We liked our stay in Moore Haven, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the site we were in was at 90 degrees ro the access road and maneuvering around parked vehicles was very tight and required a bit of shimming to get in and out of the site

The campground and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it is quite remote from everywhere. The wifi and cable were excellent. The pool was nice. It would be nice if they had some souvenirs. We inadvertently dropped our keys as we left the campground. They were turned into the office and they are shipping them to us at no charge - talk about going above and beyond customer service! Kudos

Other than being a very clean campground, this KOA did not meet our expectations. Most meet you with Welcome to KOA! We received Do you have a reservation and here's what you can't do. Priced too high: terrible internet (if it worked at all),no cable. Advised there was no trash pick-up which would be fine, except the bins were at the very back of the campground. Not convenient.

We have been coming to this KOA for about 5 years for a 1 night stay. Staff is friendly and helpful and put on great events. However, the cost does not reflect the actual condition of the rv resort. Local TV, wifi is weak and conditions of the rv spot has deteriorated. The bathrooms in the back and the driveway have been in various stages of repair for 2 yrs. Portajohns with showers are avail

2ndor3rd time here. Put us in site that didn't begin to fit our MH. Members of KOA, acct number on our res,They should have been fully aware of the size of our MH. Wanted to charge extra to move to a long pull-through in back on grass when they had over half the regular back in's un-occupied. Asked about the pull thru at the end of the row, was told it was already reserved. Not true. Won't be back

The Sites were clean. Had plenty of furniture. The TV stations were few but good. The Recreation halland pool area were neat and clean. So was the restrooms and laundry facilities.

I am on a long stay at this camp and feel treated like family. Staff is always willing to assist with any needs to ensure an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Very nice Campground with extremely nice people working. Overall the one thing I was a disappointed with for the service was they did not pick up trash. We had to walk quite a long way to dispose of our trash bags. This was the first time at a KOA campground that they did not provide this service. Fact is the staff drove by many times a day with golf carts and could have provided the service.

Spent one night going to the keys and spent a night coming back nice camp ground GREAT. Employees both nights… second night we had their pizza which was very good!? would definitely recommend this campground!

The park is nice. The folks are nice and the area is clean. However, the WiFi could stand to be improved. Unable to use it most of the time because of signal strength being poor.

Very nice host, the campground was very clean and neat. We had fire ants on the pad (it's Florida, it happens) and the staff took care of it immediately.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Thanks to Mike for helping us out with our short sewer line. You were a life saver. On More than one occasion, Mike would stop by to check on us and make sure all was okay. We appreciate the kindness at this location. Would definitely recommend it.

Old and expensive campground out in the middle of nowhere. Over $109 a night should be more like $35 a night. Staff was amazing, very attentive. the pizza was good and was delivered to our site. .

We will be back. We travel thru Florida regularly. The hosts,Mike and his wife, were so accommodating in our after hours arrival. We enjoyed the pool, park and talking with the host thru our stay. Clean and quiet campground!

It’s a great pit stop for us. We have stayed before going through. In off season not crowded at all. We got a basic site which is just fine. The new owners greeted us on arrival. Nice and friendly. Good luck to them and will probably see you again

Took my 3 yr old grandson. The bathrooms are very clean, the pool and sites also nice and clean. The added chairs are a nice touch. What would make it more enjoyable in the Florida sun is sun umbrellas at the pool

While this is a 3 star rating ~ I am confident it will soon be a 5 star location. There are new owners who are in process of all sorts of upgrades. The current staff is exceptional and so pleasant. Keep in mind there is not a lot to do in Moore Haven, but Lake Placid and Sebring are close and great little towns to explore. We will be back!

I enjoyed the property and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The campsite was pretty empty and I was told it was down season. I was disappointed in the gift shop because it was very empty and looked almost abandoned. The grounds hardly have shade and alot of the lot cement platforms need replacing. Over all it was a nice weekend!

Ponds had too many lillies to fish, 4 to 5 foot gator in 1 pond where you could fish. Store was stoked with nothing. Otherwise if you want to relax and do nothing it's a good place to do so

Very nice campground VERY VERY NICE STAFF very clean sites. We played bingo they had card game nite. FREE pancakes on saturday. Awesome KOA Will be back.

Nice, clean, peaceful campground with excellent customer service from not only the new managment but from the workers also. Management was very professional and polite. The workers would stop what they were doing to ask if there was anything they could assist you with no mater the situation. I my family and I highly recommend this campground.

We absolutely LOVE this campground & is one of the few we will be re visiting. The customer service is above anything iv ever experienced & everyone is very accommodating to any needs we have!! I highly suggest this campground for everyone!!
