Joslyn was very personable and welcoming. Her warm smile made me feel welcome and important. She’s always very helpful and kind. She made good suggestions and was competent in her work. We will be back again.

Perfect facility! Awesome staff. Delivered firewood and later delivered items needed for s’mores. Delivered right to our site. Loved the patio with furniture, fire ring & gas grill. Showers were clean & hot! Laundry facilities were also clean & all working. Our dog loved running in the fenced dog park. We loved this campground.

Site 28 was good, utilities worked, very level but not the length I was led to believe. I expected to be able to pull through without unhooking and hook up to all utilities. We barely fit on the site and the sewer hook up was about 60 feet away, only carry 50 feet. So had to unhook, etc.

Campground was clean and seemed well run. They were doing clean-up of the fall leaves and that showed us they take very good care of the place. Workers were very friendly and wanted to make sure you let them know if there was anything that you needed.

When we checked we told the lady in the office that we needed to get a part for our trailer before we can drop it. Then as soon as we get back to the site. This ,young guy on a golf cart comes and asks us if we are ready to drop it so I had to tell him. Then this older guy stops and asks the same thing but he was very arrogant and utterly Rude. I DONT RECOMMENDE THIS PLACE!!

Everyone at the Mackinaw City / Mackinac Island KOA were always happy to help and greet guests with a welcome and a smile. Great place to camp if you are going to explore the area. Highly recommended

No chairs or lamp; only two clothes pegs. One of the unisex showers did not work; so long waits to shower, no bench, not enough hooks. A urinal was nonfunctional. Checked out on second day as soon as office opened. Owners refused ANY refund, even though I had paid for 3 days in advance; very unfair! Rented motel room for $ 80 where at least the showers worked! Cannot recommend KOA to anyone.

I loved how many full hook ups and how friendly the staff was. The park was extremely clean and fire pits were nice. Had a great dog park and lots of bags and places to dispose of pup bags theough out the park. Close to town, very confident

Very Clean, Friendly Hosts, Facilities great. Trails close by that let you bike or walk into town nearby that is tourist attraction keeping in mind stores/boutiques close early October.

Our second stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The campgrounds is very nice with all the trees and very kept up. The shuttle service providing pick up and drop off for the ferry to Mackinac Island is a big perk. Conveniently located.

Great place to camp or glamp if need be. Perfect location for those wanting a base to be at then go visit from there. Super clean place and the staff is top knotch

Every employee is super nice! The property is amazing and honestly it should be considered a Holiday KOA. The wifi was great and easy access to downtown via bike. Will be back.

We stayed at the KOA for a week. Big rig Friendly. They offer free shuttles to the ferry and discounted tickets for the ferry and lumberjack show. Nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
