Left my power surge protector on the picnic table absentmindedly, and the staff called me twice and left messages. Came 3 days later and they were happily holding for me. THANKS!!!

On the positive side the staff are great, all the basics like water and electric worked good, bathrooms were very clean and the people who were staying here were very nice. On the other hand the infrastructure is pretty outdated, the paved roads are pretty much gravel and the gravel itself is that size that just gets tracked everywhere. Our site like most had no shade, sorta level.

The staff was rude and while there was dog rules, we found that some abused the privilege, example the stall next to us had 6 (six) puppies that were kenneled but wined in the early morning hours. They also encroched on our lot by placing their picnic table half on our lot which greatly reduced our ability to park our tow vehicle. It was fine. This was the first time I was set up next to another trailer that had its front door to my front door. Which I didn't care for. I felt like I had no privacy. If I was camping I would have asked to be moved. Because this was a business trip I didn't spend a lot of time at the site. Other than that it was an easy check in and staff was friendly.

The location worked well for us. Some of the staff seemed to be quite glum. “Heather,” however was lovely at check-in. The pool was murky, having just been shocked. Despite assurances it was safe to use, just couldn’t bring myself to try it.

Bathrooms were very dirty. Pool is green. The guys on the golf carts in yellow are very rude, rush people, and are not friendly. Feels like you’re doing something wrong each time they drive by. When needing assistance, their attitudes are terrible. They live for telling people rules and are far from personable.

We booked this park last minute to break up a long travel day back to Canada. I wish I would have realized how beautiful it was because I would have added an extra day or two. Great location, immaculately maintained and very cheerful staff. One of the best KOAs we’ve stayed at - and we’ve stayed at many!

We mainly used the campground as a place to sleep and bathe, which it definitely took care of. Conveniently located and near points of interest and tourist destinations. If we need a campground again in the east Phoenix area we'll definitely consider KOA

Stayed five nights in Feb. Great campground location to activities including hiking and baseball spring training. Had great corner site and quiet. It was also close to bathhouse which was important as my RV was still winterized so had no water. Bathhouse was clean with good showers. Used the hot tub every night. Pool busy during day but plenty of room for everyone. Coming back next year!

The KOA should NOT state they have WiFii. They do NOT it available anywhere onsite. This should be told to every guest as you assume if it's stated on their web site it's true

Here for the month of March, 202. We love the view of the Superstition Mountains from this campground! Everyone who works here is so friendly, welcoming, & gracious. We look forward to all the potholes being repaired, & it will be great when the burned out yard lights are fixed, currently it is too dark to walk the dog in about half the park. We appreciate the electric & water upgrades done!

Customer service is excellent. The owners of this KOA need to invest in road paving not sealing. The bathrooms need upgrades as well. Nothing says hello more then a well paved and marked road. Same can be said about bathrooms. Been coming here for over 20 years I’ll be back again. Thank you

Showers were not maintained properly and the grout had mold on it. Bathrooms were not clean and are very old. Shower area had air conditioning temperature set extremely low and the staff cold not adjust it and mentioned that they would not take a shower in the facility. Sites were OK. Wall between the KOA and junkyard next door should be twice the height that it is.

Everything just as advertised, neat, clean and organized. The dog park was awesome. I am at 54 ft and it was easy to maneuver in this campground.

This koa is not to far from the highway, far enough to not hear the traffic at night, the customer service was incredible, above and beyond, Way better than most of the hotels in vegas, vegas resident since 86, I will definitely be staying again next time I go to mesa. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice friendly and quite place to camp overnight at, they have spaces for tents, rv hookups and camptrailer pull through. Pet friendly, and they also have cabins available, we stayed in one of the cabins, it had a set of bunk beds and a full size bed. air-conditioning, microwave, mini fridge and a tv plus free WiFi, honestly the best night sleep I have had in years
