Nice place to stay for a couple nights not enough full hookups merchandise in store is expensive especially wood and ice has some amenities not your typical koa but nice location close to amenities make sure you ask if your site has trees low score just on atmosphere it's a decent campground

Beautiful campground, well maintained. Owners stayed 45 minutes after close to make sure we got into our site okay. Electric and water were on the right side instead of left (sewer was on left) but owners offered to provide extensions if our equipment didn’t reach.

Well water was out for over a day. Understandable. Staff gave us warning. What staff didn't tell us is that it would be out overnight. Only found out when I overheard staff telling a person over the phone. Also we should have been compensated somehow. Even if some jugs of water to clean up with. Very dusty and then muddy when it rains.

Perfect spot for us, staff was fabulous,water issue was being fixed, not a problem , things happen. Gary gave us a perfect location to buy some fabulous steaks. Love This KOA.

Everything was great, but I think the dog park needs to be sanitized…my dogs did not want to walk in there and refused to potty there. There mannerisms were very obvious!

It was a very clean well run campground. By far one of the better KOA’s I have ever stay at. We plan on staying again at this campground the next time we are in the twin cities area.

Nice facilities. However, charging $2 per person per round for a very basic mini-golf course seems uncalled for.

Had an issue with the water for the entire site that we were notified prior to arrival so we could fill our tanks. They had contractors out there upon arrival and it was fixed later that evening. Nice level sites, great owners and folks that work there. Bathrooms/Showers could use some updating/restoration, but were clean and available. Used the laundry worked great, and pool was nice for kids

I received a call the night before my reservation saying they had no water so we filled our tanks before driving there. The water wasn’t restored until we were nearly ready to leave. The campground could use some real attention. There’s very little grass and the site was not very level. I asked for an adjustment on my bill due to no water but they refused.

The owners were nice, but along with many other reviews, the water quality alone was alarming. Water should not smell or taste that bad, even for a well system. Some serious upgrades need to take place to bring this location to the KOA standard we are used to and expect. Ongoing flooding has made this area a mosquito armageddon. Sadly we will give this location a miss when we are back in the area.

A great location for anyone visiting the Twin Cities. We rented a cabin, and it was very nice. It could use a microwave and refrigerator, however.

No water for 2 days and no compensation for the lack of amenities I stayed here specifically for the ability to do laundry and shower. Many off leash dogs sites are not gravel they are just mud. Heavy rain turned my site into a mud pool.

I had a three night stay at Minneapolis KOA... On the second day we were told the water will not be in service for the entire campground... we had no water for over 24 hours, the water was still not in service on the day we departed.. Management should have told us before we checked in that there would be no water .. I had to.leave this campground without flushing my black.water tanks... j

Nice campground, well maintained. We did not know that we hadn't signed up for full hookups. It all worked out well. Quiet area, fairly close to the city.

Very nice overnight stay. Checkin staff was very pleasant and helpful, the grounds were clean and well maintained. The dirt road into the campground was not great but I realize that is out of their control.

Very nice well maintained campground. All of the employees were very friendly and kind. Sites are reasonably spaced. The kids activities are fun. The put put mini golf needs some maintenance. Would definitely stay again.

It was very quiet, except for the barking dog that another site chained to their table outside their trailer and I was a bit shocked that the staff didn't do anything about it. The bathrooms attached to the office smelled horrible (luckily we have showers in our trailer), and everything was very old and outdated. It is one of the cheaper KOAs in the area, though.

The campground is very well maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I have is the incredible amount of road noise coming from traffic speeding by at 50mph. We could hardly hear each other talk when we were outside. That front section of the campgrounds needs some trees planted for noise abatement!

No sewer hookup available for our stay. Game room closed one day. (then only open til 8pm) Massive pile of gravel that could of been used on sites so not much a mud pit. Entrance of campground very uneven, NEEDS fixed. the mini golf should be FREE for the condition it was in. Laundry room one washer down. Dryers did NOT work well at all.

I was just passing through for the night while doing a pure travel day on the way from the Canadian Rockies back to Chicago, so I arrived late after a long day of driving. My site was dead level. I was able to just pull in, quickly hook up power and water, take a shower and go to sleep. Then a quick tank dump in the morning and I was back on the road. Perfect!

My son and I went there for the first time and my son loved it there. Now I can't remember the old lady that works there name but she is as sweet as can be . My son likes her too and call her the grandma of the camp ground
