We had a great time! Very relaxing with views of cow pastures all around. The pool was nice and bathrooms were well kept. Overall a great place to get away and relax.

Nous avons passé 4 mois. Nous avons été très déçu de l'attitude du propriétaire. Cela est la principale raison du roulement de personnel. Changement fréquent de gérant 4 en 2023. Le dernier est là depui1er décembre 2023. Pour réserver on demande 300$ x le nombre de mois. NON REMBOURSABLE POUR AUCUNE RAISON. C'est contre la politique de KOA.

The facility was adequate but very isolated. It is about 6 miles outside the community of Moore Haven, which offers little in the way of facilities for dining or shopping. The only restaurant that I found open in Moore Haven was a very dirty and poorly staffed Arby's at the Love's service station. As for the KOA itself, I found only one bathroom/shower open, and the swimming pool was closed.

The place is old and outdated and has no emenities. Hardly worth $100 per night. I would never stay there again. I've stayed in better places for half the price.

I didn't want to go home. Loved this place. Good memories all around. There was no WiFi at campsites. Thanks ATT...I'm coming back.

Little outta the way for any stores etc but overall decent. Very hard working staff with help for whatever you need. Will miss their Sat morning free pancakes.

the park is quiet and clean and has the best internet of any RV park we have stayed at. Keep up the good work.

Stayed for 2 months. The weather is perfect in winter. Looking forward to staying next year. WIFI works excellent. I am able to work from home.

Our big rig pull through site was extremely disappointing. Our site was like camping in a cow pasture.

Many open sites. Pricing has to be a factor. People and staff were all very nice. seeing that there were open pull thrus it would have been better to Not have to unhook/re-hook my travel trailer.

Super friendly campers and very helpful staff. I especially loved the community campfire. I also thought the pancake breakfast was delicious. Pool is delightful. Shower room excellent and very clean.

Beautiful birds. The pool was fabulous. Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Great cycling in the area. The rodeo was excellent in Moore Haven.

The worst koa I ever stayed at in America! And I've stayed at quite a few of them , management is rude not to mention money hungry , I paid for 3 extra days , then It worked we got Saturday off so I called the park and explained to them the situation and asked for one of those days back when they told me that it was company policy not to give it back ! This campground needs some improvements. It is looking kind of shabby for the price. The other RV parks in that part of Florida are cheaper and offer more. Since it is in the middle of nowhere you need to make it more of a destination and lower the price.

We were in the back of the park. The “sewerage treatment facility “ was near us. Constantly hums. No trash pickup which I would’ve expected from a “Holiday” KOA. Ponds are actually swamps. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY.

We were part of a group camping together. We were able to use facilities without trouble. The trash dumpster is a long hike towards the back end of the park and tends to overflow prior to being emptied.

We enjoyed being with our friends for a mini rally but the campground is in need of repair. While the community building is fine, many of the sites need repair (concrete pads) and general upkeep. The campground is a hodgepodge of sites and park models with not much thought into locations. Friendly staff but owner seems only interested in $ not investing in the property. Sad!

Definitely an old campground. 90 degree back ins, old concrete patios that are broken up. We have a 45 foot 5th wheel and we were put on site 159 which had a very tight road leading to and from that site. Hookups all worked good. The guest in 160 has a cat that is not leashed and comes over to 159 and poops by the firepit and utilities and of course our dogs had to find it and smell it. Ugh!

Disappointed I had to leave 2 days early due to a death in the family and asked for a refund of at least 1 day not both and was told I could not have a refund. I have been a member for many years and will think about not renewing next year.

Lots of things to do if you are snow birds. About 7 minutes from Moore Haven land 45 minutes from Ft Myers and Sebring, FL. Free pancakes on Saturday mornings beginning in January and ending last weekend in March. Close to Lake Okeechobee if you like fishing or boating.

This was a very quiet park, clean and in a great location for our needs. They do have alligators in the pond just don't walk near it. We observed the park host cleaning all furniture and septic connections when rigs left their park which was nice. Office staff was courteous and helpful, small store. Laundry facilities with new machines, they did have problems with people overloading the machines so at times they were out of order but they always had someone come to clear them.

Our stay at Moore Haven KOA was wonderful and we enjoyed the stay. This is a great KOA Campground. The staff are very friendly and were responsive to any concerns we had. They upgraded us at no charge to a larger site so we could park our HDT on the site. There are daily/weekly events for all campers. (i.e. Thursday night community fire pit night, Weekly Corn Hole/Shuffle Board/Boccee Ball Tournaments, Various Food Truck nights, Weekly Pancake Breakfast, Freshly hand made pizza made daily at the office for purchase, and much more. A Pickle Ball Court. Vehicle/Rig wash station. Two 18 hole Golf Courses and two 9 hole Golf Courses within a 30-minute drive Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) near by. The LOST is a 110-mile bike/hiking trail that encircles lake Okeechobee.
