So nice to be back - we have been coming every year for awhile - covid messed up those plans but so nice to be back in the twin cities - always feel welcome, looked after and comfy - very handy for our interests in the area and so easy to get back on the road to go home

Loved it. The weather was great, camp ground was clean and easy to access. The game room was nice but I wish they had more games.

Had a very late night check in, they gave instructions on finding our site, very helpful. There is a nice little store, pool, mini golf area, kids balls to borrow, a decent playground and a clean bathhouse. The downfall is that their land does not drain well and is wet and muddy in the back tent area, away from the road and a long the drive throughout the campground, the mosquitos were terrible.

Arrived after dark. Was taken to a tent site in trees almost no light. Got out of the car and was stepping in mud. The site had no grass as it had been churned up by a vehicle pushing brush into the trees. I was unable to set up the tent in the mess so I had to sleep in the back of my Honda Civic. In daylight I could see several well grassed sites nearby that were unused. Site 188. Office closed

Tent sites should be closer to restrooms since they don't have RVs with bathrooms. 10 for $10 wood wasn't the type of wood needed for bonfires. If was hard to keep lite, smoked and acted more like charcoal than anything. People where nice and a good location.

Pleasant service! Easy to find! Clean facilities. We only needed to stay overnight on our journey west, so we didn't try everything on offer. Noise from highway present but not overly distracting.

We were in a non electric tent site and when we reserved it said it was going to be close to the bathroom. I do not think there was a farther site than these. It was such a long walk to the bathrooms. The sites were so muddy and didn’t feel like they were clearly marked.

The mosquitoes were horrendous due to a lot of standing water near the tent area at the back of the park. I love to camp but i dreaded spending time outside at this site, even with two different insect repellant on me. I will stay elsewhere the next time I'm in the area. It's too bad because the pool and bathrooms were top notch, though I wish the pool was open until at least 9 in the summer.

If it would not have poured down rain as we were setting up our tent, we would have had a very enjoyable stay. The facilities were perfect for a campground and we wish we could have enjoyed them more, but we were just quickly passing through.

As a first time KOAr it was disappointing. The campsite was right next to a “busy” road. The sites are on top of one another. And I have observed KOAs are more for RVrs than tents. The staff seemed friendly. The website was super basic so it would have been nice if they were more informative on the area. You have to drive to everything. No trails in walking distance.

Stay was alright. Pool was extremely cold almost unusable. Mosquitos were bad and grounds were a bit unkempt. It was ok probably would stay somewhere else next time unless had no Other choice

Staff was friendly and the area was nice. However, if you're in a tent space with no hook ups you'll realize there is virtually no areas besides the bathrooms to get water. There's very few garbage cans around too. The bathrooms get cleaned but only once a day, so when you go in to have a shower in the morning they're a bit gross.

Love the large lots, clean bathroom, wonderful staff. Needs to add more restrooms only one on site is at front at least a few Porta potties. Pool is in bad need of repairs but clean.

We’ve stayed at about 5 or 6 different KOA’s recently and this one just didn’t seem to have the same level of “finish” as the others. For what we paid here, being the same as a KOA holiday site, it really didn’t feel like it was worth it.

This campground is not tent camping friendly. They don't have tent pads. We were told to park our car and our site was as wide as our car. The fire pit was subpar. No grate just a metal ring. The pool hours in summer are 10am to 8pm. The playground was unshaded so too hot during the day. We needed ice before we left but the office was not opened. It opened at 9am.. The bathrooms were clean.

The staff was very friendly. The facilities appeared well maintained. We had a large, flat campsite with plenty of room for our tent and vehicle. The large trees provided good shade. The only drawback was the highway nearby. Overall, great campground.

Not campgrounds fault but vector control to kill back the mosquitoes. The amount of bug bites even with deep woods off would make me think twice

Lovely one night stay. My children loved the pool and mini golf. Was very easy to keep them busy and enjoy a tent camping trip.

Site was full of bugs( could have used pesticide at some point to prevent) gameroom games are half non functioning ( air hockey, racing game, shooting game,prize machine) not informed of cash only policies on mini golf/games. As a first time user, I would not want to come back to be bit by hundreds of bugs and have nothing to offer my kids because I didn’t bring cash. Staff were very polite.

I am very disappointed. I always choose to go to a KOA since I love the amenities and the staff are always friendly. This time we were next to a site that set up 6 different tents and allowed the kids to scream all the way until 11:30pm each night, multiple campers around them kept asking if they could keep it down and nothing was ever done about it and they never allowed us to move sites.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Sites were clean and showers were hot. The facilities were always clean and the staff was always amazing!! Everything in the store was fair priced and the wood we bought was delivered to our site. We will be staying here again in the future and recommending this site to others.

I stayed at a tent pad site. The ground was very bumpy so that was a bad start. The site was basically in a mosquito infested swamp. We could not spend anytime outside. It was horribe. We had to leave camp to eat, dress, etc. It was horrible. Also, the entire campground has only 1 bathroom for over 100 sites. The bathroom is by the main enterance also, which is so far you basically need to drive.

We car camp. 1 dad and 2 kids. This is an excellent place to learn to camp, and great for a fun and relaxing night outside for a seasoned camper.

Too many bugs! Too hot! Too many rules! Got sick and had to leave early due to sickness and heat due to staying in a tent! Asked for a refund got told NO! He cant control getting sick! Not a up kept camp site! Lots of leaves and sticks in our site! Well never ever stay at this koa again!

The greeter was very kind, and even stayed late to sign us in and show us our camping spot. The campground was clean and quiet.

Very nice, clean KOA. Staff was very nice and courteous. Clean bathrooms and facilities. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.
