Had a great time we have been staying with you guys for 10 years now and are always very happy with your campground always clean and family friendly no late noise big plus also the new mattresses in our cabin made the nights wonderful didn't want to get up early to go fishing pool is always clean could be a bit warmer but it is northern Michigan just happy to be swimming in June thank you

Our stay was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and you could tell there is pride in ownership. We stayed in a camping cabin and it was very clean and comfortable!! The bathroom and shower areas are also very clean and well cared for. We had access to the bike trail from the campground, which was very convenient! Perfect location! We will definately be back again!!

Restrooms are clean. Quiet campground, friendly employees. Rented a cabin it was clean when we got there. The electronic lock is a great addition.

No chairs or lamp; only two clothes pegs. One of the unisex showers did not work; so long waits to shower, no bench, not enough hooks. A urinal was nonfunctional. Checked out on second day as soon as office opened. Owners refused ANY refund, even though I had paid for 3 days in advance; very unfair! Rented motel room for $ 80 where at least the showers worked! Cannot recommend KOA to anyone.

We loved it. Our cabin was bigger than expected and restrooms/showers were very clean. Friendly staff. Our only suggestion was that a bit of lighting is needed at the bottom of incline leading to the restroom. We were in cabin 10 and it's very dark from that approach.

The woman who checked us in Sept 1 @ 5:30PM was very courteous & friendly; which was great after a long day on the road. Our cabin was amazing and the bathroom/ showers were impeccably clean. All the staff and campers were so friendly it made for a wonderful stay. We also met a sweet woman and her golden retriever Theo (a therapy dog in training), he was so sweet! Definitely would return here.

Well maintained and great location. We stayed in the deluxe cabin which was very clean. Loved the porch swing on the one rainy morning. I hope to return again soon.

We had a wonderful time at the Mackinaw City KOA! We absolutely loved our stay! Our cabin was so clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better—just a quick stroll to all the adorable shops and the beautiful bridge. Every moment of our time there was wonderful!

Our stay was awesome! We stayed with our 11 month old and the cabins we stayed in were perfect. Everything was very clean, safe and felt like home. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, they even edited my reservation last minute to help accommodate our baby after I made a mistake. This is a place we have already talked about re-booking next year before we even left!

We loved our stay in the cabin. It was so cute and clean. The swing was so relaxing and we spent a lot of time there :) Everything was so clean! I even saw staff cleaning the lid of the garbage can. They had a free shuttle and one morning had a food truck. Great stay. ! We will return. :)

Having traveled with a wife and a teenage daughter, the biggest disappointment was having them have to enter into a shared shower space. (The men enter into the same space as the women in order to enter into individual shower stalls). It was Very uncomfortable for my teenage daughter to shower and similarly uncomfortable for my wife. Really an easy fix by placing a wall section and dividing them.

This was our first time at KOA campground and our first family trip with our two little ones. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Cabins clean and cozy. The store was a plus. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The park was nice for the kids. I found it neat that they had a dishwashing station and bike rentals. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean as well. Will be returning!

this is my 11th year here and I have already paid for next year. This place is like my up north home and I cannot wait every single year until the day I leave to come back here again. The staff here is great as is the campground. Not a better place to stay in all the north!

This was my first time staying at a KOA and I was impressed. Everything was clean, the bathrooms, showers, pool area, our cabin. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We spent a day at Mackinaw Island and it was very convenient. We bought the ferry tickets at the camp store and they called the ferry shuttle for us.

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
