Very nice campground. Only issue was on our last day I was gonna get a shower at 1030 but the bathrooms had closed earlier than 11-12 so I wasn’t able to get a shower. ��

Hey Lauris. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, next time just knock on the door and for sure you can shower, even if we are in there cleaning. We have the signs up more for the men's room so we know when someone comes in, lol

As outside workers we hate the extreme heat too. Next time if you'd like to try a cabin with AC instead of tenting just let us know :)

We showed up during an extreme heat wave without a reservation and were very thankful they had a space. The staff were friendly and got us situated quickly, even leaving the sprinkler on so we could cool down a bit. We had a fairly shady site and the bathrooms were the best we’ve seen. We would stay here again and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have other plans.

Staff was so nice and the grounds and washrooms were impeccable. This KOA raised the bar for nice campgrounds as we started on our 30 day cross country journey!

This KOA has to be one of the nicest Journey KOA that I have ever stayed at. The staff is great, the grounds were nicely taken care of. The pool felt amazing in the extreme heat. When I go back through Miles City this will be the place I stay. Thanks to the owners and staff at the Miles City KOA for the great stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked 3 sites and they were very accommodating. It was super hot during our stay so the pool was very important to us. It was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at this KOA many times and our experience was always great. Highly recommend!

The facilities are very well kept. The bathhouse/bathroom is impressively clean all the time. Even in 107° heat, the pool was comfortable and helpful. The site was neatly clean. Tony even wiped down the picnic table for me as I enter the site.

We called it the last minute. The temperature was 103°. They took us and put us in a shady spot. We ran the air conditioner all night. Thank goodness for full hookups. Campground was clean, organized, shady, And friendly. It was the best KOA I have ever stayed in!

The Campground owners were incredible! Led us to our site, then proceeded to wipe down the electrical box and the picnic table! You can tell there is pride in ownership as the campground is meticulously kept! The bathrooms/showers were recently remodeled and wonderful! We would definitely be back, if we are traveling in this area again!

Pros: very, very clean. Friendly employees. Working amenities. Cons: Swarms of bugs so you cannot sit outside. Host changed our agreed upon sites upon arrival. Limb fell from tree damaging our motorhome.

Unfortunately we cannot control the bugs or severe weather events that might pass through the area. July is our storm season, this year has been pretty great so far. Our staff also has to work outside but having bug spray helps ward off bugs. Your wanted site were unfortunately not available :(

The owners have done an amazing job, even in the year since we last visited in 2025. We drove 360 miles in the rain to camp here again and we will be back.

Good location, great facilities, extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept - laundry, showers, pool, grounds, etc. Hookups were shared by 2 adjoining sites. Campground was not full when we were there so hosts seemed to assign every other site and we felt we had a lot of space. If the campground was full, it might feel cramped.

Exceptionally clean campground, wonderful pool and amenities. The office/store had everything we needed that we forgot to pack. The bathroom and showers were immaculate! Wonderful friendly staff! Definitely recommend to anyone 10/10

We stayed her twice once on the way to Minnesota. And once on the way back to Washington. Love this place. The Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and well maintained. I have to the bathrooms are the nicest I have seen in an RV Park. On our first stay we need an extra night to take our truck in to have some work done they were happy to accommodate us. Love the Pool!

Beautiful park, awesome huge mature trees everywhere for shade. Extremely well maintained and great location. The staff was awesome, very helpful and tireless workers. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This time our stay was only for one night. It was a very plesant experience from the time I walked into the office, until the time we left the KOA. Very peaceful setting and our campsite was very nice with the patio. I only wish that we could have stayed longer.

Please add one more sign pointing towards your entrance on the telephone pole amongst the trucking companies. We made the left turn off the main road at the gas station and then we’re very uncertain as to where to go.

Hi William, we will certainly see if that is possible. The city keeps taking down our signs saying we can't "advertise" on city land. Their setbacks on property lines makes it hard for us to put up signage. But we can reach out to locals and ask for permission on private land for sure :)

Penny and TJ clearly take pride in their KOA. Everything was very well cared for and the property is meticulously clean and organized. They couldn’t have been nicer, yet very professional. My husband and myself stayed there for 3 nights and we enjoyed a farmer’s market, a short walk into town, Saturday and the fireworks at night.We enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely visit again!!

clean, well kept, loved the paw spot, did feel we were over targeted by a puppy that was with our group in training for barking. We worked on keeping her quiet...she would get excited when people came and when she wanted other dogs attention. She is a vocal pup

Cleanest Campground we’ve ever stayed at. The restrooms are immaculate. The staff is very informative. If there is weather moving in or an event in the area they text everyone. Easy in and out with level gravel sites, good WiFi, laundry and C store. Helpful, happy staff. They act and treat you like family.

We recently took a trip from Saint Paul to the West Coast, mostly staying at KOAs along the way. The Miles City KOA stands out as the best KOA among the many we visited. TJ and Penny are wonderful hosts. After they guide you to your campsite, they take the time to clean your picnic table. The bathrooms are both modern and spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. Campground was flawless. We spent three nights there during the 250th anniversary of our Independence. It's within walking distance of downtown Miles City—authentic, Montana “small” town, the Range Riders museum, and the Yellowstone River—definitely visit the park for the Saturday farmers market if you're there. Also easy driving access to any supply or hardware stores you may need, just skirt the 11'9” bridge if you make your way through town. All the staff were extremely helpful and Penny and TJ were the best. Everyone and everything was top notch. We will make it a point to stop there anytime we are in Montana.

Very nicely maintained, lots of amenities and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got in early and they accomodated us without any issue. Really enjoy excellent customer service. Location was great, had a nice little sitting area to enjoy the weather. Plus dish washing station, laundry and shower/restrooms that were very nice. Really enjoyed staying here.

Great KOA. quiet campground in old growth trees.Staff escorts you to your site and makes sure you are situated. Sent me several reminders to get off freeway at the trailer safe route.
