Our main issue was wifi connectivity, as the office admitted that they had issues as well. The owner should seriously consider upgrading the system to accommodate customer's needs, to include streaming capability. As for us, we will probably go elsewhere next time we are in the area. The bottom line is to modernize to keep up with the competition.

We had a great time at the Minneapolis Northwest KOA. The campground is very clean and well kept, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. Our site was level, well shaded, and spacious.

This campground never disappoints! We have stayed here many times and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is very clean and well maintained.

The hosts were really nice and it was close to the city. The 4 stars is from the water for showers had a funny smell and the WiFi was weak. We were asked not to stream tv bc of it. Other than that, we loved this campground.

Just a couple observations. The whole campground is in dire need of more gravel. The grass cutter came by a weed wacked grass all over my husband while he was setting there working on his computer. He should have said I have to weed wack here so you should go inside for a few minutes.

Nice pool. Good spot for kids. It was a bit too bad that the grass was as long as it was when we arrived because it had rained and the mosquitoes were terrible. But the staff are great and the bathrooms were nice and clean!

Our site was very muddy. John ( golf cart guide) never offered an alternative. Said last person put a rug down. Tight sites. Highway noise. Disappointing stay.

The campground is on poor condition. There is construction in the area and instead of giving sites that were empty away from the area, they placed us near the road where the construction was going on. However, the staff was extremely nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the MN NW Journey KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful and amenities are clean and inviting. We have been spoiled by more level parking areas at other KOA’s, thus the one tick down from a 5 star rating, but we would stay here again if our travels take us through the area!

Well maintained campground. The site was fairly level, but the fire pit was in a poor location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The camp store was minimal, but did sell firewood and ice.

Stayed there for a week. FHU. Still used bathroom which had a peculiar smell from the hot water. Site is a bit dated and could use some love. Proximity to Brockton hasn't been kind due to Maple Grove/Rogers expansion, which is much noisier that it was in years past. That said, still the best option in the NW metro

Great location for us. Visited family and went to the Minnesota Vikings game. Quiet at night. The only issue we had was the fuse on the box popped three or four times when all we were running was the air conditioner on low. But, it stayed on when we needed it most. A quick 2 night stay but we enjoyed the stay.

We stayed in a pull thru site that was downhill from the main area. Unfortunately it rained heavily the last day/night and our site was very wet. Not bringing boots I had to go it with tennis shoes. Oh well. The day we left, we stayed until the rain lessened. Could not dump because of rain.

We did a quick overnight on our way out west. Great accommodations full hookup with 50 amp. Everybody was very friendly and the showers and bathrooms were very well kept

The campground was great and well maintained. Full hookups were in great condition. The owners were nice to work with. The mini golf needs some upkeep but that is so minor, it was a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay! Lots of availability. Staff helpful & friendly. Shop has good variety. Sites further from bathhouse are shaded & private. Some traffic noise but lots of trees. Campers quiet & respectful. I felt safe camping alone. Drawbacks:Bathhouse clean but has sewer gas smell & stalls are small/tight if you have toddler, a disability or need wider space. Nearby swampy water breeds mosquitoes.

Very nice hosts. Clean bathrooms and nice to see trees to keep the sun out as it was a vet hot time in Minneapolis. Will be back for sure.

My son and I went there for the first time and my son loved it there. Now I can't remember the old lady that works there name but she is as sweet as can be . My son likes her too and call her the grandma of the camp ground
