Staff was very pleasant and helpful.The only dislike was the site we had was on the main rode of the camp which had constant noise of othet rver's coming in and out.

Rained 2 of 3 days. Space was really tight for our rig but our neighbors were very helpful.

The staff at Moore Haven KOA were awesome! Helpful and cheerful during activities. Bathrooms by office are best we’ve had in our trip so far. We had roomy site right by pond w/o huge cost—quite rare here in FL. Enjoyed activities and pizza! Only downside is the distance to nearby cities. Also wished they had recycling.

Very enjoyable weekend. Campground is neat and clean, rv lots reasonably sized. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice activity room, Large pool area; Three good sized ponds. And lots of activies on the schedule. This is an annual visit by our RV Chapter and we've already scheduled a return for next year. Thank you Moore Haven KOA!

Friendly staff. Park is in the middle of nowhere, very little to do and way too expensive for the sites and amenities.

Had a great stay. Campsite is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We can’t say enough good things about them we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Koa inherited some problems with infrastructure that impacted us (sewer) We couldn’t put rig next to concrete cause sewer connections too far away.

We liked our stay in Moore Haven, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was the site we were in was at 90 degrees ro the access road and maneuvering around parked vehicles was very tight and required a bit of shimming to get in and out of the site

The campground and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately it is quite remote from everywhere. The wifi and cable were excellent. The pool was nice. It would be nice if they had some souvenirs. We inadvertently dropped our keys as we left the campground. They were turned into the office and they are shipping them to us at no charge - talk about going above and beyond customer service! Kudos

Other than being a very clean campground, this KOA did not meet our expectations. Most meet you with Welcome to KOA! We received Do you have a reservation and here's what you can't do. Priced too high: terrible internet (if it worked at all),no cable. Advised there was no trash pick-up which would be fine, except the bins were at the very back of the campground. Not convenient.

We have been coming to this KOA for about 5 years for a 1 night stay. Staff is friendly and helpful and put on great events. However, the cost does not reflect the actual condition of the rv resort. Local TV, wifi is weak and conditions of the rv spot has deteriorated. The bathrooms in the back and the driveway have been in various stages of repair for 2 yrs. Portajohns with showers are avail

2ndor3rd time here. Put us in site that didn't begin to fit our MH. Members of KOA, acct number on our res,They should have been fully aware of the size of our MH. Wanted to charge extra to move to a long pull-through in back on grass when they had over half the regular back in's un-occupied. Asked about the pull thru at the end of the row, was told it was already reserved. Not true. Won't be back

The Sites were clean. Had plenty of furniture. The TV stations were few but good. The Recreation halland pool area were neat and clean. So was the restrooms and laundry facilities.

I am on a long stay at this camp and feel treated like family. Staff is always willing to assist with any needs to ensure an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Very nice Campground with extremely nice people working. Overall the one thing I was a disappointed with for the service was they did not pick up trash. We had to walk quite a long way to dispose of our trash bags. This was the first time at a KOA campground that they did not provide this service. Fact is the staff drove by many times a day with golf carts and could have provided the service.

Spent one night going to the keys and spent a night coming back nice camp ground GREAT. Employees both nights… second night we had their pizza which was very good!? would definitely recommend this campground!

The park is nice. The folks are nice and the area is clean. However, the WiFi could stand to be improved. Unable to use it most of the time because of signal strength being poor.

Very nice host, the campground was very clean and neat. We had fire ants on the pad (it's Florida, it happens) and the staff took care of it immediately.

The staff were warm and welcoming. Thanks to Mike for helping us out with our short sewer line. You were a life saver. On More than one occasion, Mike would stop by to check on us and make sure all was okay. We appreciate the kindness at this location. Would definitely recommend it.

Old and expensive campground out in the middle of nowhere. Over $109 a night should be more like $35 a night. Staff was amazing, very attentive. the pizza was good and was delivered to our site. .

Lots of things to do if you are snow birds. About 7 minutes from Moore Haven land 45 minutes from Ft Myers and Sebring, FL. Free pancakes on Saturday mornings beginning in January and ending last weekend in March. Close to Lake Okeechobee if you like fishing or boating.

This was a very quiet park, clean and in a great location for our needs. They do have alligators in the pond just don't walk near it. We observed the park host cleaning all furniture and septic connections when rigs left their park which was nice. Office staff was courteous and helpful, small store. Laundry facilities with new machines, they did have problems with people overloading the machines so at times they were out of order but they always had someone come to clear them.

Our stay at Moore Haven KOA was wonderful and we enjoyed the stay. This is a great KOA Campground. The staff are very friendly and were responsive to any concerns we had. They upgraded us at no charge to a larger site so we could park our HDT on the site. There are daily/weekly events for all campers. (i.e. Thursday night community fire pit night, Weekly Corn Hole/Shuffle Board/Boccee Ball Tournaments, Various Food Truck nights, Weekly Pancake Breakfast, Freshly hand made pizza made daily at the office for purchase, and much more. A Pickle Ball Court. Vehicle/Rig wash station. Two 18 hole Golf Courses and two 9 hole Golf Courses within a 30-minute drive Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) near by. The LOST is a 110-mile bike/hiking trail that encircles lake Okeechobee.
