The stay was pleasant. Wide open sites with mature trees. The staff was very nice and helpful! The only downside was the hornets which were out in full force. �

So clean! You can see they take a lot of pride in the property and ensuring a great experience for their guests. Nice little gift shop and store for food and drink items. They helped me in figuring out the best route for the next leg of my journey and I appreciated it so much. The property is great but the people make it wonderful!

Nicest campground we stayed at this trip. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. The site was great....lots of trees for shade. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed a single night. This is a gem of a KOA: well-graveled, spacious sites located in a stand of stately cottonwoods on the bank of the Tongue River. The staff is very friendly & informative (text messages about the Miles City farmer's market, timing of a passing thundershower, etc.). Best of all: new & exceptionally clean & well-designed shower facilities.

Great place and wonderful camp hosts! Every staff member was very helpful and genuinely friendly. This KOA shows pride of ownership by owners TJ & Penny in that the grounds are meticulously well maintained. Don’t pass on treating yourself to a couple of the most delicious steaks from their store for your BBQ! Loved having use of their dog was station as well. Saving this KOA as a Fave!

We liked it ver much with the big beautiful sites, very nice bathrooms, nice people, and they even sent a text message about the bad weather on it's way. We will definitely stay there again when we are in that area.

Campground was clean, bathrooms were very clean. Quiet area, felt safe. We only stayed for one night, as a stopping over point. The campground was relatively easy to get to from the highway. Would definitely stay again.

It was OK to stay there for a couple days. I know it’s no fault of the campground, but there are roads all the way around it and the locals like to fly down those dirt roads we had a nice patio spot. The only thing is is we face the dog park? I think they could’ve had a better place for that.

We got the paw pen (number 39) and it was a GREAT size, usually they are built more for smaller dogs, my large dogs could even play fetch. Bathrooms were great and new, campground was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the shade trees. People very friendly as were the staff. Wish I knew about the dog areas close to the RV space. Next time I will ask for it.

Nice shaded park. Friendly staff. We had the site with the dedicated dog park along side of it. Great site for people with dogs !

Clean bathrooms and helpful staff on check in. I would not recommend the fuel station next to the park for large rv’s that tow.

Staff at Miles City KOA went above and beyond. They communicated which exit to take to avoid a low bridge, they sent text alerts when amenities were closing and when a thunderstorm was coming through. They offered safe spaces for tent campers. It was just a passing through for us but they made us feel very welcomed. Would visit again.

Great location. Beautiful new bathrooms/showers. Would definitely take advantage of the gas grill next time.

We stayed overnight and felt like we were so welcome. We have stayed here prior. The staff was so nice and helpful. We needed assistance to start our toad vehicle. One of the employees came over after his shift and helped get it started. We really appreciate all of the help. The pull through site was large enough to not disconnect.

Requested a shady site due to wife’s skin condition requiring limited exposure to full sun. Desk said site is shady. Had full sun on door side until after 5:00pm. Back flow preventer leaks causing pool next to camper. Notified KOA guy who rides around on golf cart with cowboy hat. He just smiled and said they all leak.

We had parts on order to fix the small leak in frost free water spigot. It was fixed today. As for shade we have 65 cottonwood trees. We cannot guarantee shade during every part of the day. At some point all our sites get some sun. Sorry for your troubles.

This is a beautiful KOA. Nice shade and the bathrooms are amazing. You can tell the owners really care. In addition, we had a problem with our camper during a storm and they went above and beyond helping us in the wind and rain.

Friendly, helpful staff. Fully stocked office. We had a pull thru site. It was level and easy to get into and out of. The KOA is very close to the interstate and downtown Miles City. Clean restrooms. Cheapest laundry prices that we've seen in our 2 month trip. Quiet. Lots of amenities. They even have an elevated tub to wash your dog!

You're very friendly and helpful staff, very clean grounds, and the availability to use girls on site so you don't have to upload your own for the very nice touch along with the dishwashing station. I would definitely stay here again.

They are excellent caretakers and professional & friendly & helpful. We drive the extra 2 hrs to stay there making it a 12 hr day.

Very friendly staff, grounds are clean and so happy to see a dog park to let our dog run off leash. It was a good place to stay while traveling.

Great experience. Campground was flawless. We spent three nights there during the 250th anniversary of our Independence. It's within walking distance of downtown Miles City—authentic, Montana “small” town, the Range Riders museum, and the Yellowstone River—definitely visit the park for the Saturday farmers market if you're there. Also easy driving access to any supply or hardware stores you may need, just skirt the 11'9” bridge if you make your way through town. All the staff were extremely helpful and Penny and TJ were the best. Everyone and everything was top notch. We will make it a point to stop there anytime we are in Montana.

Very nicely maintained, lots of amenities and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got in early and they accomodated us without any issue. Really enjoy excellent customer service. Location was great, had a nice little sitting area to enjoy the weather. Plus dish washing station, laundry and shower/restrooms that were very nice. Really enjoyed staying here.

Great KOA. quiet campground in old growth trees.Staff escorts you to your site and makes sure you are situated. Sent me several reminders to get off freeway at the trailer safe route.
