The only reason for the not perfect scores are the tent sites are tiny so I’m rating this from the lens of a tent camper. But the employees were friendly and helpful, the restrooms/showers were clean, the sent site graven was well groomed and the store has the basics you need to keep you going.

It was very nice an clean. Very convenient to all our locations we had to visit. Nice to have an employee take us to the campsite and help back the trailer in. We will diffently be back. We even joined the rewards program.

We were a last minute addition to the camp. Katie helped us get one of the last remaining spots. She went above and beyond to help us. The staff the next morning were very friendly and helpful.

The campground was clean and accommodating to our trailer, truck, etc. The office staff was friendly and helpful with our reservation and directions. It was a nice place to stay, thank you! Our only issue was the laundry room - there are some rude residents ("I've lived here since October, I know the rules!") that feel they own the room! Be nice!!

All and all good stay! Pros, well maintained facility, spa and pool working nicely. Cons, restroom and showers need some work (hot/cold water fluxuated termps painfully), wi-fi is terrible @ 6mbs couldn't even read email (never seen any KOA or RV Park that low).

After making a reservation the day before our arrival we realized that was in the opposite direction we needed to go. I tried to cancel it but was told I wouldn’t get a refund. Very upsetting and we had to travel 2 hrs out of our way, which cost us a lot extra

I had a really great experience here! The pool, hot tub, and showers were all very clean. The camp host stayed available late into the night to help with late check in. Everyone on staff was friendly! Would love to stay again. If the campground ever expands, would love to see small A-frame cabins more suited for 1-2 people. Also, I think a water bottle fill station or water fountain would be great

My only disappointment was that the dump station didn’t open until after I departed at 7:30 am.

Just doing an overnight stay, had very little interaction with office staff. When checking in staff seemed understaffed, and under some stress. Field staff were very friendly

Would score a five if the Wi-Fi worked reliably. The office employees were very, very friendly and helpful, they said the Wi-Fi situation in their office was also hit and miss. Surely KOA could remedy that problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful park well kept. As I write this I’m watching a staff member rack a spot a camper just left. You can tell they take pride in the park. Great job. Wonderful place to stay

Please consider paving the dusty roads in the park. Even those people that were trying to drive slowly stirred up dust. That would be a huge positive improvement in the right direction!!

Extended AZ stay over, glad we got a booking close to SP Saw wild horses, hwy88 and good hikes. Attended swap meet one day, that was fun. Park was clean and quiet. Volunteers were all great.

Right away I noticed how clean the camp was, the staff was courteous and friendly as well as competent. The check-in process as smooth and I liked the escort to my site. I felt safe there as I know staff live on site. The place was quiet, and I had plenty of space for my RV as well as my tow vehicle.

The park is very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside we encountered was the poor wi-fi connection, but that was a very minor inconvenience for us.

The park is really clean. We were there for 4 nights for a Baseball Tournament in Mesa. We weren’t at campground too much during the day to enjoy the amenities but did use pool and hot tub once.

The resort is very well managed (clean, sites are racked, etc.). The personnel provided us with great detailed information on tours and activities.

Our spot, 46, was nice and wide. Also, the spot was level. The camp was given a 4 since I don't think an entire camp ground, this big, should have only 1 dump site. Although it was close to us, it wouldn't be for many others. I also noted some of the spots towards the center of the campground were pretty narrow.

Stayed on nite. Site 54. Professional and friendly staff. Park is clean and well maintained. Site 54 is terrible. Site is unlevel front-to-back, do not eell suited for one nite stop. Site has a BRIGHT street light, all vehicles going in and out pass right you, and there is lots of toad noise.

Bath house Is not handicapped accessible, some staff in office NOT friendly. For the most part it’s an ok place to stay.

Postage sized Site too small to handle our rig and made for a unenjoyable stay. Cound not put out both slides and move arount camper. Picnic table was two feet the the next site sewage hose!!!

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

We are full-time rv'ers. We often stay in KOA's for our short stays. This is an immaculate, well run park. No issues at all and the location is perfect for local sight seeing. The pulled pork sandwich at Papa Bears BBQ is a plus!
