First time KOA. Loved the trash pickup and firewood drop-off at the campsites! Super nice hosts. Easy access to all the sights of the local area. They are also a pick-up location for the Mackinaw Island Ferry shuttle buses, just coordinate through the front desk!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly especially the host. Campground is well maintained. Showers were very clean.

We had a great stay at the Mackinaw City KOA. The staff was amazing & delivered firewood right to your site! Will stay here again next time we travel to Mackinaw City.

First time staying at a koa! The bar and expectations have been set very high! This koa is absolutely amazing in everything!! KOA will be our new place to stay!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. While I appreciate the service options, the rigidity of how things are run isn't my preferred experience. No one was rude or inappropriate - but neither was anyone warm or flexible. Having stayed in KOAs many places and on both sides of the bridge, I prefer the St. Ignace property run by a different team for a one-night stopover as we travel.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially in giving info about visiting Machinaw island. The campground was nicely kept and well laid out. Very pleased with our stay there.

Great campsite, friendly staff and willing to help with everything. Well kept and enjoyed our stay. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the campsites could have been more level. We had 3 sites and 2 were pretty unlevel. Would stay again.

Best KOA! We always stay here when we're in the Mackinaw area. It's clean, the staff are amazing, the lots are excellent - it's truly a gem.

This is a much nicer KOA than the one on the St. Ignace side of the Bridge. The sites were nice, and the staff was nice. I also liked the on-site KOA store. If this were not so close to home for me, I would consider it again. There is nothing new for me to do in the area as I have been to the area way more times than I can count.

We stayed for a week. This park is very well maintained, quiet and very convenient to the local shops and ferry. We really enjoyed the beautiful trails and bike paths too. Staff was very accommodating.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the last 10 years or so and always enjoy our time there. Sites are all ample, grounds are always neat and clean, and the staff is always ready to help in any way possible. We will be back again for sure.

The campground was very nice and being able to have ice and firewood delivered to our site was a nice perk as well as having a bus to the ferry. The only complaint we had was our site was a bit to gravely for a tent and the shower stalls were a bit small. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

We stayed for two nights at Mackinaw City KOA. It was quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and informative, loved the fact that there was a shuttle from the campground to the ferry for Mackinac Island. Saved time and money!

This KOA was located very close to all of the activity in Mackinaw city. Its grounds were very well kept and the people in the office were very helpful. The restrooms and the shower area were great.

Great park to have as a base camp for Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island, and a drive along Lake Michigan to Lake Superior.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
