This is one of our favorite places to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Great.location to all Minneapolis has to offer.

You know what? I can stay a lot cheaper at campgrounds everywhere I go. But I choose KOA because their standards are consistently high, their staff is always kind and helpful, and this campground was no exception.

We're in the Minneapolis area yearly and will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, level sites and clean bathrooms.

I did not use the shower. The laundry was nice and well-priced. There wasa problem with the electrical at my site, but it was addressed quickly.

The campground was very nice. It was a quiet escape from the city, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly, and they were accommodating with our schedule. Thank you for memories Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes Minneapolis KOA! We will see you again!

Staff: great Grounds: clean, very well kept, bathrooms are clean, plenty of stalls and showers. Pool: found out the day before that it was going to be closed. (Refund offered but unhelpful due to timing & group needing numerous spots so we kept ours here) Park: needs some work Game room: adults had the most fun! Took us back in time but very congested. Mini golf: 4yo wasn't interested

This KOA may be the nicest KOA property we have ever stayed with. Clean, easy to park our rig, supper helpful staff!

I think closing the pool down in August is way too soon. I think you should close it down after Labor Day. It would of been nice to be able to swim this weekend but I couldn't cause it was closed for the season.

We were there for an overnight stop. It's a beautiful campground. Everything was as expected.

Nice clean and quiet campground. Easy to access from i94 and amenities within a 5 min drive.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Laundry and showers were very clean. Easy access to 94. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Very clean, friendly people. Sites were good size. Disappointed that the pool was closed for the remainder of the yr.

Called me the day before to let me know that their pool was down; gave me the opportunity to cancel if I wanted. But we got in late anyway, so it didn't matter. Nice folks running it.

Very disappointed in what we feel were unexpected add-on fees. Just an overnight stay - arrived after 4pm and left the next day at 8am. A pet fee was charged for our indoor cat that never left the camper. Also charged $6 for two local friends who stayed 2 hours inside camper (required to leave by 9pm) We used no campground amenities and the pool was out of service.

Pool out of service in middle of summer. Our Full hookup site required us running our electric and water lines under our camper to the neighboring site. Office said they could help us out with line extensions if ours didn't fit.

Nice, big park and friendly staff. Site 36 is very level and long enough that we could have stayed hooked up if needed.

The only downside was that the pool was closed due to repairs. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting well layed out. It was relaxing yet so close to major attractions. Made a great home base for our stay.

This is awesome KOA , the staff was super amazing and helped us work through some maintenance problems we Resolving . Our site was 67 parties Shade lots of green grass Only negative comment was that the putting course was 2.00/person

Right when we got there,the person escorted us to our campsite was very unfriendly,and acted like it was a bother to show us our site.that started our whole trip on a negative note.

I think the water and sewer hookup were a little far from where you park your rig on my site. but other than that it was a nice CG and good location

The campground is well established with big shade trees and spacious lots. Bathrooms are very clean but the showers are equal to those in my motorhome. Hosts were great, very accomodating and friendly. There is a basketball court and mini golf, pool was closed for season due to failure beyond their control, nice camp store and decent playground. Not to far is maple grove Central Park for kids

Very convenient location for attending events in Minneapolis. Close to wide variety ofshopping and restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Met my needs well while in area.

The campground was very nice. Helpful staff. The pool was not available, but the staff let us know ahead of arriving by calling me.

Lots are close together luckily only about 60 percent full. Service was good the place was quiet.
