Grass uneven site in back of property.

Campground fairly well maintained. One toilet and shower out of commission in the men's restroom. Was Thanksgiving week so may have been because of the holiday. Restrooms were clean. Staff very friendly. WIFI was weak and I was about 100 yards away from clubhouse. Would have been nicer if there was more trees to provide some shade. Over all, nice place to stay.

Pool was closed half the time, rules are absurd and the water was out for 2 days and when it came on it clogged our filter again and again. We were supposed to be there for 4-5 months but left after 1 because of bad water.

Horrible Stay. We were contractors that they allowed to stay there during storm damage reconstruction and we were treated so poorly! I had 5 campsites and we paid for a whole month , but left after a week due to the fact we were treated so poorly! I have video and all . It was horrible !!!!!!

The office staff was very nice...it ended there . We knew ahead of time that service were not up and running. No cable, no internet. If services cant be provided for whatever reason maybe there should be a discount. Also in 45 years of RVing we have never been charged extra for our pet anywhere including other KOA properties.

I will never stay in a KOA camp, maybe not all KOA are like this one, but let me tell you that at the beginning, they receive you with a lovely attitude and a smile, once you pay ALL CHANGE They are rude, they have this silly amount of nonsense rules, threats every single day for one thing or another, laundry awful machines are old, their facilities are not good for anything you can’t park ri

All washers were covered in some unknown substance that left it’s mark on guests clothes. I refrained from doing mine when I saw that. Bathrooms are too far apart. It’s an RV parking lot. Not my idea of a campground

I had to go to this campsite because it was the closest to Fort Myers I could find due to the hurricane. There was a lady that was working there that was VERY unfriendly. One week into my stay I believe she was let go. The new staff, including Christian, were amazing. Friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an awesome spot, plenty of room to relax…this is the spot!

Nice quiet little park. We were there for a Emergency power mission after Hurricane Ian went through Southwest Florida. Since there were no hotels anywhere around was nice to have to a place to park our RV and have Electric and Water. Thanks for everything. The only downside was the nearest Publix or Walmart were in Clewiston or Lake Placid.

Very nice park especially since Hurricane Ian. The staff at this KOA were excellent and very friendly. My only comment would have been if the shower stalls were more private than frosted glass and better toilet paper grade. Other than that, we will most definitely return for another stay.

Hands down the worst KOA I've ever stayed at. Attendants literally scream at the guest, sometimes using profanity. We witnessed an attendant tell a guest "I don't have time give everyone a tour of the ground." (Isn't that literally her job?). The written rules are often ignored or applied arbitrarily. Not a family friendly place. One of the attendants was fired for not being tough enough w guests.

I had requested a pull-thorugh site. When Wendy changed the site, she charged me for a premium pull through, which was a joke. there was no pad, just grass and was just before the dry storage. I told here we had evacuated from Punta Gorda and our storage area for our Motor Home was filled with debris. She charged me $100 for a month but we were there only a week in dry storage, no refund

We relocated due to the poor treatment from the manager on duty. We escaped from the hurricane but were concerned that we couldn’t return on exactly the time to move the rv. Luckily we found a rv park that was helpful and cooperative. I would not go back to this park.

Well, 400 characters is not enough to describe how rude & downright hateful Wendy, the camp host is. This woman has NO business in customer service. Other KOA hosts were apologizing because we are obviously not the first she has treated badly. My partner is a lineman & was commuting back & forth to Fort Myers, PLUS dealing with this hateful human afterwards. Please read my Tripadvisor review!

Homeless due to Hurricane Ian. Was not sure how long we would be there b/c we needed to get closer to Firt Myers. Was physically there 3 nights and found a place in Fort Myers. Was not given any refund on the month paid. I realize so probably sifgned a contract but would hope your company would wave some due to extenuating circumstances during this disaster. Also, the park needs cleaned up.

The staff was wonderful. You could definitely use more shade. The pool should have been open despite is being right after the hurricane. The pool was cleaned and it just needed a back flush and balance of chemicals. Always disappointed I could not swim. An absentee owner it's not an effective way to run this outfit. The staff however is phenomenal in makeup for the owner's lack of leadership.

Can’t put it all in here. Briefly. We were never warned when we made the reservation that we were going to put in with a bunch of construction vehicle with diesels and back up alarms! Made a mistake and booked for 2 nights. Went to the office in the morning and had an encounter with “Wendy”. She informed me the second night would not be refunded. She was rude and should’ve not been at the

Only stayed one night, but arrived late and staff still escorted me to my site and helped me back in in the dark. Would definitely stay again.

This was a time of great stress as Hurricn Ian approached and passed. We came to Moore Haven for the first time as part of our evacuation plan. Wendy, the park manager, was very organized and helpful and we stayed for 6 nights. It was a chaotic time with power outages and lots of RV's coming and going but Wendy orchestrated through the chaos and did a fine job.

Windy is the hardest worker we have even seen. No power after hurricane, rv's kept showing up. Saw her through the night in heavy rain helping everyone and she was all alone. Amazing, friendly, helpful and understanding the loss we were all going through. Many of us were from fort myers and had last everything. Even without power it was a wonderful stay. Willnever forget Windy or KOA.

Hurricane haven for us to avoid IAN. the Bath house was spotless. The management was overwhelmed but attentive and pleasant. The pool looked great and the clubhouse had lots to do. I would return even without a hurricane chasing me! Great find.

We escaped to this campground when it was expected that Hurricane Ian would make a direct hit on Tampa. This is a very nice campground and everyone is so friendly. They make their own pizza and have free popcorn in their cute little store. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hurricane Ian brought us to Moore Haven & I’d have to say we couldn’t have made a better choice. We had to leave the area we were in because of too many trees and while I typically love shade while camping, Moore Haven Koa was a great open space. We enjoyed our stay at this park. Have no complaints other than maybe a little better communication when water was bad and under a no drinking order. Location of park is not real close to any major cities so a bit of driving to have access to some services and stores. Park was accommodating during our stay and always willing to help.

The property is immaculate and well manicured the problem was that Wendy was a wonderful person trying to take care of the whole park by herself office was locked most of the time couldn't get in for ice or drinks Wendy could sure use some volunteer help so if you're looking for a place to stay and get your space and whatever free give her a call

Moore Haven KOA is very sparse on amenities, most of the sites are just grass with a concrete pad for a patio. Numerous sites have broken and cracked concrete patio pads. They also don't pickup your trash, you are required to dispose of your own trash and the trash bins are more than a 1/4 mile away from the main camping area, way in the back of the property. The personal aren't friendly.

Super friendly staff that go out of their way to help. This is a very clean, very level campground with brand new outside furniture at every space. Big rig friendly, very easy in and out. Can't recommend more!

Very nice campground VERY VERY NICE STAFF very clean sites. We played bingo they had card game nite. FREE pancakes on saturday. Awesome KOA Will be back.

Nice, clean, peaceful campground with excellent customer service from not only the new managment but from the workers also. Management was very professional and polite. The workers would stop what they were doing to ask if there was anything they could assist you with no mater the situation. I my family and I highly recommend this campground.

We absolutely LOVE this campground & is one of the few we will be re visiting. The customer service is above anything iv ever experienced & everyone is very accommodating to any needs we have!! I highly suggest this campground for everyone!!
