It was great. The grounds were clean and the showers great. Nice swim in their pool. Employees were very nice and helpful. Very nice sunrise too.

It was a nice camp ground. People using the dog area should be a little more courteous when others need to take their dogs in and they are sitting on the bench with the dog sitting next to them and they will not leave. Polite is nice

Very clean and our site was huge. (Site 54). The KOA is just far enough from I-40 that you don’t hear the traffic.

Just an overnight while doing some shopping in the area. Got in after the office closed and left fairly early the next morning. Bathrooms were clean, camping area was clean and well cared for.

I wouldn’t recommend for long stay , maybe overnight , most host nice 2 a little rude and kept riding golf carts around like policing things , some kind of confused in office ,

Apache Junction KOA is an excellent park that, while an older park is impeccably maintained and kept very clean. The staff are all quite pleasant and ready to help.

We had a Great stay ... albeit, the water was shut off for a short while (came back on a few minutes later) on our second morning (right when MY Wife was getting ready to shower.) Never the less, it was a great stay. I called the office to inquire ... they were out of the office,,,, I left a message. They called me back just as the water came back on. I'm retired military, I have no patience.

When I got in the office was closed, but the employee on duty was very friendly and helpful. She led me to my tent lot and let me know to contact her if I needed anything else. She was fantastic. I also had needed to modify my stay before I arrived, and the employee on the phone (maybe the same person) was really great.

Love this campground. Perfect for all we had to do close by. Perfect pull through site - did not have to unhitch if we didn’t want to. Not the first time here and definitely will come back.

Great service, & always very nice to visit. Only suggestion, to stress the check out time and grace period check out time, a few times upon check in, so a phone call doesn't have to be made. Or perhaps a free mini candy as a nice gesture for staying with Apache junction koa, and please remember check out is at 11:00 am but you do get a one hour grace period But will be charged right at noon.

The campground was excellent. The cab and I stayed in was great. It's a very well-kept establishment. My only issue where the people in the lodging cabin across from me. I had to go out at midnight and ask them to lower their voices, they said they were going inside. And then at 2:00 a.m. they were out there making noise again waking me up. So maybe reiterate the quiet time.

Very friendly staff. Sites are sized well (we have a 34' 5th wheel). During the summer the water out of the tap does not get cold. Easy to access, a short drive to stores and attractions.

We have stayed here twice already and always enjoy our stay at the Apache Junction KOA. Anytime we come through the Phoenix area we will stay here. Clean park and super friendly and accommodating staff!

The staff made our trip great. We were created and escorted to our spot. We checked in with ease and at checkout we had some issues with our rig that the staff advised us on and helped us out of what could have been a bad thing.

We stayed in #53 Pull through FHU pleant of room for motorhome and tow. Quiet. Clean and great view of superstition Mountain. Friendly helpful staff. Easy in and out. Will definitely stay here again.

We visited a friend who was staying at the campground. The location is in a quiet area of AJ. The campground was clean and well maintained. From the looks of it there are plenty of electrical hookups, as well as water and sewer. To be honest, I kind of forgot about KOA's despite them being popular in the 70's and 80's. But they literally have campgrounds everywhere in the U.S. and they all have the same clean, friendly status. We are out in the desert, so it will not be like your other campgrounds with tall, shady pines or oaks. It is still a good place to consider if you are looking for a place to camp. Almost forgot, they do have a swimming pool.

Everything just as advertised, neat, clean and organized. The dog park was awesome. I am at 54 ft and it was easy to maneuver in this campground.
