the facility were clean, and the campsites were in excellent condition along with all the amenities bathrooms were 10 star. Unlike the campgrounds, the KOA in Perrysburg, stony Ridge. That place is terrible. KOA should be ashamed of themselves for not throwing them out of the franchise.

This KOA was one of the most beautiful and well-kept that we have stayed in. The grounds and buildings were all squeaky clean and well equipped. The bath houses even smelled of cedar paneling! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful campground! Very friendly staff and well stocked store. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar this time but we will on our next stay, Nice to have it available. Large grassy dog park for our frenchy!

Awesome campgrounds with excellent sites! Great concrete patios and a very friendly staff! Once the trees mature a little bit and offer more shade this will be 100/100. The good thing about the open skies is the perfect view of the stars at night. Great job on not adding street lights!

We were only at the campground during the evenings, 8pm, over night, and morning, til 10am. We enjoyed our stay, but have a few comments about the facility. The bathrooms were too few and too far away. Also there was no shade at this site which should have been disclosed during booking. We loved the camp store and services, especially the staff bringing supplies to our site. Very convenient.

Always a great time staying at your campground. Only thing I don’t like is having to pay extra for a specific site. Love to store and bar/restaurant and a lot of activities for kids during the summer months. I’m sure we will be back next year!

Only complaint is that there is not enough tree's or shade in the campground. Very nice campground, clean, quiet, spacious sites. Staff friendly. Love the trash pickup from site! Also love the many planned activities as well as activities available. Great stay.

We are here for the eclipse and the staff have been so nice. It's a large, clean campground with a family -run feel.

This review is primarily for "Nini's: A Sister Concept", the new breakfast and lunch restaurant located on-site but open to the public. We dined on there on opening day and we're very impressed! They have a good selection of traditional breakfast foods and sandwiches for lunch, including paninis (from which their name is derived.) I had the chicken, bacon, ranch (CBR) panini, and it was delicious! The chicken breast was tender, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch sauce was a perfect complement. My husband had the smash burger panini with their special sauce and Swiss cheese. We split an order of onion rings, which were quite good for a quick service restaurant. Although meals come in to-go containers, there is ample seating there to enjoy your meal. While there we got a view of the campgrounds, which look very nice, with a beautiful pool. The building housing Nini's and the bar was beautiful with big windows.
