It was was staying in a parking lot in the middle of town. Everybody crammed in. 10 feet between you and next camper. All services were there bathrooms showers ect… so that part was great. I just prefer to be in wooded areas.

Very clean, very well attended to campsites. I stayed in my truck camper shell in a Tent spot. It was perfect for me. Very quiet even though I was right next to the entrance/exit.

My husband & I stopped here for the night passing through, it was a very clean KOA. I would have given a 10 star my only complaint was when checking in, the lady was overwhelmed with people checking in,our paper work wasn’t at the desk. We had no code for the washroom she kept driving around and we tried several times to stop her she said she would drop it off at our site and never did.

Nice, quiet, clean park with all the amenities working. The WiFi is fairly weak; I was unable to connect from Site #71 due to the low dB level, but overall a nice park.

We have stayed at the Apache Junction KOA several times over the past several years and the place is always clean and well groomed. Nice size spaces and very convenient! We will be back again!

Very friendly staff. Thankful they had availability for last minute reservation. Needed campground close to Apache Trail. Appreciated the staffs suggestions for nearby things to do.

We stay at this KOA overnight on our way to California. This is the seventh time we have stayed here. The facility is clean, well managed and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a repeat stay for us and we do not normally repeat staying any where! We really like everything about this campground. It is close to everything and everyone we want to visit while in the area. The pool is fabulous! A must have for us! The facilities are sparkling clean and everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell people enjoy being here! We will be back again because

My husband and I are from Yuma Arizona, stayed at the campground and attended a memorial service at the Riparian Preserve, about 15 miles away, for my sister who passed away in April. The campground is well kept in spite of being nearly full, staff was very attentive and helpful and there is a very nice dog park. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, very wide sites, far enough from the freeway to minimize the noise. The staff was great, very easy to work with. We didn't use the pool, but it and the area were very clean and well-maintained.

Staff couldn't have been better! Very pleasant, and very helpful. Grounds were kept up nicely as well.Location well-situated to Superstition Mtns, Canyon Lake, Goldfield Mine, and a very nice Frye's grocery store. Apache Junction can be spotty but we felt comfortable at this KOA. Thanks!

Clean park and bathrooms, friendly staff, noce size pool and hot tub. Not much shade so not sure how it would be in the summertime. Saturday night there was a party at someone's site that played loud music and could hear the drunk people carrying one until late into the night, and could hear the traffic though the night at a local busy road next door.

They are very accommodating, our truck broke down. They for us a spot to park camper, so it could be repaired. Enjoyed the pool, very clean. Enjoyed the staff, all very friendly and kind. Great place to stay. Would recommend to everyone.

We visited a friend who was staying at the campground. The location is in a quiet area of AJ. The campground was clean and well maintained. From the looks of it there are plenty of electrical hookups, as well as water and sewer. To be honest, I kind of forgot about KOA's despite them being popular in the 70's and 80's. But they literally have campgrounds everywhere in the U.S. and they all have the same clean, friendly status. We are out in the desert, so it will not be like your other campgrounds with tall, shady pines or oaks. It is still a good place to consider if you are looking for a place to camp. Almost forgot, they do have a swimming pool.

Everything just as advertised, neat, clean and organized. The dog park was awesome. I am at 54 ft and it was easy to maneuver in this campground.
