Friendly and informative staff facilitated our visit to Mackinac Island and using the shuttle to and from the campground. Very clean laundry. The sites were well maintained.

We had a wonderful time at this KOA! The facilities were clean, the campsite was amazing with comfy chairs, BBQ, and cement pad, the amenities were great, and even though there was a free shuttle to the Mackinac Island ferry, they had a beautiful trail that you could bike from the campground and we loved the convenience!

Disappointed that I had to deal with every dog in the park and my own barking consistently even at 6am in the morning. The two ladies and Russ were delightful but there was one person who spoke to me like I was stupid about camping with animals. And then I had some intoxicated camper come over to tell me I was being rude about my barking at The dozens of dogs in Kcamp.

Clean, well kept up campground with friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool, we loved the easy access to all the local attractions. Having the shuttle to the Isand ferry pick up in the campground made it perfect for our stay.

We had a great time at the KOA. We ordered Ferry ticket through the KOA and used the shuttle service for pick up and drop off. Visiting the Island couldn't be easier.

We were just staying one night on our way through from Ontario to Manitoba. Very nice clean campground, the pool is lovely (little shade though) and the flowers around the office are beautiful!

Loved our stay at this KOA. It is very clean and organized. Sites are roomy. Staff is fantastic. Great communication regarding optional ice and firewood delivery. Convenient trash pickup.

This is our 3rd time staying there and we love it. We love that we can ride our bikes from the campground into town and being so close to Headlands dark sky park is just another bonus. Everyone is always friendly and the campground is always clean.

Spent 10 days of relaxing and site seeing the area in cool summer temps compared to Ky. Staff is exceptional and helpful. Very pleasant stay . This is our 2nd time with you all and we will be back

We would return. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Our site #21 was nice but really needs to be leveled. The area where we parked the trailer was level but the rest of the site had downward slope making putting up canopy and chairs etc. uncomfortable. We have very small trailer so larger trailer will need a lot more leveling. In sum, campground is great for visiting Mackinaw.

Great stay. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Love that it was near the bike trail and an easy bike into town. Park was very clean and great communication.

They need to remove Cable as an advertised amenity from website and camp brochure, as it is NOT available. Our pull-through was not long enough for our rig and tow vehicle. Other than that, this KOA is quiet and clean, and convenient to all the local attractions.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
