We did not have an advance reservation but were able to get two consecutive nights, and then another night. We were very happy with all the amenities including bathrooms, showers, hot tub, very friendly and nice staff. It was the busy time of year and yet we were accommodated.

The Mesa/Apache Junction KOA was spotless and the staff were so welcoming! As soon as I arrived, they greeted me and walked me through everything I needed to know for my stay. You can really see how much the staff cares about this place—they’re always keeping it clean and looking great. I’m definitely planning to come back here again!

Nicest KOA we’ve stayed at. Well equipped and very clean. Enjoyed the hot tub. View of superstition mountain didn’t hurt.

Very clean rv park. There are a number of longer term campers here during the Winter. The park is clean and organized. I helped by picking up dog poop that some are too lazy to deal with. I would stay here again.

We loved the view of Superstition Mountain from this campsite. The camp was very well maintained. The staff were friendly, and Heather went out of her way to help us extend our stay. We would have enjoyed the pool more if it was a little bit warmer. Our dogs very much enjoyed the dog park. The other guests at the park were polite and friendly. We hope to come back next year.

We arrived 30 min past office closing but were still met at the gate and guided to our spot. The park is clean and upkeep is good, everything functioned properly. Really enjoyable stay!

Staff were awesome and everything was well kept and clean. Only negative the bathroom/showers could be upgraded and additional ones added.

The staff all of them were very professional and kind ! This campground is immaculate and user friendly! They even have a GAS BBQ Grill ( 2 ) and close to tent campers which is genius ! I’m staying here again soon because of the staff !

Rating of 4 solely due to the fact that this KOA has not enhanced the cabin experience by adding basic items such as a mini fridge, ceiling fan and better lighting. In such an otherwise perfectly maintained and managed campground, the cabins fall short of many other KOAs.

I understand that law enforcement activities waking me up in the middle of the night are not within the control of the management, but when I relate the experience as well as my inability to access the bathrooms at 3am before a early morning departure (codes changed/disabled?) and I get a response of "Thank you for your comments" I am a little frustrated and seeking a refund for my stay.

Mesa/Apache Junction KOA was well kept and clean with a friendly and welcoming staff. Our patio site included a nice table, chairs, and a gas grill we used often. Sites were spacious with trees and cactus throughout the park. The pool looked excellent, and nearby attractions and hiking trails made it a convenient location.

Clean, friendly. One of the ladies from the office arrange it so we could watch the superbowl on the big tv in the clubhouse. She went the extra mile! Thank you!

Arrived late but was still welcomed and escorted to our camp site. It was a very quiet campground. Very close to great desert hiking.

Very nice campground..the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the screaming children across from us and that wasn't on the staff. We would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a nice KOA for the price in Phoenix, close to lots of great hiking. Pool and hot tub are great. The bathrooms and grounds are always clean. Showers and stalls are small and the shower water goes from warm to freezing cold to scalding hot constantly, so you have to stay alert. Staff is nice and helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay. The only reason I cannot give it a 5 star is that the dryers did not dry clothes.

Excellent stay. Initial impressions were amazing from the friendly staff, to the guided trip to our spot. Everything was extremely well maintained and clean. We will be back for sure.

The campground itself was very clean and peaceful. My only complaint was the noise of the quads/ side by sides near the campsite. It was, however, quiet by 8 or 9 at night and sleep was great:)

Everything just as advertised, neat, clean and organized. The dog park was awesome. I am at 54 ft and it was easy to maneuver in this campground.

This koa is not to far from the highway, far enough to not hear the traffic at night, the customer service was incredible, above and beyond, Way better than most of the hotels in vegas, vegas resident since 86, I will definitely be staying again next time I go to mesa. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice friendly and quite place to camp overnight at, they have spaces for tents, rv hookups and camptrailer pull through. Pet friendly, and they also have cabins available, we stayed in one of the cabins, it had a set of bunk beds and a full size bed. air-conditioning, microwave, mini fridge and a tv plus free WiFi, honestly the best night sleep I have had in years
