Heated pool was great, but it should open at 8 am just like the office. Complimentary BBQ was great too. All guest cabins should have a bar fridge and microwave for small snacks, leftovers or else they are overpriced and useless. Lastly, need a security gate to reduce theft.

My wife and I have been visiting this KOA for the last 5 years. We love the location and the staff, they go above and beyond to help out with anything, The last few years there has been a few shady characters and some of there sites look pretty shabby. Hope that they can clean this up. Love staying at this location.

Biggest issue was two bike thefts on separate nights from two immediate neighbors. Second was from next door neighbor who cable locked bikes. Thieves came equipped. Our bikes were under cover on attached, locked racks. Otherwise, for an urban setting, site was great. Christmas was serene save fir a few fireworks ���‍���

I stay here at least twice a year. I love this campground for how clean and well laid out it is. The view is gorgeous.

It would be nice if they paved the roads in the campground to keep down the dust from cars driving around so much. They need to update the laundry facility, so busy that I took my laundry into Apache Junction to the laundromate.

Very nice KOA! Clean, level, HUGE sites with wonderfully working utilities. Nice paw park. Wide streets. Wonderful staff who were constantly out tidying up anything that needed tidying! Will definitely stay here again if we visit this area again.

Loved the proximity to sites in and around Phoenix. OUTSTANDING HOT SHOWERS especially after a hot day hiking.

The park is lovely and the staff was great. Every one of the camp hosts we encountered was so friendly. Our only disappointment, and unfortunately it’s a big one, was the dog situation. We had barking dogs all around us, loose dogs, large and unfriendly dogs in very flimsy pet fencing. We love dogs but we don’t need to be around irresponsible dog owners.

The campground was very clean and nice and quiet. The camp hosts were very friendly and informative. The location was great. Being a solo traveler with my dog i felt very safe even when I had to take my dog out at 2am. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful camp ground. Spacious lots. Bathrooms are clean and plenty. The ladies in the office and the ground staff are super nice and helpful. We'll be back!

The staff is awesome; friendly, they show you to your site so no wandering around lost, and are so helpful. They keep the sites clean. It's the perfect home base when exploring Arizona or visiting family. We really enjoyed it stay.

The office staff are extremely kind and welcoming and eager to help. My dissatisfaction comes from one of the male groundskeepers in the golf cart. The old gentlemen was extremely rude and sarcastic. He consistently observed us and made us uncomfortable. He also harassed me for doing minor work on a car and I have pictures of him sitting next to someone doing a big repair on the vehicle

It was was staying in a parking lot in the middle of town. Everybody crammed in. 10 feet between you and next camper. All services were there bathrooms showers ect… so that part was great. I just prefer to be in wooded areas.

Everything just as advertised, neat, clean and organized. The dog park was awesome. I am at 54 ft and it was easy to maneuver in this campground.

This koa is not to far from the highway, far enough to not hear the traffic at night, the customer service was incredible, above and beyond, Way better than most of the hotels in vegas, vegas resident since 86, I will definitely be staying again next time I go to mesa. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice friendly and quite place to camp overnight at, they have spaces for tents, rv hookups and camptrailer pull through. Pet friendly, and they also have cabins available, we stayed in one of the cabins, it had a set of bunk beds and a full size bed. air-conditioning, microwave, mini fridge and a tv plus free WiFi, honestly the best night sleep I have had in years
