Our stay here was a last minute change to our itinerary due to trouble with our toad. What wonderful serendipity! This is a gem of a campground -- the sites are gravel but have grass and tall trees. There is a dirt road along the levee adjacent to the park that makes for a lovely walk. The staff here was so kind and helpful -- they definitely made a rough situation better for us.

Short stay while visiting Theodore Roosevelt park and makoshika state park. Lovely site friendly and helpful staff. Showers and laundry great

Penny & TJ & staff are amazing! They welcome you like family. There grounds and sites are cleaner than anywhere that we have stayed. We drive extra hours into an 11-12 hour day just to stay there!!!

Liked the pull thru site and since it was a side by side got to meet and have a great conversation with my neighbor. The KOA store has a wonderful selection of items and gifts including locally grown meat.

Quick overnight stay on our way from Indiana to Missoula. Best campground shower I've ever had! Cute town with friendly people.

Super nice staff, nicely maintained campground. Loved the cottonwood trees but the sap that they drop on your campers is hard to scrub off. The sites need to be leveled out, took a lot of work to find an even enough area.

We stayed overnight at the Miles City KOA to break up a longer trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and the sites are gravel so it is easy to level your rig.

Beautiful area-clean Shower facilities were clean, a bench or shelf in the shower would have been perfect.

I am glad you enjoyed our facilities. We do actually have a shower nook in each shower as well as a bamboo bench you can take into shower if needed as they are water friendly. Just a thought for next time :)

During our stay there was a severe thunderstorm. They made sure that there was towels and water in the storm shelter . Also kept checking in during the storm making sure everything was okay. Wow such a great experience in a tough situation. Thank you!

Hi Lisa, I think possibly you have us mixed up with another stay. You were in our deluxe patio site here in Miles City, MT. We have had storms pass through but none that sent campers to a shelter area. Sounds scary, and I am glad you were OK after!

We unfortunately were next a family that pulled flat top grill out 615am and were talking lodly. Door to door to strangers is uncomfortable and provides no insulation of activity or noise. Staff was great and the facility was nice and clean.

We used exit 135 as guided by Google because there is an 11’ 5” bridge in town. The site was very level gravel so we could have stayed connected. Each site has electricity, water and sewer. There is a fire pit and picnic table at each site. Amenities include a pool and children's playground as well as a dog park. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A little effort maneuvering in & out site. Older campground & could use an upgrade on the pool. Great location from highway & didn’t hear the trains.

The owners and staff at this KOA are doing a great job. The grounds are kept very clean as well as the pool and bathrooms. The store is well stocked too with a nice gift section as well.

Penny and the whole staff are so kind. She works very hard all day to keep the campground running. We had a nice time. We will definitely come back! The bathroom and shower were very clean too.

The staff at this park are phenomenal. Tornado warnings and very high winds on our first night. Next morning the staff was out cleaning up broken limbs, etc. including tree that fell on fifth wheel. They were also very friendly. DEFINITELY recommend this park.

We had an accident under the infamous bridge going into Miles City and wiped out the roof of our 5th Wheel. Beware!! We didn't have a reservation at the KOA, but they found us a spot and offered us any help we needed. They were so kind in a very stressful situation.

Checkin process was friendly and smooth. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Sites are level and the large cottonwood trees provide shade. You can walk into town.

Cleanest KOA I've been in. Great staff. Loved the showers. The propane BBQ were an unexpected blessing. After a long drive, our refrigerator stopped working so we had to could all our food at once. The owners were very helpful with this fiasco. It was obvious the owners took great pride in this KOA

Great experience. Campground was flawless. We spent three nights there during the 250th anniversary of our Independence. It's within walking distance of downtown Miles City—authentic, Montana “small” town, the Range Riders museum, and the Yellowstone River—definitely visit the park for the Saturday farmers market if you're there. Also easy driving access to any supply or hardware stores you may need, just skirt the 11'9” bridge if you make your way through town. All the staff were extremely helpful and Penny and TJ were the best. Everyone and everything was top notch. We will make it a point to stop there anytime we are in Montana.

Very nicely maintained, lots of amenities and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got in early and they accomodated us without any issue. Really enjoy excellent customer service. Location was great, had a nice little sitting area to enjoy the weather. Plus dish washing station, laundry and shower/restrooms that were very nice. Really enjoyed staying here.

Great KOA. quiet campground in old growth trees.Staff escorts you to your site and makes sure you are situated. Sent me several reminders to get off freeway at the trailer safe route.
