We were originally scheduled to stay for 5 nights but were able to add an extra night at check-in. Although the pool wasn't open yet thr staff was very helpful. The site is very close to several restaurants and shopping but far enough from any major roads to be nice and quiet at night.

The Campground is not attractive at all. Sites are not manicured, most sites have vehicles parked on the grass. Location is the only benefit to staying at this KOA. When severe storms (heavy winds hail and tornadoes) were predicted to hit the entire area, I asked management about storm shelters and was told they had none. The campground became a muddy mess because the roads/sites need new rock.

The location was convenient. Unfortunately the site was not cleared of debris and internet was not functioning during our 4 night stay. The laundry facilities are not open for use during evening hours which also not accommodating with working visitors.

The place was great! The bathrooms were CLEAN, but the people who run the place made it feel like family taking care of you.

Got a new camper and stayed at this KOA to be able to be close to home and workout kinks. Owners and employee Randy were SO great! They helped me when I couldn't figure out things on my camper and were smiling/friendly whenever I saw them! Extremely clean bathroom. Plan to always stay for first annual camping and again later each summer.

Minneapolis Northwest was the first KOA I've stayed at with my new camper. The owner management is wonderful - friendly, helpful, and responsive. The campground is well maintained, clean and surprisingly backwoods in atmosphere for it's location. I wish more cities would have campgrounds so conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here was very friendly, very helpful. The amenities (mini-golf and shuffleboard, in specific) could have been blown off and cleaner - but we had fun! Nice, quiet campground, easy to get in and out.

We stay there 2weeks twice a year.The owners are awesome.Very helpful and accommodating..The restrooms a showers are very clean as are the grounds.Nice trails to walk. Close to shopping o mater what you’re looking for. Conveniently located 1 mile from the freeway..

They need to add some gravel to the sites. Camping on hard pan dirt and all the dust sucks. No garbage pickup and no dog waste cans anywhere.

We stayed for 2 nights, just passing through. The hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. I was happy to hear the KOA could accommodate taking our recycling. The restrooms & showers were great & extremely clean. I wished the laundry room would have opened at 7am but that was only a minor inconvenience for us on this particular trip. Other campers were very respectful. Would absolutely come back!

All gravel, not a lot of space between them. Power and Water are at the rear of each sight. Ok for an overnight but wouldn't pick this for a longer stay than overnight.

One night stay. Lots of empty spaces and they put me in a space that was barely arms length away from the class A in the next space. Nice dog park although the grass needed to be mowed. Easy check in and they escorted me to my site - not a friendly/helpful escort like I usually encounter at a KOA.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. We were late in the season so it’s good to have koa open. Easy to find. This one was VERY reasonably priced. That is truly appreciated.

So nice to be back - we have been coming every year for awhile - covid messed up those plans but so nice to be back in the twin cities - always feel welcome, looked after and comfy - very handy for our interests in the area and so easy to get back on the road to go home

My son and I went there for the first time and my son loved it there. Now I can't remember the old lady that works there name but she is as sweet as can be . My son likes her too and call her the grandma of the camp ground
