QUICK WEEKEND GETAWAY. WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL PATIO SITE. ALL STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WILL RETURN SOON.

The facility is very rundown. Many of the sites were designed years ago for 20 trailers and therefore do not accommodate larger 40 ft motorhome or trailers well. The road inches older section are very narrow and with vehicles parking close to the road it is not po6to navigate or park without asking people to move their vehicles.

Facilities were clean. Property was neat and staff was awesome great friendly people. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Moore Haven KOA was wonderful. This is a great KOA Campground. The entire staff was very friendly and were responsive to any concerns we had. They upgraded us at no charge to a larger site so we could park our HDT on the site. If you are looking for an RV Camp in Florida that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area, then Moore Haven KOA is your RV Park.

Very clean, nice bath and shower, nice size pool, nice size spots...not right on top of neighbors. A great plus....just by chance, we happened to be there for free pancake breakfast on Saturday morning!

The staff was friendly but not very helpful. Not their fault. It is a journey at best. They have a swimming pool. But nothing else. Laundromat had more broken machines than not. Camp store had no supplies. smells like a sewer plant 24/7

We like this campground. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is we didn’t have sound on the cable tv. Person in office didn’t know what to tell me and didn’t offer to send someone out to check. And there were at least half of the washers and dryers out of order. Not really campgrounds fault as they were new machines. We still like here and will be back.

The high point of the campground are the staff. They were welcoming, caring and beyond helpful. They went out of their way to help us when needed! The campground HAS the basics. That said, it is very worn and needs a significant facelift. It is not bad, just worn. We would go back, but this is not fully up to par for a “Holiday” KOA.

Staff was great and accommodating when my electric pedestal went out. Used one next to me and they made sure nobody else came into that spot so I didn't have to move. Plenty of activities to keep me busy and met quite a few new friends while there. Pool had a hard time staying warm but was still passable to swim in. Site was big enough for my 43' RV and truck and motorcycle.

Nice quiet campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was a back in at pond so we enjoyed fishing. Activities for campers held almost daily!!

No cable TV, pool closed half of stay. Nice place overall, just too far from anything to do. Raised rates since reservation made last year, by $250 a month without notice

It’s a nice campground but could use some improvements a lot of bad odors all through out the campground the self serve dumpsters were too far from the area we were camped in the laundry was difficult many of them were out order parking in front of the Rv sites was difficult the work campers were always friendly and helpful nice smiling faces

Staff is friendly enough. Services stink. Too many barking dogs. Pool not warm. Spots are tight with not enough room to even park. Will not be back here if we have to camp along a road.

The only thing the campground has is the pool. The pool was broken the entire two weeks we were there. The bugs were insane paid for a month only stayed two weeks. I didn’t even bother going to the office for refund. I figured they needed the money more than I did. STAY AWAY

Terrible!!! Cain roaches run rampant from burning the fields. Three office workers are rude to the guests. Office staff are not suited for this occupation. One of 3 showers & 1 of 3 toilets broken since Oct. Sink hole very dangerous for kids. Washers & dryers broken.No pool for 3 mos. Worst KOA ever.!! No cable TV. You didn't give me enough space to tell you whats really wrong!!! COME & INSPECT.!!

I Absolutely loved this campground. The employees were so accommodating and super nice. They had games going everyday and a gameroom open to everyone in the campground. I have been to alot of KOA campgrounds and this one is on the top of my list now. I will be returning again this year. Thank you all for a great stay.

The do not know how to use KOA rewards to pay For a pizza. Other campgrounds know how. And Moore haven people did not seem to want to learn.

This was the second time I’ve been here in 2 weeks. Both times they had an issue with water, none for about a 1/2 hour. Also this time I was counting on topping off my propane tank and was told they didn’t have any and it has been out of order with an electrical problem for 2 years. They don’t pick up trash and their dumpsters are located in the rear of the park, not convenient for exit. Un

In short, the place is a dump. This should not be a holiday. Overpriced. They don’t even pick up your garbage! No water somedays, which others told us seemed to be the norm. We have been to many many KOA’s. This one shouldn’t not even have the name! We will NEVER be back. Couldn’t wait to get out!

Some amenities were not available, due to ownership change and labor shortages due to hurricane. I’m sure when allgrowing pains are taken care of it will be a great park.

This is a Journey at best, not a Holiday. The few amenities they have are broken and it is due to maintenance NOT the Hurricane. They charge for everything like they are out of Les Mis. This is only to be used if you want to hang out out with family. Everyone we talked with wanted out including the staff. 1/10. Do not recommend. On the positive side, they do what they can to keep you there.

Pool broke for a month, pool heater still not working properly, cable not working, street lighting out in many areas, sparse landscaping. Park needs a lot of work. Staff very friendly was the only plus. Will not return.

Lots of things to do if you are snow birds. About 7 minutes from Moore Haven land 45 minutes from Ft Myers and Sebring, FL. Free pancakes on Saturday mornings beginning in January and ending last weekend in March. Close to Lake Okeechobee if you like fishing or boating.

This was a very quiet park, clean and in a great location for our needs. They do have alligators in the pond just don't walk near it. We observed the park host cleaning all furniture and septic connections when rigs left their park which was nice. Office staff was courteous and helpful, small store. Laundry facilities with new machines, they did have problems with people overloading the machines so at times they were out of order but they always had someone come to clear them.

Our stay at Moore Haven KOA was wonderful and we enjoyed the stay. This is a great KOA Campground. The staff are very friendly and were responsive to any concerns we had. They upgraded us at no charge to a larger site so we could park our HDT on the site. There are daily/weekly events for all campers. (i.e. Thursday night community fire pit night, Weekly Corn Hole/Shuffle Board/Boccee Ball Tournaments, Various Food Truck nights, Weekly Pancake Breakfast, Freshly hand made pizza made daily at the office for purchase, and much more. A Pickle Ball Court. Vehicle/Rig wash station. Two 18 hole Golf Courses and two 9 hole Golf Courses within a 30-minute drive Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) near by. The LOST is a 110-mile bike/hiking trail that encircles lake Okeechobee.
