The campground has too many rules when they include a cheat sheet to summarize their rules. Not allowed to hang a hammock in the trees; not one of our hammocks has ever damaged a tree. Staff harassed a few of our guests when they were stopping by to eat dinner. Bad business choice - we didn’t buy items from the office, rented e bikes elsewhere, will not return to camp, and our guests won’t eit

The facility was very clean and excellent shape. All of the staff and maintenance people were friendly and likeable. This was my first trip out in nearly 35 or 40 years with a new to me camper. I was amazed by some of the services provided, like campfire wood delivery. I had a great time. Thank you.

Restrooms and showers were well maintained. Stafff was friendly and helpful. Fireworks lasted a bit toolate for us. Overall, gold star!

Staff is awesome! Restrooms and laundry room was very clean. All of the washers and dryers looked new and were in working order. As soon as a camper leaves, a staff member goes to the site and ensures it is ready for the next customer. Would definitely stay here again. All KOA’s should be ran like this one.

Sites were level but close to each other. Couple left their dog locked up day and most evenings. Poor guy just barked and barked. Poor water pressure. Staff was very attentive. Garbage picked up every morning �

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing that I would recommend is that after there is a departure the site could be raked… Otherwise everything was clean and the staff was wonderful and very professional and helpful!

Employees were great and friendly, camp site was small, rest room stalls were small, dog park was ok but at the other end of campground, not really any pathways etc to walk your dog. Liked the amount of trees,pool was good

Great front desk customer service! Tried to book the site online, and had some questions about the facility. Called the contact number to have some clarification, and got ALL of my questions answered, and booked the site for the two nights that we needed. Text communication was amazing. We had firewood delivered right to our site. The site itself, so many nice perks! We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed this campground. It was very clean easy to get discounted ferry tickets and a ride to the ferry. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

A very nice KOA! Showers and restrooms are very clean. The sites are spacious. The staff is very friendly. Also it's great to be able to catch the shuttle to the ferry right from the campground. They guide you to your site, deliver firewood and ice and pick up your trash! Also can catch the bike trail into town right from the campground. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved your campground and the convenience to Mackinaw City. Also the shuttle to the ferry was really nice. Every worker I came in contact with could not have been any nicer and helpful.

All staff was very helpful. From campsite , grounds pool and bathrooms were always clean. And loved that they delivered ICE & Firewood to our site. Our family will be back to this Koa.

Stayed 8/6-11; site 48. Camped here a few times before this visit. Good location to see the sights in the area. Staff is great and really on top of taking care of the campers. I will say that when it rains, the site I was on puddles up pretty good and the wet, grey colored muck gets on everything. Otherwise, all good.

I am a newer camper and this was my first stay at a KOA. All the camp hosts were super friendly and very helpful. I really liked the campground and would definitely come bank.

The campfire wood is awesome with a mix of small and large. Very dry. The escort to the campsite is really cool and they deliver the wood!

Super friendly, great service and communication. The grounds crew are exceptional, super clean and maintained. Our site was a perfect fit for our rig with tow dolly, Weber grill was new and super clean. Already booked again for a return trip, thanks for a great stay!!

There was a staff member that consistently monitored the campground on a golf cart, he was very helpful! We appreciate him bringing us ice and firewood even at the end of his shift.

Great KOA stay! Easy bike path to downtown Mackinaw City. Free shuttle to and from Shepler's Ferry for Mackinac Island. Very clean and family owned. Would definitely stay again and again!

I booked 2 camp sites. Not given the option online to lock in specific camp sites to be together. I called the week prior and requested they be next to each other. Was told the computer did that and they couldn’t change it. Asked again when we got there and were told they got us as close as possible, but was a site closer that was directly across from us open both nights that would’ve clos

We had a wonderful stay in our tent. The free shuttle to the ferry that brought us to Mackinaw island and back, the public beach, the clean bathrooms and laundry room. I would really like to mention and thank the camping personnel who helped us when it started to rain and we were having dinner. I texted KOA and they were so kind to put our books and else inside our tent! Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The camp w was clean with trees for shade. The restrooms and showers were clean. It was quiet yet close to downtown Mackinaw City.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
