We absolutely love this KOA and the staff and family of this KOA. From the staff at Check-in to the restaurant/bar staff (Pam, Stephanie and Nick) to Kaitlyn who does all the activities, everyone just makes us feel so at home. These folks have become like family to us and we can not wait to see what the future brings this great place.

Always enjoy staying at Mt Gilead KOA. Best Environment, always a lot of activities for Both the Kids and Adults. Every Time we go so many enjoyable improvements and upgrades to the property. This makes us want to go back for more and experience new things. Thanks to ALL the Employes for making a good weekend trip GREAT.

We were there the 1st year open, we saw so.much potential n the camp. Now 3 years later the place is beautiful, the staff was great. Clean, neat, friendly. The potential is still growing with newer sites, and activities for all ages We will come back yearly.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The campground was clean, I loved the picnic table and chairs that were provided. Overall it just was wonderful and I would highly recommend it to any of our other camping friends. Again, we definitely will be back and hopefully we'll be able to get our same sites.

Great 2-day stay. Nice check in and on site food service Only observation was more insects late in season vs some other places (I.e., stink bugs and hornets) Liked all the activities!

It was a nice get away close to home. Enjoyed the trick or treat kids. Little bit of a trek to the restroom. Hit some golf balls for fun and walked the trails. It was all good. With Mt. Gilead SP close, did some nice walking there.

We absolutely love your KOA. We first visited last year & have visited several times since. The sites are large & the staff is exceptional. Tabitha took extra good care of us this weekend. Thanks for planning activities all season & we were thrilled to get 2nd place on our Halloween site decorations & loved your generous goodie bag. We are looking forward to next year!

We had a great stay at this campground. The sites are huge and very well maintained. The pool looks nice (we stayed in October, so it wasn’t open, but is probably great in the summer.). The restaurant food is good and the camp store has lots of unique items.

First visit. Campground is spacious, new, and clean. Bonus: bar/snack area and good activities for families and couples. Very friendly, helpful staff.

This was our first time camping here, campground was clean, all the staff was very polite and helpful. Site was level, nice sized, and quiet. We will definitely be going back to this campground. We had one of the deluxe patio sites and it was very nice, almost forgot to mention the good food and full bar just in case you don’t feel like cooking. �

First time there, site are large. The Campground is very clean. The staff was very friendly. Easy to find, right off I-71. Very quiet Campground, with a lot to do. We will be back.

This was our first stay at a KOA and it was amazing! The spots were awesome with the concrete pads, the size of the spot and the large yard. The staff was very friendly and there were tons of family activities that were really fun! The kids loved the jumping pad. The dog park was really clean and well kept. The texting reminder service was pretty cool. Overall AMAZING stay and will be back again!

We enjoy the big sites, the friendly staff, and always activities that are for both kids and adults. Love that the owners keep kids in mind, but also adults. Only things I would like to see in the future is more cabins-for friends that don't have RV's and a basketball court. The BB court is a little for the older kids to hang out and enjoy!

It was our 3rd time to stay ! …we love all the activities planned , the Bonfire bar is fantastic, and for the first time we walked the mile and a half trail! It was the best!! Good Customer service with a smile is so appreciated! This KOA has it all!

We show up as a group and we always enjoy ourselves. There is new awning-side patio pads poured, along with baby trees planted and new fire rings with the cooking grate. There were many positive comments on the shower house and bathroom... how they were clean and laid out nice. The clubhouse (with a bar and restaurant) is a nice amenity and we enjoy the activities there.

We are here for the eclipse and the staff have been so nice. It's a large, clean campground with a family -run feel.

This review is primarily for "Nini's: A Sister Concept", the new breakfast and lunch restaurant located on-site but open to the public. We dined on there on opening day and we're very impressed! They have a good selection of traditional breakfast foods and sandwiches for lunch, including paninis (from which their name is derived.) I had the chicken, bacon, ranch (CBR) panini, and it was delicious! The chicken breast was tender, the bacon was crispy, and the ranch sauce was a perfect complement. My husband had the smash burger panini with their special sauce and Swiss cheese. We split an order of onion rings, which were quite good for a quick service restaurant. Although meals come in to-go containers, there is ample seating there to enjoy your meal. While there we got a view of the campgrounds, which look very nice, with a beautiful pool. The building housing Nini's and the bar was beautiful with big windows.
