This place is over-priced and under-amenitied. No shade. Noisy. incredibal highway noise. Neighbor dogs barking nonstop. Permanent RV residents fighting and yelling. The bathrooms had standing muddy water water that had be waded through. Bathrooms had wasps and moldy ceilings. I was called back to the park twice to provide my credit card information after paying on line.

Great stay.. Staff was super nice and helpful..... Site was clean and well kept... Had a great time and will be back for sure!!!! If i had one complaint it would be too many lily pads in the pond to be able to fish, other than that... GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND RELAX!!!!

Great location, great staff, we like it a lot. We stayed in a tent. Out of the 200+ vacant camp sites, we had the one whereby the person in the travel trailer next to us we could here their TV sound till 5:00 AM in the morning. May be best to move this permanent resident away from tent areas. With tent camping, one expects to hear sounds all night, but... (You cut me short on my response.)

The facility was adequate but very isolated. It is about 6 miles outside the community of Moore Haven, which offers little in the way of facilities for dining or shopping. The only restaurant that I found open in Moore Haven was a very dirty and poorly staffed Arby's at the Love's service station. As for the KOA itself, I found only one bathroom/shower open, and the swimming pool was closed.

We hav stayed here before in a tent with no concerns, though this time, there were noisy/diesel trucks late at night and one of them left their diesel truck idling for what seemed like an hour around 2:00 AM. Recommend NO diesel trucks allowed in campground during "Quite Hours". Park them at the entrance. We did not stay the 2nd night we paid for. It would be nice to say more-word limit on this fo

I loved the campground but the tent site need more tent and new firepit.

The KOA is well maintained and the staff were friendly and informative. It was a great place to relax and meet some other friendly campers.

We had a wonderful stay. Wendy was very helpful and was a great hostess! She was very helpful with anything that we needed. Great location, quiet, clean and very accommodating. Planning another trip there soon.

It was only one night, but they were able to find me a site last minute due a change in accommodations elsewhere. I'm very appreciative of their service.

We could not stayed because the rain and wind took down our tent. We arrived at 2:30 and left around 4pm. So, I paid and lost my money.

Not a place for tent campers! Very poor facilities, NO WIFI, The shower trailer in the tent area was not useable as there was no water pressure in showers.

This KOA does not measure up to the quality standard of others in Florida. Bathroom trailers are very small and uncomfortable. Grounds are sparse with grass, very sandy. Tent sites are in vulnerable spaces to excessive wind and blowing sand. None of the quality perks for tent sites of other KOA locations in the area. We left early due to the poor experience. Go to Okeechobee instead.

We stayed in a tent on a very cold Florida weekend. Everyone was very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the campground well kept. It was amazingly quiet and the cows and the donkeys were a joy as well.

Very nice place, clean facilities, and friendly people, and enough space to get you away from the highway! Only suggestion…hammock camping is a growing trend, and KOA in general seems to be alienating them. It’s a shame because hammocks have opened back up tent camping for older people. If you had just one site with a couple large post about 12’ apart probably would have given 5 stars!

All was good, though our tent camp site was too close to the sewage treatment plant so we kept hearing the pump turn on and off all night. Maybe build a solid concrete wall around the pump to block most of the noise. We will return!

KOA Holiday was an amazing experience. The staff at the Moore Haven location was absolutely pleasant and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend staying there. Thank you again for a very memorable experience

Very nice campground VERY VERY NICE STAFF very clean sites. We played bingo they had card game nite. FREE pancakes on saturday. Awesome KOA Will be back.

Nice, clean, peaceful campground with excellent customer service from not only the new managment but from the workers also. Management was very professional and polite. The workers would stop what they were doing to ask if there was anything they could assist you with no mater the situation. I my family and I highly recommend this campground.

We absolutely LOVE this campground & is one of the few we will be re visiting. The customer service is above anything iv ever experienced & everyone is very accommodating to any needs we have!! I highly suggest this campground for everyone!!
