It’s a nice campground but could use some improvements a lot of bad odors all through out the campground the self serve dumpsters were too far from the area we were camped in the laundry was difficult many of them were out order parking in front of the Rv sites was difficult the work campers were always friendly and helpful nice smiling faces

Staff is friendly enough. Services stink. Too many barking dogs. Pool not warm. Spots are tight with not enough room to even park. Will not be back here if we have to camp along a road.

The only thing the campground has is the pool. The pool was broken the entire two weeks we were there. The bugs were insane paid for a month only stayed two weeks. I didn’t even bother going to the office for refund. I figured they needed the money more than I did. STAY AWAY

Terrible!!! Cain roaches run rampant from burning the fields. Three office workers are rude to the guests. Office staff are not suited for this occupation. One of 3 showers & 1 of 3 toilets broken since Oct. Sink hole very dangerous for kids. Washers & dryers broken.No pool for 3 mos. Worst KOA ever.!! No cable TV. You didn't give me enough space to tell you whats really wrong!!! COME & INSPECT.!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When we arrived the staff as well as guests came to our site to greet us.

I Absolutely loved this campground. The employees were so accommodating and super nice. They had games going everyday and a gameroom open to everyone in the campground. I have been to alot of KOA campgrounds and this one is on the top of my list now. I will be returning again this year. Thank you all for a great stay.

The do not know how to use KOA rewards to pay For a pizza. Other campgrounds know how. And Moore haven people did not seem to want to learn.

This was the second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks. Both times they had an issue with water, none for about a 1/2 hour. Also this time I was counting on topping off my propane tank and was told they didn’t have any and it has been out of order with an electrical problem for 2 years. They don’t pick up trash and their dumpsters are located in the rear of the park, not convenient for exit. Un

In short, the place is a dump. This should not be a holiday. Overpriced. They don’t even pick up your garbage! No water somedays, which others told us seemed to be the norm. We have been to many many KOA’s. This one shouldn’t not even have the name! We will NEVER be back. Couldn’t wait to get out!

Some amenities were not available, due to ownership change and labor shortages due to hurricane. I’m sure when allgrowing pains are taken care of it will be a great park.

Pool was too cold to swim. Cable was too fuzzy to watch. Wifi was too weak.

This is a Journey at best, not a Holiday. The few amenities they have are broken and it is due to maintenance NOT the Hurricane. They charge for everything like they are out of Les Mis. This is only to be used if you want to hang out out with family. Everyone we talked with wanted out including the staff. 1/10. Do not recommend. On the positive side, they do what they can to keep you there.

Pool broke for a month, pool heater still not working properly, cable not working, street lighting out in many areas, sparse landscaping. Park needs a lot of work. Staff very friendly was the only plus. Will not return.

Staff very nice and friendly, campsite needs some work, concrete pads not in good shape, bathrooms need to be updated and all working. Good location, quite wide open, sites close together.

I cant believe this is a KOA. Was there two weeks no cable wifi was not available untill the day before we left. The management was blaming the hurricane, BS. Every where we went around Ft. Myers had wifi. Home Depot, Lowes. The sites are very close. I had only one way out. Pull out to the right then back up 200 ft. The road around the pond had a sink hole. Been there 2 years!

When I booked I was told they had wifi and cable that was a lie. Pool didn't work for the month I was there. Sink hole in road for three years. Campers and volunteers workers were nice not there fault owners don't care. Definitely go somewhere else. KOA should not have their name on this park.

2 nights, pricey as compared to the the offerings, but there aren’t a lot of choices in the area. Price probably reasonable if your staying monthly.

Ils sont des menteurs le chauffe eau de la piscine est brisé depuis février 2022 et toujours pas réparer. Ils nous disent en arrivant reraparation dans 2 semaines et après 1 mois rien. Piscine brisé et fermé le 30 déc .et toujours aucun réparateur. Pas de wifi . Rien au alentour. Camping du désespoir.

This is supposed to be a KOA Holiday but felt more like a Journey. Swimming pool was not heated and at 55 degrees not usable. No trash pickup which we expect at a Holiday. Sites were very close together some of the tightest sites weve seen. The people were very friendly and helpful which was to only saving grace. There was a lot of road noise since it was right along the highway.

Water outages on a regular basis. No Wi-Fi except club house and that was not good. Pool was green when we arrived. No heater for pool. Finally brought new pool chairs. Run down. Washer and dryers broke. New ones arrived and then they broke. Can’t believe it’s got KOA status. Do not spend time or $$ Move on

wonderful extra large pull thru site for motorhome and car trailer, plus golf cart. only negative, near the sewer pump station occasional pump noise.

First 10 days we were here our water was off four times! No heated pool! The pool pump is now not working so guests are not allowed in pool area! Very disappointing

We enjoyed our stay. We were met and efficiently guided in to our site. The sites need work but they are making improvements. The facilities were clean and looked new. The laundry was great. We enjoyed free pancake breakfast Saturday. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great. We would come back.

We spent a couple of nights at Moore Haven KOA on our way to Key Largo. The campground was very Nice, Neat, and Clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a very nice camp store and they do have Pizza available.

The park was very clean ….excellent check in and our pull through site was great. I believe you could use some trash containers scattered throughout the park.

The pool don't work and they won't fix it, the water is freezing and it is NOT HEATED because the heather is broken and they won't fix it anytime time soon they told us...Budget or Cheap owner. They are no activities unless you organize it yourself. Even the employees are fleeting the place! Last year, it was a pass. We were there for 2 months, but this year, it really sucks. The price is crazy!

Our 2nd stay here. It’s a really nice place. We don’t stay very long which is probably why we are in the front where you hear all of highway 27 road traffic otherwise I’d give it 5 star. Very nice friendly people,service, clean. Shout out to man who gave us firewood! Thank you. Easy in and out! We will probably be back because we live very far south. it’s a good mid point for getting out

By far one of the nicest and well put together KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Plenty of activities to do to keep busy in the campground and only 20 miles away from Key West.

Too many rules regard g a pet friendly park. Gruff personnel . Camping is suppose to be enjoyable. Not worry some. Will not be back to this koa.

It is a beautiful park and good walking. Pretty quiet and far from a lot of stores, entertainment, shopping. If you are looking for a quiet, out of the way place, this is it. It does have a fire ant problem. I wish I would have said something right away as they came and sprayed when i did finally bring it to their attention.

Water was out for 2 days. 50 amp went out but fixed next day. Water again was out for several hours. No activities pool was green but eventually cleaned up. LOTS of work to be done. Can’t believe it’s rated a KOA. $200 more for December was not informed when made reservations.

Wish they had an exercise room. Not close to anything but works as a good campground. Be prepared for wind per Mother Nature

Very nice campground VERY VERY NICE STAFF very clean sites. We played bingo they had card game nite. FREE pancakes on saturday. Awesome KOA Will be back.

Nice, clean, peaceful campground with excellent customer service from not only the new managment but from the workers also. Management was very professional and polite. The workers would stop what they were doing to ask if there was anything they could assist you with no mater the situation. I my family and I highly recommend this campground.

We absolutely LOVE this campground & is one of the few we will be re visiting. The customer service is above anything iv ever experienced & everyone is very accommodating to any needs we have!! I highly suggest this campground for everyone!!
